The hotel is not bad in principle! The staff are very polite! There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception — which was very nice! ) On cleanliness in general — I will say that also all is not bad! But there are also disadvantages — very bad wi fi, the pool is open from 9 a. M. To 9 p. M. No large beds (well at least we were told so at reception), there is only double — it was for us personally, very not convenient! And so the rest of everything is good!

One of the best hotels I've stopped. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and bedrooms, beds lovely. Highly recommend stopping at the las Vegas.

A nice hotel with a great location: 2 minutes to the central promenade, 7 minutes to the second beach, shops and bars nearby.

The interior is updated, pleasant, the staff are polite, the rooms are clean. The food is good, the truth is a bit monotonous. But there is always meat, poultry, fish, salads, fruits and desserts.

4 per Wi-Fi, in the evening it is especially slow and the pool mode from 9 a. M. To 9 p. M.

Wonderful location, near the sea and promenade, Port Aventura is close. Delicious food, the buffet always has something for everyone. Great rooms, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. 5/5

This is our third time staying here and we can find no faults. Service, food, rooms, proximity to centre, proximity to beach etc all make it an ideal place for singles, young or older couples, families. Helpful reception staff, cleaners and the staff in the bar and dining room.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast selection is good, continental and a full English however the bacon isn't bacon the way it is in the UK and the sausages are hot dogs. Fried eggs and boiled eggs standard and scrambled eggs have a funny taste 'maybe it's the oil or butter it's cooked in ' that's my opinion. The hotel has 3 pools on different levels. Pls see pics. By the way there is a charge for everything IE ironing service no iron in room 4 euros per item. No tea or coffee in room 18 euros to hire a kettle for the week and a 10 euro deposit. No tap water available only bottled that you have to purchase depending on size. Oh yes don t forget when you check in you have to pay a tourist tax 7.90 euros per person under 18 exempt.

Clean, we got a room with a sea view. The food is delicious. Cleaned every day.

Lovely hotel, staff, food, location will return. We went in May the air con did not come on until June with the sliding door open on certain nights it was very noisy, that was our only complaint.

Great hotel, not far from PortAventura.

This is a great 5 star hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. About the spruce is located in the city center, near the beach, shops. I still want to go back there, very much. In the evenings a lovely bar, disco, live music, spacious, beautiful foyje.

Very good quality and very good price. Room on the top floor overlooking the sea. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice decoration of the entrance hall and in general. The bad the parking, I have gone at the end of September and I did not have to park at the door of the hotel (higher or lower) but in high season I do not.

Food was very poor, had a piece of uncooked fish, when shown to the chef he asured me it was ok to eat. You could see it was uncooked. Staff at reception just said sorry I asked to speak to the Manager they said there wasn't one on the premises. No Manager came to talk to me, I always thought staff had to report a complaint to Management. I spoke to holiday rep, from Jet 2, who said she'd talk to staff. Never heard from her either. Great place to stay for rubbish holiday. Sorry folks.

The Orth has very nice promenade, but also long beach. Shopping mall is good posyzionic.

Het is een uitermate goed hotel op eentoplocatie dicht bij zee minder dan 5 minuutjes. Het heeft twee mooi zwembaden en een jacuzzi, de kamers zijn netjes en s hoon en modern. Het eten is afwisselend en goed in buffet vorm kortom een echte aanrader!

Rooms modern and spacious, located in a good central position but the reception and is dark and unwelcoming, the pool was cold and there is no bar or anywhere conducive to relax in. Open plan balconies a bit too open and disconcerting to sit in privately. So overall disappointing.

Visited friends so only saw pool adea and reception but very nice.

Great hotel, ideal situated close to the beach and beach side restaurant's. Not to take anything from the hotel food, I can't fault it. Entertainment is good in the evening if you don't want to go out.

The staff were great the food was good and the rooms were clean and smart. The decor was nice and it was comfortable nothing was any trouble for the staff. I have stayed at a number of hotels and all have their good points if I had to pick the best point here I would say the staff followed closely by the flood and the lay out.

Great hotel. Staff very helpful. Rooms and hotel very clean and well kept. Good choice of food at breakfast and lunch. Only negative would be lack of sunbeds around pool… no where near enough for hotel this size.

It is great, clean, nice, comfortable and… everything you can say about this wonderful place, the extraordinary attention.

I have been in this hotel for 2 nights and is very enjoyable and comfortable. The people there are nice and quite. But neighborhood are noisy sometimes. The architecture, furniture and decoration are very beautiful. I'm glad with my stay.

Great hotel for a relaxing family holiday. The room has everything you need: bed, bedside tables, good TV, balcony (with crossbar for drying raw linen), bathroom with bidet, safe (paid 17€ per week +10€ refundable Deposit for the key), refrigerator (surcharge of 20€ per week). But our fridge is opened with the key from the balcony and we used it for free! :-) Food: We took the HB-Breakfast and dinner. For Breakfast free drinks (juice, tea, coffee, water), for dinner surcharge (payable directly at the exit). The food is delicious, very varied, not including Breakfast (but there you can choose for yourself). The hotel area is Small, green, two pools, but both are shallow. There is a gym (too small, and every time go there, you must leave a Deposit of 10€ for the key). Entertainment: the Evening kids disco, live music for older people, such as dancing. But all somehow very cute… Sea across the road. Long coastline, sand, entrance to the sea is sandy, too. Sun beds, umbrellas on the beach are chargeable. But basically all sunbathing on their towels, and local chairs-cots.

Very nice hotel with excellent facilities. Food is good with a very large choice at breakfast and dinner. The rooms are spacious and recently had been decorated in 2014 so very modern. Drinks are very reasonably priced at the bar with friendly staff. All in all a very luxurious experience. My only complaint — reception staff could have been a bit more helpful when we asked how to get the bus to reus airport. They just told us to go to the bus station to check the times. Would have been nice if they had a timetable on hand to save us hassle on our last night.

All that I can say about this hotel is little, frankly wonderful.
