Great place we stopped there with a family boat. We placed an order of different dishes, for adults and children. Result 435 euros all served in plastic plates and the famous prawns of Rosas at almost 10 euros each! I let you judge the quality the photos speak for themselves!

Very quiet area in which it is ideal if you want to seek peace and rest. It is reached via a road 13 km from Roses. The only bad thing is that it's stony and dusty and a lot of cars don't know how to drive through them. The cove is very quiet, and it is best to see the sunrise while swimming in its waters in complete solitude.

Beautiful place but restaurant was too expensive, ripoff prices really. It was good but not for this amount of money.

We spent three nights for a romantic getaway in this hotel in a sea view room. The setting is beautiful, the hotel is clean, the décor neat and the garden/terrace very nice. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable with a large window between the bathroom and the room to look at the sea even in the shower! The site is quiet, no TV, and little network to make a real break, rest, enjoy. We did snorkling and walking tours. Beautiful scenery.
Only aspect to improve: the restaurant. If breakfast is perfect, the quality of the a la carte dishes is not up to the standard of the hotel (avoid the paella). Prefer the menu of the day, better cooked and cheaper.
I highly recommend this little corner of paradise!

The place is beautiful. He's very careful. It is special because it integrates into the Mediterranean landscape. The food in the restaurant is nice. They have underwater wines, with the bottle full of lapas. Super curious. Warm and familiar attention.

Get lost here with no signal in your phone. Restaurant by the beah with good food.

Paradise Place Disconnect from everything, fabulous for families and other. An ideal place for relaxation and especially rest. For lovers of tranquility away from the crowd conducive to hiking, diving, rest.

We went on a Friday to spend the weekend, a priori everything seemed fine, a bungalow quite justito for the price but with unbeatable views. Everything went twisting when we found out because of the cries that were heard that was going to make a wedding the next day. We spent one of the worst nights we have spent, but the next was even worse. We asked for solutions and the manager very rude with a pimping attitude did not put us solution. So if you want to get informed before if there is a wedding.
Another thing to note is that the hotel is quite far from the village by Dirt road and the restaurant is one of the worst I have ever eaten, and as you have no choice you have to eat there and over expensive. If you want to go take food in tupers or armed with patience to go to town.
I would definitely never repeat on this site.

This in beautiful cove of difficult access, very romantic to go with the couple and to see the stars of Noite on the beach, I loved.

I will return in spring, do not fail why I need the peace that transmits me that hidden place full of activities underwater.

Perfect seaside hotel. Beautiful secluded beach, great food and plenty of things to do wether you like peacefulness or are willing to be more active. It is a bit on the pricey side and since it is secluded you have no other option… but then there aren’t many places that have the privilege of this location. We’ll definitely come back!

A beautiful place in a cove still wild… we eat divinely well. Special mention to the meat of beef "slow cooked" melting at wish!

Beautiful location, very good inclusive restaurant. Most of the staff seem to be French, but speaking English with them is not too much of a problem.

Beautiful setting! The hotel is located on a private beach and has a beautiful vineyard in the background, from which they make their own wine! The food (contrary to other comments I've read) was not bad at all, although very price, I suggest taking the full three course menu which is served on the second floor of the hotel (for 20 euros). The hotel has cabins near the beach which are very cozy, especially if you bring your pet along (we brought our dog). This is the perfect place to spend a long weekend and is just 15 minutes from Cadaqués by taxi boat. The only thing I could critique is the terrible service given by the young lady at the front desk, but the rest of the staff is very friendly!

Thank you for existing, a happiness found calm, far from everything, no cars, no TV, a local wine that aged under water at over 20m, unique experience, a discreet but efficasse team, a secret garden I would never leave it.

Amazing location to take a break and enjoy the beautiful bay and nature, little remote. The food is a little disapointing. Facilities need some upgrade for the price charge.

Hotel nestled in a protected space, magnificent. Welcome very friendly by a young and dynamic team. Stay refreshing.

Wonderful place with great people. Perfect dock on or dock out place after or before. We went hiking Im Pyrenee and where wacked when hitting cala jonculs, so sweet to relaxa there and great Food. Love the place, we will be back.

Despite a dream setting, I strongly recommend this restaurant completely overwhelmed. After a long wait, a server finally the tip of his nose in a little friendly way.

A pension price hotel 4 or 5 stars. Not to return. Breakfast rachitic bread bimbo with 4 merlemadas. Had No saccharin. The lunch and dinner we went to Roses pq seen the picture did not want us estafaran more. The only thing that is worth the penba is the environment, nothing more.

Last week I came by boat in this cala to remember the good times past the hotel and the beach restaurant ds. I took on a white buoy mooring and there a zodiac came to attack me to come eat at the restaurant. I explained that I was a customer, but that this time it is not the case. This individual "of color" had a disrespectful and aggressive behaviour in front of witnesses!

This is a pension of ado at the price of a 5 stars.
This Cala is far from unique on the Costa brava, but is the way to treat customers!
The kitchen is made of frozen products and industrial dignent of bad school canteens, the price, you will not leave indifferent. Avoid.

Rooms simple, clean, friendly staff, a flat on the quality restaurant enough any damage.

We stayed at Cala Jóncols last week, we actually loved the hotel of good quality, the idyllic landscape, heaven on Earth if the restaurant was also mediocre.
A paella charred for first meal, I dreamed of this paella cooked in Spain. We always eat la carte at our Getaways; However at night, we feasted for a bream and to wait, the wedge and cuttle all washed down with a bottle of rose but at what price! €125 without dessert or coffee. We left prematurely, too disappointed and have continued our little vacation in France in a hotel-restaurant worthy of the name. No really, we would stay there again. Colette and Jean-Pierre.

Most peaceful place — perfect for nautics, bikers, runners, nature lovers. Very friendly folks around here. Maybe some pathfinder doing some hiking. Paradise? paradise.

Expensive restaurant, dishes pequeñisimos and sad Restaurant to use only in case of extreme necessity. (September 2009) My wife (more radikal I) he calls it "a joke". You install it on the beautiful poolside snack bar close to the sea (although not what you see, smell). See the charter and its high prices: you order your food and drinks while waiting for that at least will be at the height of the price. Come the dishes, malnourished and dull, disappointing, you feel shame of others, you think, "the waitresses are not to blame" and swallow it whole. Ask account: surprise (although the "letter" does not indicate, you add the VAT and€ 1.50 per each covered) you Pay for 2 simple meals with 2 beers, no cafés or desserts 56€ Better to take the sandwich because there is nothing to eat in kms to the round. Take the sandwich or to plan schedules to be able to eat Roses or Cadaques where you can choose a lot of qualities and prices. The opinion is dedicated to the Restaurant of the hotel Cala Joncols, Maybe the dive centre is excellent as it says any user but the Restaurant needs urgent improvements… or reduce the price to half.
