I have been coming to this property for several years. The apartments are always very clean. The staff at the reception are very welcoming, available at all times of the day and speaking several languages which facilitates understanding. The manager, very nice does her best to satisfy the customers. This property has a pool shaded by palm trees as well as a slides and waterfall makes your stay very enjoyable. This swimming pool has a small pool for children as well as a large pools with a depth of 2m10 for the older ones. She is supervised by a swimming supervisor all day from 10 a. M. To 10 p. M.

Located nicely to shops and restaurants etc. Receptionist Joanna and Nablia were so very helpful and were on hand with so much information regarding Salou. They were both worth 10 stars, thank you so much. We stayed a week and had a fab time, accommodation was good and the weather was great. We will be returning.

An RCI property situated close to everything. Shops, restaurants, train station and the beach. Not a luxury resort, but location is top notch.

This is our fifth annual visit and we love the place. It is comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are large enough and totally sufficient for our needs. The hotel is close enough to the beach but far enough back for a bit of peace and quiet.

A 10 in apartment equipment. Super well taken care in detail, everything Q is needs, from toaster, iron for clothes, washing machine, hair separator, … A 10! Best Q a hotel. Cosy, clean! To come back! We've been ssuper good with the kids! The reception staff sooo friendly and polite! Nothing bad has to say!

The apartment was good and rather well located.

Good apartment, quite new and very comfortable had everything you needed to spend a few days, has pool and garden, we have been in winter so there were almost people we have been comfortable in general, for putting a stick I would say they need to wash the blankets more often as they They had stains and the smell was not nice, otherwise a good place to spend a few days on vacation.

Housekeeping does not melt cleaning it's very sal poorly maintained aging to flee.

Exceptional! We have spent a week during July (a Couple and two children) and the truth that we have been very satisfied. The deal is very close, with indications specific function of our tastes, the apartment was newly renovated with all the necessary equipment, location in the centre of Salou and at a distance comfortable to walk from the nearest beach. That makes it can rest without any noise or discomfort. The swimming pool is open for many hours, and our kids would spent in bed with the slide and waterfall. Without doubt, a successful, 100% recommend this accommodation.

The swimming pool is the highlight of this hotel, beautifully located in the garden with a little water slide and fall. But the joy stops there, rooms aren't quite, ours was on street side so noisy, bathroom not clean and not a good design, you can't take a shower and not splash water everywhere in bathroom (no shower enclosure) no extractor in bathroom! You need to pay for Wi-Fi (which these days are free almost everywhere you go let alone a hotel that you paid for) and it works on one device only once you logged in you cannot use it online other devices. Safe and parking both are extra pay. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

Quiet — swimming pool and apartment sensational.

Spacious room with living / dining room. Very clean all around. The bad soundproofing of the windows is null and void and listen to everything.

First of all as location the first time in Europe they give me a lousy location people very unfriendly you have to pay for everything you buy to buy soap you have to buy tissues they don't change your tires and sit there and say that I do not recommend it to anybody not even my enemies.

I like it because is very near the center, although it is 15 minutes to the promenade and to get to portaventura is to take the car because it is impossible to walk to. I like the care received, although the quality of the building would give it only a 6 because it can improve a lot. I miss TV in the room and the cleanliness sometimes leaves a little to be desired but I guess that will be depending on the person you touch.

Apartment bed had bedbugs. Cleaning lady came in without permission.

The apartments are cosy and are reformed. The area is quiet and very pleasant.

It is fairly well. You are coming with your personal things and spend a holiday at your own home. I liked very much.

It is very nice have good service and the apartments are very well-equipped treatment with customer friendly.
