really extremely disappointed by this hotel and the deplorable attitude of the staff a tourist factory or by staying in all inclusive you will have the right to the minimum service of the low end cocktails with the aroma of mojito if you want a real pay 2.50 euro industrial food cleaning rooms minimum service I confirm the deplorable state of the toilets of the swimming pools waste everywhere in the room the plates the glasses are dirty ⚠️attention to cooking meats my son is sick since he ate chicken meat with a poorly cooked plancha unfortunately we saw too late vomiting diarrhea and antibiotics + 10 days and still sick medical certificates in support no excuse no apathy nothing.

Swimming pools, had 3 a baby one, larger one and a inside one with a jacuzzi it's hot. Has a little beach to. Staff pleasant rooms clean. Food a little cold at times and could do with the evening entertainment outside. It's to hot and busy so you can't see it. Or even some music. Maybe a sports area could be added for football etc. As the kids ball spent more time in the pool. I loved the water aerobics and waterproof. Kids enjoyed the entertainers.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, all staff very friendly especially bar staff and animation team, special mentions to Mariel, Daniel, Gaga and Lara. We miss you all already and can't wait to come back.

I'm still here… the staff are amazing here and the both pools are brilliant for the kids and also the indoor pool… I thank you for looking after us whole heartily.

I recommend it to all families, it is ideal to go with children. They have pools with slides, hot pool and above all and what we liked the most is the monitors and activities for children. Recommended 100%!

Hotel set to go with children if you want to go as a couple in summer months is quite busy hehehe

I don't know why it has 3 Stars, it's much better than 4 or 5. Pool with slides for the little ones, another pool for the whole public, through which you can pass and go directly to the beach. Hearty and varied food, friendly dining staff. I would definitely repeat.

Holidays at this hotel were very disappointing.
Ignorant reception staff with very poor English (especially the night shift). We fly with friends and ask for a room next to us, we received confirmation, it is fine, but on the day we got a room on floors 3 and 5 and did not receive any explanation from the staff (they did not understand why they are frustrated). They mixed all the documentation that my friends never exist in the hotel, the staff couldn't even check correctly.
The rooms were dirty, the bathtub was not clean every day, there was a lot of dust under the bed, our suitcases were dirty. The pool (floor and tables) was dirty and sticky. The water in the pool and aquapark was freezing.
The animation was poor and the staff spoke only Spanish.
The all-inclusive package did not include the aquapark and was worth the price.
Breakfast was not tasty, but lunch and dinner were fine. Restaurant staff very friendly but didn't speak English too. The best of the hotel — the sunset. The most beautiful sunset. The whole area with rocks and beaches was amazing.
I recomend area but not this hotel.

Ok not the best place I've stayed at but it lives upto it's 3 stars the staff do appear stressed and over worked I've had no problems staying here if anything I've found the guests rather rude and ignorant which is bound to have an effect on the staff maybe if guests wasn't so rude the hotel staff might actually smile more. Only main issue I have is the toddler pool is freezing but other than that the place is clean and spotless and you can see the staff work round the clock to keep this place running as smoothly as possible. Rooms are nice and clean a tiny bit small for us but have no issues with them plus clean towels and sheets daily. Food wise we had no problems with breakfast apart from the large amounts of guests forgetting general manners I don't know how many times guests had stared at me and my disabled son shame on them. I'd give this hotel a 7/10 it's a family budget hotel we have generally had a pleasant stay thank you best cap salou☺️

Absolutely horrendous horrible ignorant staff towards any English people freezing pools so toddlers will not get in including the splash pool area. This is not a family hotel nor is it all inclusive unless you want local products everything else you have to pay for. Food is the same everyday and is just an unorganised frenzy of people running trying to get a table. If your thinking of coming here do your self a favour and go somewhere nice.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. In terms of cleanliness, staff friendliness and the food, catering plenty of options for vegetarians. We had a party of 11 over 4 rooms and not one of us have a bad word to say about this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Staff friendly enough, very multi cultural hotel, not overly friendly to British but that doesn't bother us as a family. Good location and food good, but not for the fussy eater or child! lol.

Hotel was good staff were all very helpful and friendly. other guest werent so friendly very judgemental towards children with complex needs. Staring at certain children and speaking in a different language well they laughed! really could give the hotel a bad reputation. I wouldnt go back at the same time of year again due to this I found it vile what myself and daughter had to witness. my daughter is 5 doesn't have any complex needs but even if she had a melt down other guest would stare at her to the point where they were making her scared and very upset.

Got back from this hotel a week ago. I really dont know why there are so many bad reviews! ita a 3 star hotel, people are expecting way too much! its lovely and clean and the staff were so busy all the time, they never stopped and very helpful and friendly. … the location is lovely, right on the beach and not far from main salou. We got a taxi which was around €9. the pool area was busy but it didn't bother us. My girls loved the indoor pool, was like a bath! and the childrens pool. the restaurant was a bit chaotic but other than that the food was perfectly fine. We never had a bad meal
we chose too eat out a few times but that was personal choice. I had my 2 year old twin girls with me and they enjoyed every moment. would go back.

Hotel lovely and clean, food wasn't great it was like feeding time at the zoo at meal times and the meat was not cooked properly. Not a lot around and a 40 minute walk into Salou. The splash park was amazing and the staff at splash park were great. Unfortunately a member of our party had a brand new bottle of perfume stolen from her room by one of the maids so please lock away your items.

Everything, staff apart from the cleaners all the rest were very rude. Would not go back there for free.

Facilities are excellent for yhe family. Good selection of food but has for your red meat to be cooked a little more raw.

Can't complain about the hotel, it's clean and food is not too bad. The staff on the other hand are very rude, not helpful at all. If your English I wouldn't bother booking here as you will be lucky to find staff that speak English and are treated differently to other none English speaking guests. Spoke to a few English guests and they are disguted themselves. My wife had a spoon thrown at her by staff at the snack bar because she wanted a clean spoon and refused to use a dirty spoon. The lads who wait on and clear glasses of an evening are great and helpful. It's a shame the staff let this hotel down, we still have 4 days left here and if I could I would book a different hotel.

Great hotel for families. Good choice of food and first class rooms. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday.

Far too many people for the little pool and I'm not talking about the sunbeds (it's war! ), hotel restaurant very very noisy, and little isolated! There is little room in the car park… The bedding is not comfortable and the staff is rude and not at all international!
You have to wait in line to eat, to have a bottle of water or a glass, in short, for everything…
Pirate's splash coool for kids my son loved it though there is nothing included in the all inclusive formula close to the pool (or there are slides) you can't come home with a drink (which would come from the bar of the other pool! On the other hand it will not break any problems smoking near the pools that's allowed!
We won't be going back to it…

My only issues are no laundrette… lack of mirrors in main bedroom… or plug near wardrobe mirrors… clothes airer on balcony… and music around pool… other than that fabulous!

I loved everything: and proximity to the sea, and delicious food (breakfasts and dinners above all praise), great sandy beach, clean sea, cozy hotel rooms, good view from the balcony! As well as Russian-speaking staff at the reception and a lot of Russian-speaking tourists! And with the weather we were very lucky!

I put 4etoiles because it was missing the parking due to work and no information on the site.

Where to start? The tile breaking, the air conditioning HS, the work, the friendliness of the receptionist. The absolutely terrible quality of the food in the morning as in the evening. The flawed household, the noise, the geographical location. Even for the low price it is expensive paid.

The Hotel is fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The environment is not suitable for people of a certain age. Lots Of ups. Few proper rides. Impracticable and dangerous round Road. Beautiful but dirty Coves.

Perfectly suitable hotel for a holiday with granddaughters, because It smoothly passes into the sea. The Smallest sand and very smooth entrance to the sea. The Protective Bay does not give development to wind and waves. Excellent cuisine with no leftovers from lunch to dinner. Option: All inclusive will give children the beauty of drinks and ice cream, and men to be under the pressure… We were here for the first time and just two weeks ago we were in Mallorca. And soon here at the hotel will start a children's Waterpark…

I do not recommend this hotel, the air conditioning does not work, the housekeeping is only half (does not change the sheets). We all hear in the hallways and out and the TV channels are practically all in Spanish. The positive points are the coffee machine and the small cove next door.

Amazing threesome! The food on 5 is exactly pulling. The first coast, its own beach, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym. All without pitfalls and no surcharges. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommend.

This place is near to the beach but when we are here it was so cold and windy so we don't enjoy the beach. The hotel have interior and exterior pool the food is good people working here are nice and helpful place is clean and well maintained.

Miserable Hotel. To avoid. Total soundproofing, you hear everything that happens in the hallways. Doors slam all the time. Very uncomfortable bedding. No air conditioning, so very hot in the rooms. Then if you plan to eat at the hotel good courage, you have to fight with 1000 people on average to access the buffet… Which remains very bland…

It is a quiet place, nice and full of beautiful coves.

Regular, room with a weird smell, food well inside of what fits but the problem the pool, you see that when people Book Room, also book the pool hammock because mission impossible to find one that is not reserved with a towel, a cap, Trousers etc. With no one around you…

The hotel is three stars. First line. The beach is sandy. The loungers on the beach are paid, but from the pool 20 meters. Pool loungers are free. There are catamarans for hire. It's a long way from Salou — 40 minutes on foot. But there is a 5 minute bus stop. There are several shops within walking distance, but prices are higher than in Salou.

The beds could be more comfortable and the receptionists were not the nicest. Very blunt, and not many knew the first thing about speaking English which is absurd, as if your a receptionist at a hotel you should speak other languages. We went all inclusive and the service by the pool is lovely. It stormed when we were there and the hotel flooded on the bottom floor. Very organized and all round the service was nice in most areas.

The reception was very good. Lots of people for such a small pool and a very young beach. I give the two stars for the free buffet of the dining room which is very good.

Beautiful, clean, classy place. Only thing that could be improved is the pool bar closes the 1st week in October even though the hotel is still at capacity and the temperatures are still at 25°

+ the size of the beds, the views of the cliff and the intimacy of the parkig.
— The treatment of the reception staff in particular one (a few hours of being in the room was presented a receptionist at our door with bad ways to block the doors and take us to the street if we did not justify the payment because they lost theirs in the cam Bio on shift), we requested to speak with the Director and neither case nor apology the, food left to be desired but especially the distribution of the tables by not leaving clear hallways, cleaning the rooms (lack of cleaning quality), smells to snuff (we ask not Smokers) and smell of sewer or toilet, squeaking noises of the doors and fused lights (we requested a 3x1 did not repair it) the pool facilities we did not use them but the gym if (broken devices like the tape and others) and the worst that people would spend soaked water from the Swimming pools to the gym and both the floor and the machine were wet. Overall bad taste in the mouth the time we were inside the hotel, not if it was because they closed season or other cause. Too bad for the staff and the upkeep it could be a great hotel even of more category so it was less than a huge poorly managed pension.

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful but the food soup was cold every night and if you did not get the meat or chips ASAP they were also cold. On a positive note they did fresh stirfry fish burgers every night endless to say that was what we ate. Location is great because a beautiful cove is just on the back of hotel cap salou is a quiet spot though we did find a great wee bar called route 66. Would not stay here again but would definitely go back to cap salou …

Good selection of the buffet, however, always "basics" are out of hand…

There is no one who speaks Italian and you are in a structure where it is worth the art of arranging.

Les +: Well placed with shops nearby and by the beach, gym (not air-conditioned), terrace, swimming pool.
The —: The food is really disgusting and discount, and the plates are dirty, for the staff: half is inhospitable, no place to park, the air conditioning is poor (phew it does not 40)

It's terrible. The rooms are small, the sea is cold, the pool too! Although I'm resting here in July. The child also picked up two splinters on the beach! It's terrible. Fen works poorly when the threesome came, I'm a son and a husband, then we were given 1 glass, 2 towels per person. Anyway, I'm not here anymore with my foot! IT'S TERRIBLE!

Okay value for money, but make sure to come during off-season so it's not too crowded. Food is not that great and the drinks aren't so good either except the beer. The receptionist spoke zero English. The gym was very old and not sufficiently equipped + no air con. There were NO toilet brushes in the hotel rooms… the little beach strip is nice and I can recommend the bar across the street 'Route 66'!

The buffets are not high aerobatics but there are for all tastes. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom has nothing to say either.

A note for the hotel: in France, in some restaurants at will, when there is a waste we pay an extra (€5, €8, €10…) The amount you throw away (because of the people I'm serving in too much quantity) is simply hallucinating! Try to think about something to limit that…

Very good value for money, it is located directly on a small beach which is accessed directly from the hotel.
The pool is a little crowded and as usual some rudely occupies the sunbeds even if you don't use them.
The restaurant is always well stocked and varied, the food generally and good.

I was there for Spring-Break in 2013. It was an unforgettable stay. The hotel is really good.

We loved our holiday here and can't wait to come again in 2014.
