Very old hotel but very clean. Decent rooms. Good value for money.

It's a little far from the center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very friendly receptionist.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet place and close to the city center of Alcalá de Henares. Clean and very well equipped rooms, all kinds of equipment. Nice to stop by.

The hotel is very good. Chiquitin, economic and close to the center. The cafeteria is better, it's chaos.

The best: Spacious room, large bathroom and with shower, Wi-Fi, free outdoor parking.
Improved: exterior appearance of the hotel, state of the hall and cafeteria. And breakfast buffet.

I don't think it's very modern. The best is the acoustics, you hear absolutely everything, hallway, neighbors… But it's pretty limpito.

Positive reinforcement: friendly staff and spacious room with good bed.
Things to improve: a lot of heat in the room, in addition to the heating only emits noise, does not provide hot air or cold air. Television programming is a hoax, promise not available channels (as Movistar, Andreu could not see you) and lose the signal in so many others. Bad breakfast in both quantity and quality. Just a bath towel in the room being two people.

Las habitaciones están muy bien, en el desayuno teníamos bollería, cafe, zumos, cereales y tostadas.

La habitación era espaciosa y el baño también. Todo limpio y colocado. El desayuno al ser continental un poco escaso pero bien. En general, para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, estaba todo bien.

The Fifty & Fifty Restaurant is highly recommended. One of the best grilled Q I have eaten.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good and the bathroom was excellent. The food too basic and insipida, the coffee watery and the juice is very noticeable that it is of boat. The truth is that if you want to have breakfast better that you go to the other side.

A quiet place to spend the night. The hotel is simple with the image well maintained and the rooms are comfortable and clean (although they are not well soundproofed). It was all in good condition, the beds could be softer, but they are not bad. The attention of the girls at reception is very good and when we arrived they gave me a map to point out the most emblematic places to visit in the city. It is well located and you can walk around and if you want to eat rich without leaving the hotel I recommend the restaurant fifty fifty. The menu of the day is at €10 and includes entrée + main course + drink + dessert and coffee. We also had breakfast there and it was self service type.

Basic, comfortable and close to the old part of Alcalá de Henares — easy walking distance. Didn't try the restaurant except for the continental breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good and the rooms were very nice and comfortable, with a little girl and a pet. For my stays in this hotel I only have good things to say, nothing bad. Great value for money.

The place is clean and reformed. Good attention. They do not indicate that they have parking and on the street it is very difficult to park. Very close to the center. You hear the noise from other rooms.

Spacious rooms with lots of furniture to organize and store things. Air conditioning and heating. Everything's pretty clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have parking for guests. It's on the street. The hotel is close to the centre and you can walk around for about 15 minutes.

Helpful Italians speak English.

It was full of students making lots of noise the restaurant was closed on Sunday and as we had a dog we had to take him with so could not go to a restaurant as he was not allowed in so had to get a kebab to take away to eat so if taking an animal with you do not go.

No a bad place to stay if going to the ferries for England half way between the coast and Santander.

Bed super bad. The air is off and you have to have the window open 24h a lot of noise the ground is wet through the open window. I will not return.

Cleanliness of the rooms and friendly staff, excellent. Good area to park. The breakfast is continental, with what you can not do the typical free breakfast buffet of the hotel to hold out until the afternoon. I loved having a terrace in the ideal room in the summer.

It is a pity that the single rooms cost the same as the double (double, paying half, are very well priced). Moreover, I am very happy with the hotel: located close to a bus stop to reach the town (which is not so far away) in a few minutes, you can buy tickets from several trips in a tobacconist, and there is one very closely. Staff is friendly, and they make very easy stay in Alcalá. They have a refrigerator to leave food for those staying at the hotel and a computer. The rooms are clean and spacious. These views are not much (the neighbouring houses), and to greet the people give pineapple juice (do not have other kinds of juices), despite which I am very happy with this hotel.
