We had a perfect stay at the Chi Hotel.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the second we walked in. Our room was cosy and clean with great decor.

I would highly recommend this hotel.

The view of the rooms that don't look out onto the street is really unpleasant, it lacks essential elementals in the bathroom (like a toilet sweeper) and the "pool" shown by the photos is really tiny and very shallow. The prices indicated for the mini bar do not correspond to reality…

Great choice for central city, within easy access to all sites, excellent room and decor.

We have requested to prepare a cup of tea however they have a hot water kettle in the public lounge but NO CUPS. We have been given soft plastic glasses which will not hold boiling water. So a coffee machine available but no coffee capsules, and a hot water kettle and no tea bags but of course nothing to put the hot water in for the drink.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel, we had a rear view room quiet, the staff was very friendly, very good breakfast but the same every day. Also at 7 th floor is a pool you can require towels from reception.

This is a superb hotel with only 3*. Everybody is friendly. A rich breakfast is expecting you and is fully included in the room costs. It is very, very clean and very modern. Full recommendation!

Few steps from metro L1. Clean quiet pleasant smelling room, new furniture, great shower. Good breakfast, what else do you need from a hotel!

Decent Wi-Fi. Very nice large bathroom with modern showering system. Rooms clean and comfortable. The best part though is the staff. The Lady at the reception was incredibly nice, proffessional, natural and helpfull. Best customer service I've ever experienced. Totally would recommend. People giving less than four stars are simply stupid. This hotel deserves a 5.

The rooms are modern and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful! pretty much everything in walking distance. Would always visit again and absolutely recommend it.

The three-star hotel. Small, a little family. The service is friendly. The room has no robes, toothbrushes and shaving accessories. But overall it's cool. Very good location. For your money — one of the best. The pool was closed for repairs.

Great value at a reasonable price! Soft bed and soft bed linen. Hardworking staff. Good breakfast for a hotel of this category (fresh croissants, pastries, good cheese, meat cut, scrambled eggs-scrambled, real sausages, cereal coffee from a professional coffee machine). I was in early March, the room was stuffy, and the air con (still) did not work, so had to open the balcony, and if it goes to Granvia, then noise, consider it.
Another plus: The hotel at the reception has a large closet on the castle, where you can fold the bags, if, say, you have a plane after dinner, and the standard time asynchronous 11:00.

Stayed at this hotel during a visit to watch FC Barcelona play. Location was great as it was just down the road from where the Aerobus stops from the airport, plus the metro was just around the corner to get to Camp Nou. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom spotless! Would use again!

Excellent location. Very well presented rooms, clean modern and very fresh. We stayed on floor 6 with a room to rear and it was extremely quiet. Worth ordering the breakfast as it is very good. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent hotel and rooms! All first and new, the room has a small balcony. Located in the AV of the Catalan courts. Breakfast is excellent, very abundant but expensive, approximate 18/20 euros. The first breakfast is a gift. The attention is very friendly. The best thing is the Solarium terrace with a mini pool that fulfils its function.

The hotel Chi is located in the district of Eixample esquerra of Barcelona, next to the subway station Rocafort and a 20-minute walk of plaza de Catalunya, it offers rooms with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The rooms are modern and feature a flat-screen TV, minibar, safety deposit box and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. The reception is open 24 hours, the staff provides tourist information and car rental service.

Fantastic hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are very new and the bathrooms fantastic. Fully recommended. Also on the terrace is a very pleasant area with a small pool.

Nice modern hotel, friendly staff, explained where to find relatively inexpensive Parking (12 euros). The rooms are cozy and clean.

Nice room but no water (drinking) aircon controlled by reception (WTF) & no Wi-Fi for first night… not worth the £££!

Very professional feel to the hotel, pool on the roof is a nice touch. Rooms are comfortable and not to small. Ideal location to reach any destination. 10 minute walk to airport links.

Overall the room was clean and can be considered as reasonably quiet. The view from the back of the hotel was quite unpleasant, though. It looked like favelas. The biggest issue I had was the wrong room we got. We visited Barcelona because of our 21st anniversary of our marriage and I booked a room with a king size bed and instead we got 2 single beds (I informed the hotel about my request as well via email)! At the reception a VERY unpleasant receptionist told me that they do not guarantee which room you get and what beds will be inside. That is crazy! They didn’t offer us any solutions due to this situation. The second thing was the AC in the room which was quiet insufficient because you could cool the room down to a maximum of 22 degrees Celsius — not more! It was impossible to sleep in such a warm room. The breakfast was very, very poor and even things which were supposed to be warm were totally cold. In contrary to the room the breakfast area was so freezing cold that it was very uncomfortable to eat there. The bathroom in the room was poorly designed as you have nowhere to put your shampoo or shower gel in the shower room. I don't think I will be coming back to be honest.

This morning we had no cold water and up to 12:00 we called the reception to be told there was a problem on the street that affects their water supply system — and they weren't bothered to inform their in house guests? I don't think I will be coming back to be honest.

Good value for money. Good location (near Metro)

No question — this hotel is not value for money. Excellent, modern, warm and recently refurb interior. However, breakfast not included to an already costly price, bad corridor isolation and thin curtains. Add to this the lack of coffee and tea facilities in the room and that they didn't even replace the used plastic cup's — not to mention the unacceptable lack of actual glasses in the room and the receptions inability to provide them in night hours — this is definitely not a hotel worth of 120€/night for a double bed. Oh! Forgot to mention that the "pool" is literally a paddling pool and that the lovely smart TV was set in Spanish/Italian with no luck on changing this.

Probably the best hotel you can get for this price. It's very clean and seems to be new and modern. The rooms are quite and the hotel is not so crowded. Breakfast possible and on the 7th floor you have a pool on the rooftop — don't miss that view. We had a very nice stay and would come back!

New but minimal hotel. More like a hostel except every room has private bath. Hotel has no services or amenities. No room service, no bar, no late check out. Over priced for location and (lack of) services. Pool is tiny, more like wading pool. Location is not convenient to tourist attractions. Room advertised as having balcony and city views, see photos. Room also advertised as sound proofed, but can hear everything outside. Wifi is slow and all but useless and also requires a sign-in for every use.
