It is not a new hotel but it's nice and adequate. The rooms are spacious and clean. It has great location to walk downtown or take the subway or the bus. The gift shop is actually cheap.

I had my jacket stolen here and there are security cameras but the staff refuses to allow me to view them and they also refuse to check the times I tell them my jacket was stolen which prompts me to think the employees stole my jacket. Beware this place! Stay some place else. It will be cheaper and nicer. Sometimes you can save too much money by staying at the wrong hotel.

Friendly hotel for a small stay.

I can confirm that this is not a four-star hotel. I stayed here last summer, and aside from the bathroom door having a hole in it, the hotel staff locked me out of my room, telling me that no one was staying in the room my belongings were in even though they were clearly inside. It took almost half an hour to resolve the situation even after carefully explaining the situation in Spanish. I would not return here.

Very old fashioned hotel. No air conditioning this time of the year May 2018. Very hot in the room and dinning room. Many groups. No room service at all. Good location. This hotel is far from having 4* hotel and without the Air Condition 2.5

This is the best location to stay at if you are a tourist in Madrid. Metro station is just few steps away and also you can find taxi and bus stop near to it. Rest I didn't explore much inside the hotel as was roaming around the city.

No more hotel d period 1970 very vetuste especially the bathroom without shower, washbasin split, old bathtub with curtain but well clean quite noisy and especially without air conditioning to avoid in summer. The staff is not friendly. Don't say hello or smile. At our arrival no explanation or accompaniment to the room but a sign of the hand for the direction. Not worthy of a 4 * Maxi 2. Well placed anyway.

The proposed bargain price is justified by the quality of the accommodation decidedly inferior to a 4s. In a bath style years 70 the bathtub was related to shower curtain; Only two outlets for charging mobile devices, one away from the bed, one in the bathroom. The evaluation however reaches the sufficiency for the excellent position relative to transport, just cross the road to reach the station Principe Pio and the adjoining shopping centre.

Everything is in good shape. It's impossible to sleep. Noise all night.

Good hotel. Would be better if more staff could speak English. Only 5min from city centre. Number 75 bus only 1.50 euros. Food acceptable.

Literally impietosite incorrect staff, rude and not efficient to solve the problems of customers. Every morning we complain about the leaking bath and the continuous bilge noise. The food is mediocre, the water I do not think is drinking at 100% because it has the flavor of chlorine. Rooms full of problems, dirty blankets rooms tidy up poorly. If you want to enjoy Madrid do not vemite in this Hotel!

Hotel to be demolished and redo again.
Old bathrooms in bad condition, malfunctioning taps is broken. Rooms not clean properly ruined wood fixtures no air conditioning does.
Breakfast room better not talk about it.
They would be removing all the stars it boasts.
If you have to go to Madrid avoid this Hotel.

The mattresses of the best. The rooms were good. Correct service. Something old but usually good hotel.

The staff was very helpful If we go to the restaurant, the judgement drops to 1 star. For the poor quality and variety of food and how to propose it. ; If you don't just show up in the room, after ten minutes you find it cold. The food list is absolutely inadequate for a 4 * * * * as it is proposed… with no local specialties, lots of canned or prepackaged stuff; I personally ate spaghetti with boiled vegetable sauce (maybe in oil! ), the paella then of overcooked rice with no presence of meat or fish but the ubiquitous canned vegetables. Grand finale with Dessert… of canned fruit. That, if advanced, you'd find her in the morning after breakfast. Many of us, despite having the dinner included in the room cost have preferred to dine outside with more satisfaction.
I forgot, Wi-Fi. Painful with detectable signal only in the hall; Already on the first floor (Mio) was gone.

There is no Wi-Fi in the room, no trashcan in the room. The faucet is leaking.

It is a hotel that is opposite the station of Prince Pio, the old station of the north. If situation is great, centrally located without being in the center. They have done several renovations and it is correct, the bathrooms a little outdated, the mattresses on the beds are new, but it smells like stale. It lacks further reform to modernize it.

Very old Hotel, humidity on the walls, phones subject to tape and Humenad smell throughout the enclosure.
It's not a 4 star hotel, it would be 2 in any case.

Value for money The hotel is pretty good. It shows that it has some years for the furniture or the bathrooms, but not therefore the room loses in quality, and is cozy.
Well located with the Metro stop and a train station right across the street and the service is friendly.

Great location, you just have to cross the street and you have to face a huge shopping mall with a large choice of locals where you can eat gluten free, next to the shopping center is the metro station, the tremble and under the bus terminus. With a moment you find yourself on the other side of Madrid. The furniture is a little dated. I believe years 70… The rooms are quite large, there I know 5 elevators… There is also 1 bar, besides the different DIY x machines and 2 souvenir shops inside. Adjacent to Hotel C is also 1 supermarket.

There is all we could need, It was a great experience in the hotel, I was feeling really comfortable and everything work, if something is missing is not to much important, I think so.

4 star Hotel but quite limited in services. The relation quality-price considering that this in Madrid is excellent. There are rooms with very good views, others overlook a somewhat crappy interior courtyard. The location is good, very close to Principe Pio Metro and a shopping mall.

Hotel in great location especially for the use of Metro, nice structure and good cleanliness, the only fault most of the staff not courteous!

It’s not bad as a hotel but the receptionist was shit. When I asked him how to make an outside call in person, he gave me a piece of paper with Wi-Fi password. It doesn’t make sense. Later I called to the front desk from my room but he (I’m not sure he was same person who gave me the memo) didn’t understand English. Can’t believe it. And he hanged up the phone in the middle of the conversation. I was still speaking to him. So rude. I won’t stay this hotel again and I don’t recommend to anybody.

The Hotel was very good. New and very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Wonderful staff, very helpful and professional. The cleanliness of the room is better.

Very improved reception and management. Independently give what this outdated there are moisture outlets which do not work walls give paper and little hygiene. I've seen better pensions and past give price.
A worthy place give Iker Jiménez I'm sure what it gives for several programs.

A great option to stay in Madrid. Good connection with public transport. Right in front of a mall. Very good breakfast And the rooms are amazing.

The best thing about the hotel is its location as through the subway or walking you are close to the center.
The breakfast is worth the catch as it has a lot to choose from.
We asked for a quiet room and we got the top floor to the front desk and next to the stairs overlooking the courtyard and that the reservation was made up with 5 months in advance but good.
The hotel somewhat viejillo but in general lines well.

Hotel is a bit dated, but it has comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Wifi coverage is sketchy thoughout the hotel. Personnel is friendly but struggles to communicate in English. Location is very good.

On the 8th floor great rooms, large terrace overlooking the river. Breakfast better to take next door at the Baker.

Worst everrrrrr! Bad staffs, bad breakfast ever! They cannot even make SCRAMBLE EGGS! It comes out water from the machine when I pressed orange juice… Bad room, bad Internet. Entirely cannot find any good things here. Only if I can rate zero star, I will! Don't waste your time here, Madrid is way better than you thought.

Convenient location, easy access by public transport or walking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Little personalized and courteous treatment by some people from the front desk, though solvable.

Good hotel, a bit pricey if you don't catch some promotion and the rooms need a renovation a bit urgent. The place where it is very well located and communicated. I recommend it.

Very dated hotel could do with a makeover, staff nice and helpful, food is edible but could do with improving the menu. The rooms are clean beds need updating and the rooms need to be updated. The location for access to the city is great. I would stay here again if nothing was avaliable in the city centre.

Very well located, but an old building. I was in summer and there was no air conditioning, the elevators slow and old. It has the basic comforts. The worst: Attention: They are rude, they tend to reluctantly. The bellboy is useless, does not carry suitcases, does not get taxis and at the front desk there is no one for only reason. Too bad a site so badly managed.

We arrived and had a discussion for mistakes in the rooms. The Wi-Fi does not reach the room on the second floor. I call the front desk and I get a rude answer. You have to pay for the key to the safe, when you just want to protect your things from themselves. Lousy place.

The service is really nice, the rooms are comfortable, big and cleaned and it's in a very good location, near the metro station.

Don't think we'll be staying here again. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms, only the common areas. Our hotel room door wouldn't lock and we unfortunately only discovered it as we were about to check out. Staff was ok, except when I asked to use the microwave they directed me to the cafeteria. The cafe employee then rudely said I couldn't heat up my food because "the wrapper wasn't theirs" and to go back to the store where I had bought it from. What kind of "four star" hotel doesn't have at least a common shared microwave? So if I had brought my own pasta from home they wouldn't have allowed me to heat it up because the tupperware wasn't theirs? Last but not least we booked this hotel specifically for the fact that they advertised "free access to nearby fitness facility". When we checked in they said that they used to do that but not anymore. False advertising. I will say that I did book through a third party so the mistake could have been the website's, but nevertheless they should be accountable for keeping their information up to date with all their business partners. Guys, seriously, do yourself a favor and book another hotel. There are a ton more hotels for the same price and an even better location.

The hotel is very close to subway and to a shopping mall.
As for the interior of the hotel, the hall looks very good, otherwise it's all really worth it: disgusting food, hot rooms, bathrooms with tiles and broken shower (at least the room where I stayed), staff indisposing.
I have been there on tour and I regretted having often all that money.

Poor service. Poor cleanliness. TV and Internet barely worked. Menu said 24hr service. Called at 22.30 only to be told extremely rudely that the kitchen was closed. All 3 days I was there, their was a protest for unpaid staff. Suppose that explains a lot. All honesty avoid if possible…

I booked this hotel for 4 nights for a school trip, the building looks pretty good, the interior furnishings of the hall are of the ' 70 (about), the rooms also these are dated, quite spacious, and bathroom (at least in my case) with bathtub and not With shower though quite spacious.
One particular that I did not like was the lack of electric outlets near the bedside table, they are at the desk and close to the door, situation a bit problematic if you have to charge the phone in the evening and please as Wake up in the morning.
Another problem with elevators, there are a total of 5 but 2 not very efficient as we got stuck personally in one of these, luckily for a few minutes, pretty quickly they came to unlock the doors to let me out.
Now the sore note that determined the vote so low, the food, we made the breakfast both dinner in the hotel and I have to say we were all very disappointed, all buffet but the really low quality of the food did miss many points at this hotel, some really bring you to the edge of decency.
Positive aspect of the hotel is the location in front of the mall Principe Pio and the Metro stop that in 5 minutes allows you to get to the center.

I spent 4 nights in this hotel on an educational trip. The room I felt was quite spacious, cozy and clean. Although the thermostat was broken and the windows did not close properly, the room was not cold. The location is really great to visit even walking the city, it is within walking distance of the Palacio Real (also visible from the rooms) and from the Chocolateria San regines. The food was pretty good. Friendly staff both at the front desk and on the floors.
The 4 stars are justified by the fact that the thermostat was broken and we have never been fixed despite the continuous requests, the rooms are poorly soundproofed and 3 towels on 4 dirty.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The doors were difficult to shut and I even accidentally left my room door open all day as a result. The cleaning people do not knock and walked in on me 3 times in the same morning. The Wi-Fi barely works and the breakfast is not very good.

The location of the hotel is good, close the Príncipe Pío station, and half an hour walk from Sol. The rooms are good, but the restaurant is pretty mediocre. The free buffet breakfast has lots of variety, and the quality of the food is pretty low. I would not recommend it.

Tuvimos bastantes problemas con las tarjetas-llaves magnéticas. Cada vez que se usaba, a la siguiente había que bajar a que la imantaran otra veZ. Un incordio enrome. Habitación amplia y bien. Baño de segunda categoría. Sin duda lo mejor la ubicación y el personal.

There are no triple rooms. If you want a triple room you will have a double with a camp ground and even squeaky. Do not change the towels. The shower curtain is uncomfortable because it sticks on you when you shower. There are many plans but few elevators working. As for the cafeteria, don't eat pasta!
Despite all the good things are: a small but powerful hairdryer in the bathroom and a very nice staff.

We have enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Its location is excellent, close to everything especially there's a big shopping center that opens till really late just across. Big room and big sized bathroom, staff was friendly except a pony tail lady at front desk. The only issue we had is the weak/almost non existing Wi-Fi in room, and the large groups of students/tourists who booked up the entire hotel during weekends. They were very loud and running around in hallways and stuff. Its not really a 4 star hotel but its got everything that we needed. If we come back to Madrid this will be our hotel of choice!

Hello the experience of this hotel was awful especially the rooms they gave us were as if they were in a hostel I think that should take away three stars instead of four as this classified in the bathroom to call it somehow was horrible, the sink and the broken cistern, the bathtub discoloured, and the shower mojosa or rather a question I duchariais there? You do not deserve to this hotel ☆☆☆☆

I'm a backpacker, this place is for me very great. If you want to travel and not just stay in the hotel, then this is the appropriate choice. Geographical position superior, the rooms are also great (for a European, is already very spacious. Breakfast very good, facilities are also very awesome. This place, for me, perfect.

The hotel is crap, the only good thing the location in which it is located. Not as it is possible to have 4 stars. The hotel is rubbish, the food is bad, very bad and the rooms are from the second world war. Do not go, make no mistake.

Very bad hotel. It is offered as a 4-star hotel and it is actually a 3 important.
I agree with many negative reviews.
The hotel itself seems it is stuck in the 60's for furniture and decoration, they have not changed anything since the opening.
Already at the reception with the green carpet of the Pleistocene, you smell you a little of what the hotel, has painted all of old.
The rooms are very worn, with uncovered walls, patches and peeling drill holes. The bathroom has older than carracuca, the faucet thread that loses pressure, broken tiles… Leave a couple of sachets of shower gel and already; in any 3-star you have to comb or a detail.
The air conditioning thermostat seems removed from a Russian submarine of the cold war, no more retro.
There is neither a wretched plug on the bedside table to charge your phone or laptop while you're lying… lying or suffering, that is the hardest bed that I've tried in my life (and I've slept on a futon), go fabric.
Room phone did not have any indication to contact reception (and not is 0 in this case). Or you can ask for anything to room service.
For the price that is being spent; unless you have any offer or promotion, it has less detail than the dashboard of a Panda.
We only took breakfast which is too basic buffet for the category. Cutlery one each mother, room setentero and variety of foods.
In short, hotel cumbersome and uncomfortable.

Good place to stay if you're looking for a place just to go to sleep, somewhat outdated but clean and in good condition. Very good communication with the city.

I don't know how it will be the hotel, even that from what I saw is quite outdated.
I went with my family to take something to the cafeteria. The floor is carpeted, something already by itself gives quite creepy. It is that furniture has not been changed never, because the chairs and tables are 60 at least.
With regard to care, it left much to be desired. Since we sat down until we attended, passed (and without exaggeration) 10 minutes. I wanted to go, but my family did not want to move because it gave them shame. The fact is that when a waiter came another told him that he was already and between whistles and flutes, the end did not come any.
If you like the disaster, the floor with carpet and make you wait to take a simple coca cola or coffee, this is your bar.

A week ago, not had bath towels only two sachets of gel for two people and at eight in the morning, we strain the wiper in the room. The girl from the reception is great. It's the only good thing that I have to tell the hotel…

It looks dated, but it's nice and clean. Location is excellent. The only serious issue was breakfast. It was really awful, like in cheap hostel. It's Spain and there was not a single vegetable available and only few moldy fruits. Bread was hard and not tasty and pastries looked and tasted like cheapest one from Lidl. Terrible breakfast experience ruined my stay there. It's definitely not 4 stars.

Hotel central, it is not a wonder but to spend a few days in Madrid we can give it by valid. That is, if, something black-eyed peas.

Excellent hotel and location. Very clean. But they cater to large groups of teenagers and they allow them to kick soccer balls in the halls, slam doors, and scream. We asked management twice during our stay to control it and they did nothing so be forwarned.

We stayed four days at the hotel. The experience at the hotel was very good. It is a very well located hotel and the price is the cheapest 4 star of Madrid. It is clean, the only thing better is breakfast. The staff very friendly. We think again. Santiago.

Quite normal, but looks like a hotel of IMSERSO. The beds are garbage. Just as bad food, and TV worse, but for the price that is, if it is only sleeping a couple of nights is worth.

A hotel, which has a good Café and the Goya restaurant, there is a souvenir shop, where there are costumes of sevillana, suitcases. There is a lounge and down stairs there are function rooms for weddings and celebrations, Madrid fair, Salon Aranjuez. There is a room of business computers. Staying is worth $ 60. Located in front of the Príncipe Pío shopping center in the Florida ride.

The truth is that it passes 4 unforgettable days, beautiful! everything very clean and perfect treatment! This year I have thoughts of returning to Madrid! and I think back to that hotel! The only downside that would. It would be the cleaning staff to work from biien early start! and the truth is that annoying enough when they pass the vacuum cleaner it very clean.

I booked 3 rooms at Celuisma Florida Norte, one for my wife and I, one for her Mom and sister, and one for her friend. The rooms were a typical European hotel room size in a city and were clean. 2 of the rooms were “Premium view” rooms. The view wasn’t amazing, but it was worth the extra few dollars a night it was when we booked. The location was great with the metro, cafés, restaurants, and a shopping mall real close. Some of the city sights aren’t a too far walk away. The area around the hotel seemed safe also. Over all, no problems.
