Cleaning was very good. Receptionist was exceptionally nice and easy to talk to. Bathtub was a nice plus. Breakfast was included as was very nice, complete with cakes and small treats. Location was excellent, not more than a 10 minute walk from Plaza Mayor.

Lovely hotel and lovely friendly staff. It’s the perfect base for seeing the sights of Madrid.

There's no hot water! The most expensive hotel I have stayed in Europe and has no hot water…

The room was smaller than a hideout and that was for two people. Views of the inner courtyard very sad. The TV was dirty. There was a table that would be at least 48 years old to say something. Nice place, excellent relation price location because it is near the metros La Latina and Toledo. The staff is Cortes and the triple room in which we stayed my family and I had a proper size, a wonderful view of the San Francisco El Grande Chapel and the necessary services. No noise, as the window is antinoise, the elevator works, the hygiene products and towels are rough and only the air conditioner failed US 1 day.

Economic structure, cozy and central but needs a beautiful work of Svecchiamento! Cleanliness OK, breakfast OK, reception ok but they speak very little English!

Decent rooms, good location in Madrid.

Meets the standard of a 3 star hotel. Nothing special, but also nothing bad. All the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean. Older furnishing style.

20€ for parking by having the car less than a day, and forced us to move the car out of square, for that they had no availability and when we went the parking lot was EMPTY. My woman took the id card expired (without realizing it), and we are alarmed inutilmente with that could come the police in the middle of the night. Reserve a room with a double bed and they gave us one with two beds (again, the pq had the hotel full). We went during the week, a NORMAL working week, and assumes that you are full. Very bad experience, I will not repeat and I will recommend you to my acquaintances not to go.

The room is small but clean. The bed is the most uncomfortable I have ever tasted, so the hotel does not meet your main task. Other than that, the garage is very small, so some car models do not come in.

Old, ugly, no charm, but at least it's clean. The shower is anecdotal, because it is at the height of the shoulders to Metro and a half… come on, for Oompa Loompa. Breakfasts starting at 8 am… that's getting up early. Come on, I went to breakfast outside for not being late. I won't repeat.

The Hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet area with numerous restoration nearby. They have a bathtub to relax in.

Nice hotel which is close to Plaza Mayor in Madrid… closest metro is Puerta del Toledo.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It accuses a little the passage of time and the access by taxi is complicated (many taxi drivers do not know the name "official" of the hotel, so it is good to have by hand the postal address for the GPS). Ideal to stay while you go to Google Campus:-)

HTC hotel is cheap and doesn't have many services. But with all that Madrid has to offer. A bed is all you need.

Jose Carlos is fantastic, but the management let him down. Don't book for breakfast, find something outside. Clean rooms but plumbing failed, do dirty guests!

The location is perfect, in one of the most vibrant areas of Madrid, La Latina. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location — 20min walking distance to a lot of tourist spots. If you're a foodie lover it's very close to a lot of great restaurants. The staff is also very friendly and speaks english. The hotel itself is a little dated, but if you're okay with that you should enjoy your stay.

I've gone one four five times to have breakfast. Breakfast is nothing special but the atmosphere and the waiters is unmatched.

Great hotel for a short stay in Madrid. Very conveniently located, walking distance to the metro, the Palacio, and other landmarks. The only downside was the AC didn't seem to work at all, making for some sweltering nights.

Jose Carlos at the front desk is great. The cafeteria in the hotel is good. Quick, attentive service. At least one of the employees speaks English — and very well. Haven't spoken to any others, though. The food there is decent for a quick Spanish breakfast. The hotel itself is adequate. Small rooms — probably average sized for what I've seen in Europe. Nothing to really write home about good or bad. Except Jose Carlos who is very very good.

I've been to Europe so many times, I have never met such a bad team. What I mean is not only rude, but these people are so poor! I have to stay here for two days, I was feeling a lot of pain. The staff here is very slow, unfriendly and even the smallest things are not willing to help. Room was very hot weather, bad vision. But once again, taking into account the employment staff, these little details are nothing. Live somewhere else.

Wonderful hotel in the center of Madrid. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Jose Carlos and Oscar are two gentlemen at the reception that will guide you in the selection of a restaurant, tour or any information needed regarding Madrid. Parking is available but only small cars. There is a mini market half a block away and the best feature is being just a few blocks walk to Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real, famous restaurants, mesones, etc. Etc. Etc… Enjoy your stay!

Centrally located in Madrid and a block away from a grocery store. Conveniently near the restaurants of La Latina area. Rooms are decent, but with very thin walls. Noise travels very easily. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only one key card available.

Hotel very well located and at a better price!

The Hotel in situated in the Latin Quarter we stayed for 3 nights the staff were excellent (really helpful) and Hotel was very clean and rooms attended to daily. We found the location ideal for sight seeing and all the main attractions within easy walking distance and literally a 1 minute walk from St. Francisco el Grande The Royal Basilica of St. Francis the Great which is one of the lesser talked about sites but the interior is magnificent and not to be missed. Definitely will use this Hotel again.

Hotel for rest and for business trips. Bed and breakfast in the cafeteria, there are people from the street.

It is in the Latin heart, away from the hustle and bustle of Sun and broad avenues, but very close to foot and by public transport to all. It has three stars and one more than reasonable price. The room is clean and sound proofed. The correct service. A positive experience-.

Service attentive and friendly, rooms are clean and there is too much noise. It is just in an area in which moves away from the more noisy bars and it is possible to be quiet. Although front there is a small Park does not fear overnight pass through here since just passes the calle Gran Vía de San Francisco and there is plenty of light. The have you breakfast in the downstairs bar they are exquisite and the truth in general one is going well, like being at home.

You need enough reform and you might get better performance, given that is very well located. I do not recommend it.
