Terrible odour of the A/C made us sleep with the windows open in cold December. At breakfast a very impolite waitress told us there was no skim milk. After we complained in writing, we received a letter stating a bunch of excuses and lies.

Great place in very calm and beautiful area, city center is just 10 minutes driving by car.

The experience is very good. Good hotel. Good quality. You get what you expect. The only thing that for my taste the pool closes too early still being many minutes left in the sun. But otherwise very well. I like to come because it's a quiet place, although there are times you match some pretty outrageous customers.

The hotel is composed of 3 buildings. In my case to get to my room I had to cross the outside to go for breakfast. Comfortable and very correct room, although it had no plugs near the bed to be able to recharge the phone.
The location is not ideal for people visiting Madrid, it is very secluded from the downtown area.

Very nice entry but then the rooms leave a lot to be desired, smell bad, I could not say that exactly and as you put the heating and forget about resting and you wake up with a headache from the smell that leaves the room. And most importantly the cleaning service, cleans more than the bill, leaving nothing in sight because it disappears, and then the service does not know anything clear… And then claim and denounce because it no longer appears…

Spend there 4 days. Very nice, clean and peaceful hotel. Highly recommended.

Very nice and cosy hotel in the suburbs of Madrid, Coruña. Highly recommended for those who are looking for an affordable accomodation.

I was on an exam in Madrid. The truth the Hotel is ok but the price you pay is not if you compensate for the food, breakfast and rooms. Very clean and very friendly staff. As another positive point is that it is out of the whole center, but if you do not know shortcuts (if there are in Madrid), you save yourself from there in the morning if you go to the Complutense as was my case or adjacent places.

Hotel away from the hand of God, there are other better options if you want to visit Madrid. Being apart is a good option for those who want to throw a cane on the air is sure that they will not see. The hotel itself is cool and is made up of several buildings of a couple of plants in whose center there is a swimming pool. The price is fine but what I said before there are better and more centric options. I stay for professional issues as it is close to the Zarzuela business complex.

The hotel is quite good, the rooms are nice and it has free parking. The negative is the location, you are half an hour from the center, has a bus station right at the entrance, if you take the bus to Moncloa and from there you can go anywhere, this way it takes an hour to get for example to Sol. I would not recommend the breakfast, it costs 7 euros if you ask for it the day before and 9 the same day, but the food (at least the breakfast buffet) was not very good, worth much more worth waiting and eating by the center.

It's phenomenal! Very friendly and attentive. Very close to the M30 and well connected. Very quiet area.

Located in a quiet area. The best easy access from the parking (free) to the rooms. The only bad thing they put us in a smoking room (which stinks) when we are not… and without asking. But well, the rest is right.

Only bar was in area where breakfast was served. Closes in afternoon for 4hrs and again at 11pm. No comfy seating or relaxing areas. Nowhere nearby to go in afternoon which meant taxis everywhere. Nice setting and rooms a decent size.

The hotel is located in a very nice residential area of Madrid, bus stop in front of the house, however, the departure times are not exactly predict. After 11pm no bus stops, so you have to take a taxi from Metro Moncloa for about 15 euros. Travel time by bus to Moncloa depending on traffic 10 min to 40 min in the rush hour.
The hotel has a very good value for money, everything very well maintained and clean, Big breakfast buffet, pleasant bright room, absolutely quiet.
For guests travelling by car, the hotel has a large indoor parking area.
We spent 5 days there and were very satisfied.

The hotel was away from central Madrid. Front desk was great and accommodating. Price was good for the product. There was just little things here and there stopped me from rating four star. Few renovation and it is a four star hotrl.

We booked in for 1 night, but we ended up staying for 3 nights, clean rooms, very friendly staff, everyone was very helpful, and spoke reasonably good English. Very easy access to city centre by bus and metro, so no need to use the car. Would definitely recommend this to all.

Brilliant value amazingly helpful reception. Madrid city centre is 20 mins away and only 6 euros of travel there and back.

It is such a beautiful hotel, maybe a bit far from the city centre but still worth it. It has swimingpool, a large rooms with huge beds that make it so confortable. I would recommend anyone to visit.

This hotel is a business hotel. I would not recommend this for travellers or couples. There's is two things I value in this kind of hotels, bed and food. After a hard day travelling and working far of your house you just want a good dinner and good sleep. The food is actually good, really good, but is the same menu for a whole week (two starters and two mains) so if you are there for more than 3 days you will repeat dish, I been there for a week so… I just can say tired. There is a la carte menu but is not extensive too but the quality is good and price reasonable. After a good dinner and good wine sleep should be easy, but not. I been there in two occasions in different rooms and both of them has the same firm bad mattress which stick his springs on you. Really uncomfortable. The duvet is a cheap synthetic so doesn't help as well. The staff was great and really friendly, all of them, house keeping, bar, reception…

The rooms are clean but the service leaves what want. Not at all well deserved 4-star:)

A quiet hotel with very nice rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

During our stay from 17 to 22 February 2016, we enjoyed the quiet and the comfort of the room (double bed, TV, large bathroom), availability and the friendliness of all the staff (reception, breakfast and evening meal) and the quality of room service. Although we did not speak Spanish, the staff was able listen to us and inform us.
The diversity of dishes at breakfast was very nice.
We keep a great memory of our stay.

A fantastic hotel for visiting Madrid, allows you to get to know the city and at the same time enjoy the tranquility of its facilities. It has large gardens and a swimming pool. It also has parking for customers. The rooms are quite classic, but very spacious and clean, and if they are oriented to the Garden have very nice views. Employees are attentive and respond to concerns that one might have. The only drawback is that to get it is a little difficult and requires the use of GPS.

The the crem crem. One of the best hotels that I've gone, spacious rooms with beautiful views, the buffet with great varieties and qualities and a very quiet place. The pool is a lujazo and is always good.

Free parking in its terrain, perfect treatment, great rooms, bed was 1.50 and very comfortable.
The only downside is that to go to the Centre of Madrid take a bus and then making transshipment at the moncloa interchange, get off the bus and ride on the subway, then go already stop moving in stop and metro lines. So whenever you go, per person longer 4 transportation bonds.

Room is spacious and very clean — excellent value for money.

Good value for money. Maintenance of the regular room. The cabinets are very narrow and it barely reaches for a couple of coats. Law firm very good, varied and quality, with immediate replacement. Friendliness of the staff well. The tranquility of the setting is unbeatable. Quiet and spacious parking (free of charge). Wi-Fi free and of good quality.

From the city centre than the more remote, and have a car, you can use the A6 highway, 10 minutes to the city centre, if don't have a car, don't want to live here. Service and room also, the hardware is a four-star feel, Breakfast type comparison list.

Good hotel. The room is also great. You need a car to move. Free parking inside. Swimming pool good and clean and lawns with hammocks. You leave towel for the swimming pool. Absolute tranquility. 7 euros the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend it. If you don't want to use the restaurant bring something to chop because I have not seen bars or shops nearby.

The hotel ever disappointed me more and more. I've gone several times this past year. Until this weekend we leave a t-shirt by mistake in the room.
After 7 hours after leaving the room, I call and tell me that not can you tell me anything because the housekeeper is not. The next day I show up at the hotel and also tell me that the clothes have moved to laundry and until Monday they don't know nothing. That is put in contact with me.
Next day. Monday. I hope until 12 o'clock and nobody gets in touch with me and again I finally call and tell me that they don't even know anything, at 15 get in touch with me actually call me to tell me nothing.
And finally it is that today (Tuesday) to the 15.30 in the evening return to call I. And say me that in the laundry they have not found anything and that they feel it. In end. Treatment in this hotel is very poor and deteriorating.
First some time ago we were called at 11.59 to tell us or abandonabamos room or had to pay an additional fee.
Then the next time. We take up breakfast and the waiter disappeared and after 20 min waiting for we had to go down to reception to pay us.
And finally this from this week. Since then every time they try worse staff.

Own parking and well located on the outskirts of Madrid, with a terrace which although not chill, approaching quite its service, friendly service and quality in the preparation of the combined. All this in an open terrace on natural grass with a pool that invites you to cool the body with it. The restaurant service is quality right price for what is usually a 4-star hotel, in addition to varied up to hamburgers and mixed dishes.

Very suitable for romantic getaways, hotel Zarzuela Park you will offer an incredible service. The Serbian's rooms prepare the room by custom, set according to your requests (and your budget). Ideal for an unforgettable evening. In Madrid, you won't find anything like. The service always you serve with a smile. Worth a visit. It has my recommendation.

Good hotel in all respects. The room is clean, bathroom perfect. Breakfast is good (has almost everything standard, except for tomatoes and cucumbers, have hot dogs and other dishes). There is a swimming pool. There is a paddle tennis (don't know how to call it), and this game where you can play for free, if you pre-booked court. Drawback: from the TV and no clear control — there are two, each of which performs limited functions. For GPS, this hotel is hard to find a way to search offer like this: print before driving large-scale map of the hotel on the A4 sheet, and then, being near the car, set the GPS location of the destination specifying it directly on the card with your finger (stylus) in accordance with what you see on a pre-printed map. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport.
