Our room didn't seem like a room, it was the only room in the floor 0, the number in the door was a piece of paper and the walls were so thin that we could hear every time someone was entering or exiting the building.

Apartments located in quiet Street, near Metro station. For a couple of days they are acceptable.

The apartment is fine. The fatal bathroom! The broken bricks The pile was loose and the pipes were stinking! The kitchen wasn't anything from the other world either, but it was decent. The beds horrible, I could not sleep in the 2 days. You hear all the conversations in the other rooms. And finally the fatal reception! In fact there is no. You have to call a number and the guy that falls is not that nice…

It is in a quiet neighborhood, well connected (has the metro near and several bus stops)

I would not recommend it, simply because it is very "left", with more dedication care and maintenance, would be at the height of the price and the photos published. But unfortunately, that's not the case. It is not up to par and could improve. The kitchen counter was undone, because when the heater worked, the water came out, melted bulbs, "exotic" cutlery or non-existent, yes, very discreet, you will not see anyone at the reception at any time. I practically had to do the check in/check out procedures with a mailbox…

Great apartment. Value for money best you're going to find. The prosperity Metro stop is 150 metres away. The beds are well less the one of the sofa bed that needs bedding.

An apartment without more… the kitchen very small but enough. I didn't have a coffeemaker. Which I consider essential. It had 1 frying pan and 2 casseroles. The fridge was half broken but it was coming in. Cutlery, glasses and enough plates for two people. The TV in the living room is very small. The beds are comfortable. It has a table with chairs in the lounge-room to eat. The front desk staff are almost never there even though they leave you a contact phone. The Wi-Fi is perfect. For the price you have. I recommend it.

Good place to roast a few days in Madrid.

The room and especially the bed linen absolutely stank of cigarettes. So did our clothes when we picked them off the sofa in the morning. Uncomfortable bed as well and the apartment very outdated altogether.

Good service and very good location of the hotel.

Great location and only 5 mins from the metro station.

Goof self catering accommodation clean. Though was due to check in at 15.00 but had to wait for it been cleaned 20mins.

Lack of control with the reserves. The site is good and value for money is good.
