The hotel is located right in the center of town. You can go see all the moments of Madrid walking from the hotel … The service is excellent, very clean, the breakfast is very good. High-speed internet on every floor. This hotel is excellent at this price level.

With my husband I stayed in Madrid in early April to visit the city. The travel agency has organized the stay at the Hotel Petit Palace Triball. Both the reception and the buffet breakfast abundant and varied, that the care of the room (mattress very comfortable compared to the standard of the hotels in the world! ). Recently renovated considering the care of the furnishings. Central location and very well served by public transport.
Absolutely advisable.

Location location location. Perfect for Gran Via and shopping. We had 4 beds in our room which was actually quite cramped with minimal daylight. However we were at the back and so didn't get any street noise at all. Bathroom & shower were tastefully designed — no bath tub. Room had a massive TV. Seems to be a chain with other petite palaces throughout Madrid. Front office staff were helpful.

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Very comfortable and clean rooms. I'll definitely come back.

Hello, it was a nice surprise! I loved this hotel, its staff, very attentive, its location, right in the center of Madrid (cinemas, bookstores, shopping, breathers, museum) and then the very concept of the hotel is revisited. I had a nice time there. A big thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money We liked it so much already q we come with kids and the rooms familiar very well. Paul the guy at reception always very attentive to anything Q we have nesecitado. I recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location in the heart of Madrid. Spacious and clean rooms. Only two things that were not good one was the noise that comes from the street in the evenings especially weekends and the other are the bathrooms, the glass door in the bathroom does not give you privacy.
From the rest the stay at the Petit Palace was fine.

The hotel is very well located, all the sights are within 20-30 minutes walking distance. The Metro is practically on the doorstep;)
The breakfast is very good and something for everyone, the rooms are OK. The only bad ones are the windows with little noise protection, the street noise is very good to hear.
At the reception are very, very nice people.
We felt very comfortable and could recommend the Petit Palace Triball.

Hotel is very well situated only 100m from Metro Gran Via, but offering a quiet, comfortable and pretty big room with nice furniture and bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet! Pretty sure we'll come back!

Excellent service, great location, in general everything well, just suggest cleanliness in the toilets; Because there is no toilet during your stay, just empty the trash cans and ready.
I think the elevators are too small.

For the price a really nice hotel, the bathroom is really modern. Great location, on Gran Via in front of Primark. I highly recommend it.

It is a nice hotel right in the middle of all the important tourist spots in Madrid. It is clean and well kept. However, it lives up to the name Petit Palace. The rooms are very small. If you are looking for a large comfortable room then go somewhere else. If you plan on being a tourist and running around Madrid to see the attractions then this is a great hotel. The beds are comfortable and so are the sheets and pillows. I slept well.

Good breakfast. Great variety of products like fruit, nuts and infusions. It's not as normal as it is in other places. It is out of the ordinary because I like very much that at breakfast include natural and less artificial products such as pastries.

Charming and very familiar Hotel, recommended for a stay with the family in the heart of Madrid, with all the services that can have a family within reach of the hand. Very friendly and attentive staff, constantly concerned about the customer's concern, both in reception, dining room or cleaning.

Good location in the center of the city. Some rooms overlooking Gran Via, warm welcome, any good bedding rooms. Rooms with an extra bunk bed for families. Bathroom/toilet separated by a glass partition that leaves a set of 1 cm for the door. Air conditioning efficient but leaves the bathroom a little cold in winter. There is a very large flat screen TV attached to the wall.

I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It's been short, but very comfortable and enjoyable. To emphasize the treatment of the staff of the hotel and the option to leave the suitcases in slogan until we leave the city, once we had left the room.
I will try to stay again in this or another of the chain if I go back to Madrid, and recommend it to all my acquaintances.

We arrived at the hotel following recommendations we received and indeed the recommendations did not disappoint. The lobby is beautiful and pleasant, the staff are courteous and smiling, the rooms are of a good standard and above all the location is a winner. A winning combination of everything that matters in a short vacation (4 nights). My wife was pregnant, the staff did not miss it and took care of special foods at breakfast and even left us a small gift in the room for the expected birth. These are exactly the cases that make the service personal and warm and make you want to come back. We will definitely return.

Location 1a, nice modern rooms with new windows, so you did not hear the street noise of Gran via at all. The beds were very comfortable, we slept very well. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location 30 seconds from the strip of shops and restaurants, lovely staff especially Pablo, the room was nice and clean. The only thing that could taint our stay was the bad smell that came from the bathroom tap when you’d run the (particularly cold) water. Other than that I’d return for sure!

Can't fault the rooms one little bit, spacious in the bedroom area comfy beds and nice big beautiful bathrooms. Staff really friendly and helpful would definitely stop here again. In a great location.

We had a wonderful stay in this central hotel, just off the Gran Via right in the heart of Madrid. The hotel was really calm and relaxing and the staff friendly and very helpful. The family room was amazing and it really made for a great place to stay.

The rating would have been great since the room was comfortable, the bed comfortable, the service of the staff and the thorough cleanliness, the breakfast in the morning very rich and of good quality. The only downside were the lack of the bidet in the bathroom (for us Italians is a sanitary that must always be present) and the thermostat of the heating system that remained regulated on the maximum heat. Problem but we solved it by keeping the window open.
During our stay we were doing masonry work, but they did not affect our evaluation.

We have traveled a bit around the world from Australia to the states, many times in 5 star facilities… but this stay in Madrid was just beautiful! Excellent value for money keep it up!

What to say: Great! The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Hotel located in the central area with rooms perfectly clean and cozy. Any request has been granted thanks to the director Carolina. We opted for the included breakfast which definitely deserves: varied and plentiful! I booked in reception the private transfer service to the airport. It costs like a public taxi. Great service! Privileged situation. Outstanding textile cleaning. The room for 4 something "embedded". Parking in the area near the impossible theme. Agreement with pk hotel near public, price 25 euros/day just 1 and little euros with the standard improvement.

Excellent… Everything was amazing. The hotel is in the heart of the city centre and the middle of Gran Via. The staff are more than nice, very friendly, helpful and cooperative… Rooms are good, comfortable and clean. However the rooms facilities can be enhanced as the TV is a bit small and the channels' list is a bit poor, also adding Tea boiler and/or coffee machines would be really good. Bathrooms are nice in terms of design and functionality, however for the family rooms I would recommend a bit of enhancement to the glass doors in order to have a bit of privacy.

It was a great stay. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy, the price is the best in the area and the staff were amazing. The only downside was the internet it was very slow and I purchased the mifi device to overcome this issue. The hotel provide free iPad and bicycle for rent. The location was amazing and I'm looking forward to come back again.

This is the first time that I visit this hotel. The experience has been very good. The room I liked because even though the hotel is in the center, we have been able to rest very well without listening to the noise of the street. Just say the bathroom door, when open, chirriaba a little. For the rest, well. The beds very comfortable. The room for 6 people very good, very wide.

It is well situated, it has been renovated, the room very well for large families, the only drawback is the bathroom which for five people is a little bit fair. The breakfast buffet very good and the staff super.

I had a really great experience and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The location was great and it was great to get to a lot of places. The room was beautiful and modern as well as elegant. There is nothing that I didn't love about the room.

It has varied due to concerted parking which, after seal us the ticket at the hotel, not accepted as a guarantee, so applied us entire rate. After getting in touch with the hotel, after a quick and satisfactory attention apparently, and stay to reimburse me this the charged part of more to today I have not received anything.

I was very happy with my stay at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and nice. The food was very good and the rooms were very clean.

Hotel Central, with good value for money and a friendly staff.

The location is good, but the bedroom for five guests has the same size as a double room. There is no space for luggage of 5 in the small wardrobe and the bathroom has only one sink, too. I think it is not worth the price! The offered breakfast is nice.

Overall good hotel but the bathroom doors were almost invisible: made of glass (only a part of it was blurred), without a lock and with a slot between the two doors. I don't know how in Spain things works but in Italy we're used to have bathroom doors with a lock and a key. Aside from that and the shower a bit dirty can't complain. Magnet keys demagnetized a bit too often perhaps, but the staff was always nice. Oh, I almost forgot: our windows had a very big slot so in our rooms it was always very very cold. Don't go in room 306. If you end up there push the window so the slot will close up a bit and leave the heating going ;)

Very well located. Excellent breakfast. Close to all kinds of stores; metroso 20 a station for city tour and many restaurants. Very good price service.
