Excellent treatment from the reception, Raul prepares some excellent mojitos and is very friendly, has charisma for the public attention have for sure k we will return Pedro tb very attentive and quick in the attention of the dining room thanks for everything until soon.

Just back yesterday from here and have to say had a great time. Staff were very friendly and what can I say about Pedro he is just brilliant. Entertainment provided till 12pm every night. From my experience great place especially for families.

Not a bad apartment for a family holiday.

Excellent hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant staff were fantastic, Damian, the restaurant manager was always helpful and friendly and the food was very good. The only issue I had was the sunbed policy — they say that you cannot reserve sunbeds yet every morning every sunbed was covered in a towel — enforce your policy or dont have one. Overall a very good place to stay. We had a room on the 5th floor overlooking the road. It was quiet and only occasional sound of a train from about 8am. 5 stars.

Stayed here for the second time and once again it was outstanding. The bar and pool staff are excellent, well trained and friendly. Pedro and Rachael were great as always. Even had a small dispute over a cracked window pane and after a chat with management it was resolved amicably. Great location, its not noisy in the area and also near the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommend CYE.

This was our second time here with a two year gap and it was equally as good as the first time. Staff make a serious effort, with Damien in the Restaurant to Pedro in entertainment Brilliant. Food, Service, Cleaning, Entertainment excellent. Will definitely be back. This place is busy and it's clear to see why. Well Done and Keep up the good work.

Very good value for money. A Lot of English, but they do not have much trouble except noise. The Food is weak, so it's better not to take it.

This place has very friendly staff great entertainment there but some lifeguards let you do hardly anything.

Excellent service, perfect place to stay if you don't want to drive a car in salon. It is 5 Min away from lovely beach & main market. It took us only 5 min to port adventura in taxi (8 euro for 4 of us). You can buy park ticket from reception. We also made a day trip to Barcelona through Busplana. You can catch Busplana from Beach which is just 5 min away. Room was tidy and service almost everyday, make sure you leave your towels & bed sheet on floor to replace otherwise it won't be replaced. Apartment has enough cooking stuff. We didn't use TV much. We were arrived early around 11am on day of check in. Receptionist asked for €60 deposit which was refunded on check out. Also hold our passports to make photocopies as it she was busy with few more check ins and asked us to collect in 30 min. We were on half board. Food was nice. Being a vegetarian we had limited choices which was expected however staff was very kind to make pizza for us whenever we asked. I wish they would have some more vegetarian choices on food. One thing my children were missing in breakfast is fruits — berries and melons. They only has whole green apples and oranges all the time. Kitchen don't allow outside water or drink so you have to buy from them which is cost you some extra money. It is 15-20 min away from Reus airport. It cost us €26 each way in pre — booked online taxi through skyscanner. It is small airport and check in is very quick.

Just arrived I attended a woman at the front desk which asked 7 euros of taxes in cash as well as 70 euros of deposit all in cash I explained that we just arrived and I have not taken money to allow me to pass to my room as my baby was tired and Llo And my 9 year old son was exhausted, all this was the 12 of the night or so and the woman at reception tells me: They come on holiday and do not have 7 euros! Which I thought was of very bad taste, I had already explained to him that I have money more not in cash. In the end we agreed to pay with card the 7 euros and the 70 we deliver them the next day. Another thing we stayed 8 days and in all those days I changed the sheets or cleaned the floors (even having an 11-month-old baby crawling) everything is heard in the room what they do the other hosted all you hear you can not sleep well, the room we were touched was flooded with cigarette smoke all day. The only attentive ones are the service staff and the restaurant. I never come back to this hotel. Never in my previous visits to Spain had it been so bad in a hotel.

Second time I've been and will definitely be back again if not this year certainly next. Cleaner's are constantly cleaning and it shows couldn't fault. Staff are so friendly and entertainment was a good laugh. Had bar snacks and they were always tasty and reasonably priced. I paid for the upgrade this year and the newly refurbished superior rooms were definitely worth the bit extra. Hotel has a good location just a short stroll from anything you could want or need. Would definitely recommend.

Aparthotel rather well placed in the centre of Salou. The apartments are spacious and well designed. Wi-Fi is free in the public areas, it is not available in the rooms. The reception is perfect, the staff very friendly.
On the facilities side there is a swimming pool, a game room, a terrace etc.
The restaurant is offered in the form of a buffet, rather good.
There is free parking on site.
The only black point is the railroad track next door, the trains are noisy and honk every time you pass.

Great hotel. Room, bathroom quite decent. The kitchen has everything you need.

Very close to town, seaside and main bus routes to portadventura, Costa caribe and aquapolis. Minimum facilities but no need when everything is within 10 minutes walk.

Worst hotel in Spain… train side apartments are brutal… and they charge you for a pool view lol.

Lovely Hotel. My only gripe is you must pay for drinks at dinner. Apart from that it's in a great location, and staff are very friendly and very keen to help.

We did enjoy our stay at cye. Friendly staff. Clean and in a good position to explore salou. It's more for families with children as it did get a bit loud around the lobby and pool area with children. That's a good thing if you are a family. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Nice Hotel. It has a room from the train tracks. You can only be disturbed by the 7h00 train.

A nice aparthotel, the homemade food and very rich, the spectacular animation, the metre and the perfect waiters and super majos, especially Damian and Jeff, the only bad thing is Q you want to charge 10 euros x night x pool views, and Q do not have some detail with customers habitual s Like us! Still. 'll!

Brilliant family friendly hotel. Hotel and rooms lovely and clean. Staff very friendly, especially Pedro the entertainer. Great pool area, entertainment every evening, kids club every day, and also games room, pitch and playground. Hotel located very cetrally, few minutes walk to salou main strip and beach. Very close to portaventura and water parks. 1 hr from Barcelona.

Great place to stay with kids very family orientated. Staff are great friendly and can't do enough for ye. Food is delishious. And Pedro and Rachel the entertainers are brilliant. It was my 2nd time here and is come again.

Pedro the entertainer is excellent and all of the management and staff are really friendly and helpful. The various entertainments organized around the poolside creates a great community atmosphere in the Cye. Overall an excellent place to stay and perfectly located within Salou for accessing all that the area has to offer. This was our second stay and we would have no hesitation recommending the Cye.

Well run, friendly and helpful staff, clean, safe, also convenient to shops, restaurants, supermarkets & beach. Food was good~my only criticism was that it was a wee bit limited but kids loved it. There was so much to do that we had to drag them outside the hotel every day ~ the younger ones would have been happy to spend the entire trip inside the complex. There was a train line nearby but I only heard it during the day and even then it was minimal, it didn't affect the quality of our trip at all.

Apartments are basic but clean. Can be difficult to get a bed by the pool but the hotel do remove the towels of people that have reserved beds when they are not there. Close to beach and numerous bars and restaurants. Overall good apartments and a good location for exploring salou.

Average for the money don't expect any luxuries everything was basic … staff were good… friendly. . For a family of two adults a 14 year old a 11 year old paying the adult price. Which is a bit much … if you want a cheap holiday it's ok… but I don't think I'll be back… that's two years on the trot with JET2 HOLIDAYS been disappointed twice…

This is a very good family holiday accommodation. It has excellent pool side and evening entertainment for all the family. The food is of a very good standard and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are slightly small but sufficient for a young family of five.

The worst food that can occur in a hotel.

Apartment for 5 people limit otherwise pretty much correct.
We hear the train and room also neighbours and large bed is two sofas stick one to the other.

This hotel is good, but the food I the blonde reception left a lot to be desired.

Rooms where clean and the entertainment was excellent the only thing is you could heat up the pool abit, food was amazing im coming back in 2015!

Noise. You get into beds that are rubbish. The train passes to 10 meters at night. Breakfast of penalty and at the front desk are unfriendly. Flee from here. Away from the beach.

A nice Aparthotel. Well furnished rooms, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave. Good cleaning service.
There is that Yes, many british. Personally I don't care, I fall well, but one has the feeling of that hotel, and especially the animation of the hotel, they crave by the British while ignored or directly take out the claws against the nationals. For example, anger the national child for taking on the stage, while the English child laughs you grace and plays with it. And which noses, that children are children.

Good service. Good situation. Family.
