Excellent hotel, very good service, clean spacious rooms, freindly staff. The problem is the location, the hotel is close to the airport but far from city center. The shops around the hotel close early, so you need to buy your things and eat early. There is a metro station nearby, so if yoy prefer quiet pkaces, this pkace is highly recommended.

It has been a very pleasant and relaxed stay. The hotel meets my expectations, it is comfortable, current and the room spacious and quiet. I had been once before and noticed that the bedding has improved quite a lot. Very nice staff. Value for money right. 'll.

Myself and my girlfriend had an amazing time in Madrid and Abba made our experience even better in the weekend we got engaged. Close to plenty of transport options and staff was great. Special mention to Soraya in Reception who delievered us with amazing customer service and info about everything we needed to do in Madrid. We will be back for sure!

The hotel is accessible, the staff is very helpful and attentive to the guests, the service very correct, the rooms are spacious and pleasant.
The breakfast is a bit pricey.

Hotel en el barrio de Salamanca aunque en las afueras. Muy confortable, habitaciones grandes, limpias, silencioso, personal atento y amable.

The room was very quiet and comfortable.

In the bar I was also treated phenomenal.

Just the last day I had water problems. The hot water was coming but the cold was not. And therefore regulating the temperature for the shower was impossible. Observing the water coming out of the tap you could see it came to "jumps".
But as I say, except that the rest very well.

Fake offers at Trivago for 21€ per night. Breakfast 16€/pers. & parking 23, 00€/day. Total for 4 nights: 327€ for 2 pers. The hotel doesn't confirm these rates and the reservations had been cancelled. Not very serious…

Spacious room, quite quiet and good air conditioning system. It offers double door to isolate the interior noises of the hotel itself, although the traffic is strong and you perceive something by the windows. I have No record of breakfast. The attention was quick and friendly at all times. It has a small gym for basic exercises with a timetable of 8h to 22h.

The Abba Hotel in Madrid is recommended. It is not super modern, but has all the standards you would expect. Friendly staff at the reception. Clean, big room. Very comfortable beds. The airport can be reached in about 15min by taxi.

Excellent bed, large room and zero noise even being on a main thoroughfare. Everything's perfect. The drinks in the cafeteria expensive, but that happens in all the hotels. Metro mouth to the finger to get around Madrid quickly.

Good in general but some classic elements and decoration isn't modern at all. But good ambient, clean rooms and everything you want in a hotel.

Old Hotel. The carpet is very old and made my family very alergic to it. The Wifi is terrible, it had issues every 2 minutes, kept disconnecting. The shower had a weak stream of water, like very very weak. I called the reception about it, they send the maintenance guy to fix it, but kept the same way. The thermostat was broken in my room as well. And I asked for a luggage chair and the holtel didn't have any to supply! Although the lobby is very nice and the workers are very polite and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, I stayed twice, has good access, spacious rooms, good bathrooms, the attention of the staff is impeccable, is opposite to Metro stop that improves the move in Madrid. Very good bar and very good breakfast too. Totally recommended. There are rooms that have very good views.

I have spent a couple of days at this hotel, it's pretty good overall. Facilities and rooms acceptable, view to the whole city (if the room overlooks the avenue) very good communication and central. As the only drawback, the variety at breakfast could be improved.

I did not have a reservation and they were accomodating to provide a room. The room was clean and pleasant. Check in and check out both went smoothly. The breakfast buffet was very good.

It's a nice place, you can find an underground station. If you are searching a quiet hotel in Madrid this is tour hotel beacuse there isn't any noise. The rooms are confortable and with a great bathroom. From my point of view, the only thing that they could improve is the decor.

It's just fine. Not great but fine. We had to get moved from room once because of an overflow on another room which was dripping to our room, some of our things got wet, luckily nothing got ruined.

Everything Ok in general.
I arrived at the hotel about 8 pm in the afternoon, I left the car in the parking, up to there all good. The day of check-out I did it at 8 in the morning, I had a course until 14:30 and I cobrasteis parking Supplement €10 for 2 hours and a half, when the girl that I did check in told me none of this supplement… In this regard I am very unhappy, in fact wanted to have eaten at the hotel the day of the ceckout and didn't do it for that matter. For the part of Digital Miranda do not believe that we again more to your hotel.

From the first moment that is made the book already all were amiability and facilities to get to the hotel. Then during our short stay, we cannot be more than satisfied both of the Department of reception, room service. Responsible for the dining room at breakfast etc, all were very good care and facilities.

Good hotel with breakfast buffet. Good size room. Free Wi-Fi.

The Hotel not bad but in my humble opinion, nor is at the height of the other hotels Abba where I have had the pleasure to spend my holiday in the past, such as the Abba Acteon in Valencia, the Hotel Alicante and the Abba Berlin Hotel Abba. Considered that in those times my experience had been excellent, expected me maybe more than the Abba Hotel in Madrid, case of the only Abba hotel in the capital.
Anyway, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, and my experience has generally been good.

Hotel is rather away from city center, but is next to underground station. It has spacious rooms. Rooms cold be cleaned a bit better.

The whole experience of staying at the Abba Madrid was excellent. The room and bathroom very clean food good and the staff friendly and helpful. If in Madrid will definitely stay again. Have already recommended to friends.

Super deal. By being complete we gave Suite instead of room normal, happy to. Clean room very well. I like better, and speaking of Suite: shower and bath. As improved and speaking of Suite strangeness of find a trouser press… and miss a would iron shirt? or nearly best iron general.
Saw the Friday by the evening to the get a couple young in the rellano of the staircase of the plant 12, waiting for the elevator us look out for see them views that there is by that part. When we returned after dinner were still there… we do not know if they were housed but we think rather that had crept in the hotel to take shelter from bad weather. I think should know it because if happens something inside the hotel, you are responsible for.

The majority of the staff were very helpful. Rooms are comfortable (when aircon is working! ). Easy access to central Madrid. Would be nice to have access to an English program apart from news channels. Overall: very impressed.

It is not the first time that I stayed at ABBA HOTELS of Avenida América, 32 in Madrid. Several times because of work and this last holiday from the 18 to 24/04/2016. All my previous stays have been highly satisfactory (magnificent rooms, great buffet and room service), but this time my wife and I have eaten every night at the hotel bar and have enjoyed the quality of its cuisine and the attentions of his staff. Sounni, Patxi and Alexia are their names. Great people, very pleasant in dealing customer and very, very professional. Sure I will return to this hotel whenever you come to Madrid.

Did not expect me a good hotel, the experience has been fantastic. Put an improvement, emphasize that the hotel staff are very friendly and hardworking, but in hours breakfast tips note that they do not give rude and had tables that were not prepared. Perhaps they should hire more people that with the crisis, will give some joy to those who are unemployed. Thank you.

I have to say that we had a very good experience.

Well all, front desk, where arriving on 19 hours told us that all the standard rooms (which we had booked) were occupied and gave us a fantastic suite for the same price.
A cozy bar with prices to take a cane or a cup a bit more expensive than in the bars in the area but with a better service.
In short a great stay.
By putting a small drawback, in my opinion the outside parking should be cheaper than inside.

The only negative thing: the maid is assuming some unwelcomed responsibilities, such as: switching off the heat during the day during a winter day and not refreshing the toiletries.

The hotel has very spatious, luminous rooms. It is very well located, only 50 meters from the subway station.

The stay was very pleasant. The deal and the very professional attention. The room was new and welcoming, the only exception was the pillow that was too soft for my taste and there was no option to change it. For the others, the hotel is highly recommended.

Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La única pega es la falta de enchufes en las mesillas. El personal de recepción perfecto. La cafetería tranquila y cómoda, se puede incluso trabajar en ella. La Wi-Fi estable y a buena velocidad, tanto en las habitaciones como en la recepción y cafetería. A escasos metros hay una entrada de metro, y a 5 minutos andando el intercambiador de Avenida de América. El parking es de pago, y no se puede reservar.

The Abba Hotel in Madrid is located in the Salamanca district. I stayed a few days and I got to meet a staff available for any need and kind. The room and service were of a very good quality. Overall so really recommended.

— the rooms need to have a kettle for hot water, at least in the winter time — the air conditioning control needs instructions below the switch like they have in NH Hotel.

Although it has some things that can be improved (lack of plugs next to the bed reading lights are not too effective, carpeted floor) on the whole is pleasant, clean and comfortable and the staff attentive and efficient. Booking in advance and out-of-dates peliagudas you can have offers very conventientes.

The room excellent, and no noise. The perfect cleanliness and the attention from the staff, totally correct. Very well connected with two metro lines very close. The price is very affordable. You can't ask for more. The next time I go to Madrid I will return to the Hotel Abba.

We got executive room at the price of standard, very large and comfortable. The only drawback were the parking on the outside on the ground floor on top of a sidewalk with the squares painted at the same price as the garage in the basement.

Perfect location for your stay in Madrid. Use bus # 200, 1.5 euro, 20 minutes ride to the Airport. The station is within short 10 minutes walk.
