Very glad that got to this hotel room a great access to the sea beauty) the floor chose 8 beach as in the palm of your hand. They feed a variety of food for slaughter. The chefs made us happy. We were vacationing with a company of 12 people. We all liked the recommendation to everyone. But the hotel has its own blunders… The towels are yellow. Dirty. With holes yes they are my most expensive holes photos will send a send-off. And this is the hotel (so it all started well the shoals began to come out for 5 days badly began to clean up the maid. It's bad and my friends didn't like it either. Maybe europeans are used to this? I'll think about coming to this hotel next year or choose a better one)

The hotel is conveniently located. It consists of two buildings. The first enclosure has rooms with stunning sea views. Good kitchen. There are no more merits.
The hotel is old. The bathroom has a persistent and pungent smell of sewage. The rooms are dirty. There are no blankets, only plaids. Instead of pillows — incomprehensible thin headrests. 2 elevators can not cope — have to wait a very long time.

Amazing hotel I would say all inclusive has some great choices all day long. However choosing a different bored doesn't matter being 5 minutes from town you can walk straight out of the hotel and see restaurants you could eat at. Portaventura is a bus ride away and the staff on the desk can easily advise you.

The hotel is located in a lovely location, the staff are friendly, for the kids the lighting animation, the food is plentiful, the food is good, cooked is not very tasty. Cleaning the room is daily. For Salou is a good hotel in terms of value for money.

A pleasant hotel sited in a great location with fantastic views. Hotel very clean and rooms immaculate. Food as to be expected buffet style. Always found something to eat, could have been slightly warmer. Roast meats cooked to perfection.

Loved the hotel. Good rooms, good service, very good food and helpful staff. Only complaint. No where in the advertising mention that the nearest beach was down 109 steps or a very steep ramp. A bit unfair to people with disabilities.

Staff and hotel are nice. Air con not so good. Dinner lunch breakfast. Pretty boring. Also gave me the runs most days and the stomach bug.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This year again we plan to have a rest in Salou, it is possible that again we will choose this hotel. From the pros: great location of the hotel, the nearest beach is 3 minutes walk, near the bus stop and the offices of the bus plan where we bought all the excursions. Near the promenade with a huge number of shops and cafes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The road. If not left, then for lunch took wine, cheese or ham in the nearest store. The room was very clean. The safe is paid, but we did not take. About the refrigerator wrote that too paid, but we used for free and no one said anything. The breakfast was very good. About Salou and about the hotel were the most pleasant memories. I recommend it unequivocally!

Amazing Gastrobar lid, flavor, presentation and service of 10. Totally recommended. Of the few that makes you want to go again to repeat the experience.

The location is very not bad. A little away from the center, so there is no crowds of people, there is a descent to the sea, to the center 10 minutes of leisurely promenade. Food at Level 4

Full hotel The view of the sea is beautiful on the other side seen on a pool and a Jacuzzi super class The hotel is really clean only problem there were smells of going up from the sewers in my shower and C was really disturbing.

What a view! Had an awesome stay here. All inclusive food and drink was good quality… such as magnum ice creams ect! Defo would go again!

Of course for nothing corresponds to a 4 star, the sink towels were broken from use, the shower was missing a door to the screen, you charge for turning on the fridge, food very little variety, many more people trying to get into dinner that tables had in the Restau Rante, we had to wait for people to finish to enter, the rooms on the first floor are a kind of hideout with the hallway with a carpet super dirty… The only good location, I will not return safe.

Is well. But surprisingly for a dining room so large they have a few waitresses running all over the place to accommodate us all.

Hotel Soi saying 4 stars I'd give him 2. I think giving stars is free for some hotels.
Arrived on March 21 in a group of 48 people for a stay of 15 days. We get a room to the soi saying 1 ° floor the room in question was a cellar without views anywhere and cold, (I got sick while I spent 1 night in this room at 16 degree) We did a little escandale and gave us one at 6 ° view On sea and very large with full sun balcony and very comfortable. (Nothing to say for the room) very nice staff, the buffet morning, noon, evening, the horror, the menu did not change, not varied enough every day, dry fish without taste, chicken, pork, for 15 days we had the same menu.
Hotel or they receive a lot of groups of children and young Germans, English, the instructors of these children and young people are at the bar all night to get drunk and young people make a terrible ruckus they are books themselves unbearable noise at night. The Hotel is close to the beach but very far from the city.
The entertainment at night is great.
A hotel to rest is not to recommend. We went in a group of 4 at the SPA, €6 for 2 hours and no service, small pool, no Jacuzzi, 2 sunbeds, we were summoned after 15 minutes because of the noise of the children who were there. The Wi-Fi is free but not enough to get to the rooms.
For our part it is a hotel where I do not have a foot.

Good rooms and comfortable, all very clean and with very good professionals, you help everything, being out of season the animation is scarce, but there are little things and in the end of the week at least they have live music which is appreciated and quality is in the high zone and there is free parking in the surrounding area, 5 min walk to the entertainment area and shops, very good hotel.

Hotel super full of things to do seen beautiful on the sea or so on port Aventura only small downside we had the sewer lifts next to our shower as we returned its smelled vrmnt bad but good of the two days was great I highly recommend this hotel El.

The food in their Gastrobar was delicious. Very good quality. Normal prices. Excellent decoration. Menu with lots of variety. 4 stars. Great for families and couples!

The hotel is Reformmado recently at least the rooms. Perfect views from the room to the bay. There was very good cleanliness and service, the hotel food left a lot to be desired. To go with kids is perfect and there is good entertainment.

Almost 5 hours to perform the ckeking. Repcecion crowded with dissatisfied customers.

Was in this hotel. All decent, the rooms are clean and the view is great from the balcony, the food is very good (took breakfast and dinner) Everything was very tasty in the evening animation. I'm still thinking of going back to this hotel.

I wouldn't go back to the hotel. Very bad, attention worse. There's no organization. They are only interested in admitting people without staff to serve them. Bad food and very little stocked. I don't understand how this hotel can have 5 stars.
I love being able to say this publicly. We were very uncomfortable.

Disappointed twice flights in 2 days… Not enough surveillance…

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, good food. Very clean but could do with a bit of a revamp as looking tired in places. Short walk to the beach and town. Two outside pools, although the one round the back is mostly in the shade come mid afternoon. Very much enjoyed our stay here and would most certainly return.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable. Tasty food, live music in the evenings, swimming pool. Near the sea and many restaurants, shops. And the country is great. Everything is clear, because I have been teaching Spanish for 6 years and 9 years of English. So I won't get anywhere.

Lovely hotel near to center of solou shopping center near bus stop for all trips lovely waitresses in resturant bar staff very rude grumpy as if they didn't want to be there only thing that spoilt hotel.

Staff so friendly and dont get annoyed with language barrier. Pools are amazing cleaned every morning. Food is good with good variety. Beds uncomfortable feels like Laying on a slab. (used to memory form back home) so close to town and beach. Loads sun beds so never a shortage.

Nice staff, good food, but should have 3 stars, not four. Tried to get kettle for 3 days — been told only 10 kettles for 200 rooms. Fridge cost 2.50 per day and some towels have holes.

So far so good too early to make a fair comment. Catering for wife's gluten intolerance so far even made her a gluten free pizza. Location good room clean.

We stayed in August 2016 at Resort 1 with our 4 year old daughter.
The animation for children was outstanding * * * * * The program for the adults just so and varied.
The staff was more than accommodating super, especially greetings to Mr. Robinson from the little Cassandra. The staff in the dining area had everything lying down and left when our daughter burned at the toaster to help her. Thank you for this * * * * * We have booked for August 2017 again and look forward to it.

Our hotel room had nice views. Nice sea air. The staff was not particularly friendly. Most rooms only had multiple twin beds. Good location to beach and promenade and shopping and restaurants.

A nice hotel with nice rooms and good food, the spa is fantastic.

This huvicada close to the beach, a few blocks down is located the Centre of parties, discos, clubs etc. As if it wasn't enough she has wonderful facilities inside and outside. The service is exceptional, and the rooms are very well prepared for any situation. The only downside that e had to been the food. It is not of poor quality, but it is not exceptional for a 4 star hotel.

The downside, in my opinion that big bed in a double room was made from two shifted beds.
Our room was on the ground floor, entrance from the adjacent hotel was closer.
