Very helpful staff! Good restaurant, close to the sea. Yes, I would like to return!

A very nice place. I recommend it. Food was great. Every day cleaning and towels changing. One single complaint about the access to SPA. Even if is included in the accomodation price the access is granted just once during the stay.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. 5 minutes of walk to the sea, swimming pool and spa. And varied, plentiful, delicious food. Rooms are nice and clean, spotless linens and towels. Staff is friendly and helpful. My son says the people that work here are very kind. We spent our summer vacation twice in this hotel.

Too old sensitive, and so full of good, internet fast, bar, dining all on the level.

We were resting with my family. Two young children. It's a wonderful hotel. With excellent cuisine. Attentive staff. Every day they cleaned the room and changed the ward. The hotel has a small but comfortable pool. Every evening at the hotel the show is a program. It's about 100 meters to the sea. Advise! Very comfortable.

Great hotel, smashing room and well cooled. Very friendly staff and the food was superb every time we ate there. Drinks were a touch expensive and the pool was a bit small and crowded.

Good hotel, great location, the only thing that upset our holiday is cleaning rooms.

First of all it looks like a 4 star hotel and has 4 stars on the wall but the staff are not 4 star material. Breakfast was no good and Unprofessional staff in the restaurant and one lady that worked on reception was just shocking and rude when it came to customer service, it made me think why the hell did I choose this hotel to visit for my holiday. I'm going to have to say to people looking for a hotel in this area please think twice before booking as I'm sure you can do better.

Great place to rest a few days at the door of the Costa Brava. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff, very varied and excellent catering with picnic possible. Close to the sea and the city's anime Centre. Too bad there is not a dance musical animation as in other hotels.
A downside the forgotten dust and towels that are not all changed. For the price do not hesitate to book.

Very much a place for young party people that need a place to sleep. We were suppose to stay 3 nights… we left after the second night. Never a 4 star hotel in a million years. The guests do get ripped off. The beds were terrible, really uncomfortable, the blankets were awful. The sound proofing is way below standard… you could hear everyone and everything. There were no trash cans in the rooms. The balconies are dangerous if you have kids. The spa was good but the Sauna is not a Finnish Sauna, but 9 euros per person per hour is way to expensive. The guests should be paying half that. The staff at the restaurant we really nice. As said… if you looking for a place to party and just have a place to sleep then this is for you but if you are looking for a peaceful getaway where the guests are not charged for everything this is not the place. On the positive, I will look at this as an experience but never again.

Hotel located in Calella, near the General road and in second line of beach. Hotel and public parking in the surroundings. Facilities and services acceptable and adaptable to customers with reduced mobility.

Hotel is very beautiful overall. The proximity to the beach, the shops and the swimming pool is perfect. On the other hand the rooms are too small for a 4 star hotel and we hear all the discussions of the neighbors, which is quite disturbing. The restaurant is great with a great buffet. On the pool side we have a bit seen on the sea, but only a little. Housekeepers "kicked" us out of our room to clean up and in the end just made the beds. But otherwise the hotel is perfect.

Good stay. The only downside to the tub, I prefer shower tray. You have to walk a tad to go downtown.

Room for three people, full board 24 hours, in low season (January) : €86. Almost cheaper than staying at home. Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, apart from the price, the best. The worst thing is that there is no parking, although in January there is always room to park. Food: a 6-7

Good hotel with spa, it eats well. Good price. Good deal. Pity they do not accept pets that already do so many and I could not bring my Chihuahua that does nothing or barks. Has a swimming pool.

Small stay in a hotel very nice, clean, the rooms are comfortable and the staff very caring. Beautiful buffet of good quality. The small flat access to the indoor pool, which according to me is a bit expensive, 9€ per adult for 1 hour. Calella is a beautiful town with beautiful beach. I recommend.

Just got back to the UK after having a truly wonderful stay, beautiful hotel, amazing food and incredibly helpful and lovely staff. Beds were a little bit uncomfortable but it didn't effect our time there. Would highly recommend!

Staying at this hotel is like booking a room at a very bad night club. The music is blasting so loud it's impossible to sleep. Not recommended for families or travelers seeking a quiet vacation and a good night sleep.

A nice hotel with short distance to the beach. The cleaning was efficient and with good quality. Very helpful reception. The waiters should be a bit nicer.

Friendly and helpful staff, a good choice of food to suite most people. Poolside loungers cheap plastic and uncomfortable, buy a lilo, lay it on the lounger, problem solved. The rooms are clean and comfy if a bit short on storage space, bring extra hangers. They could do with a few more parasoles, i'm thinking there are 20 to a 100 beds. All in, a good 3 stars great for the kids.

Hotel new, very good is their kitchen and good services: In fact they also have a SPA. Except the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. If it was all right would be a hotel in ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆!

Very good quality hotel in the centre of Calella. Nice big reception and bar area with plenty chairs and tables for work or to relax. Really excellent food service in the restaurant, with fantastic buffet meals and a wide range of choices throughout the day. The hotel is always kept clean and I've found the staff at reception and particularly those in the restaurant to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel is often busy, especially in the summer, with tourist groups, holiday makers and sports teams. Sometimes this means it can be quite noisy but not excessively. There is a small outdoor swimming pool with reasonable space for sunbathing. Bedrooms are comfortable and clean albeit relatively basic with not a lot of room for clothing storage. I've stayed here several times and I would certainly recommend it for anyone visiting Calella.

Hotel Bernat is a very good hotel with a great staff! The rooms are clean and the breakfast is lovely. A lot of choice, good coffee and fresh fruit. After we checked-out I received a phonecall that I forget my carkeys, i-pad and jacket. I was allready on the way backhome to Holand. The reception staff was so friendly to send my items to my home adres. Thank you so mutch for this! This is the difference between a good hotel and a very good hotel. We felt at home and for sure …we will book Hotel Bernat 2 for my next business trip again. I want to thank the reception staff who did all the extra work to help me out. Kind regards Peter Boot.

Receipt, less a lady the rest are very unfriendly. Arriving despite being with a baby and have been advised they made us wait a long room.
Buffet very average restaurant compensates for the friendliness of the waiters and mitre. TB the SIRS of maintenance and room waitresses are most useful q reception.

Vacationing in September 2015 year by plane from Samara 4.5:00 and we are in Barcelona and an hour later the bus Calella Bernart2 first stop. The staff immediately sent for dinner because it was okolo22-0000. Quickly settled. 400 meters to the Sea Beach public but huge. The depth starts immediately step on the belt more step and head. Excellent cuisine in the morning how much champagne drink. Take trips to Montserrat and the Dali Museum. Independently visited Girona and Barcelona. Everything.

Like all good hotel, you must have a good restaurant, and this is the case. Great food, clean and friendly service and a very nice room. A place of ten.

Rooms are nice and clean, the Hotel is situated near the beach and within walking distance of the city center. Breakfast was good, but dinner could have been a little more varied.

Not worth its price! Stay of 15 days in half board where we have almost not slept because of the location! Constant noise in the corridors. Food varied little and not great quality. Neighborhood bof. Beautiful beaches that said. We do not recommend.
