Awesome experience at this hoteI. I have been to Barcelona almost every summer and this is my favourite place to stay. I loved the decor and the way the small balcony was set up, the room and the hotel in general was super clean and had a pleasant fresh smell. The lady at the front desk and rest of the personnel was attentive to my needs and help me with a smile every single time. Super comfortable and perfect location.

Ideal location, 7 min walk from the square. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a triple room, the coffee was suberb and little extras like cookies and complimentary water were a nice touch. My only negative was the lack of mirrors in the main room, we all had to share the bathroom mirror when getting ready, but this is a small issue and I would definitely stay here again.

VERY FRUSTRATING! We felt in love with the room the second we got inside. The lovely tiles, the beautiful and design golden faucet in the bathroom, the lights over the bed… But Buho Boutique has 2 major problems : Professionalism and practicality. Nobody was there when we arrived at 14:30… We had to call twice to get a front door digicode and waited for about 20 minutes for someone to welcome us at the reception. Once we got the key, we discovered this lovely room facing the noisy Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes. It has been a nightmare to fall asleep as the trafic never stops and the windows aren't soundproof at all. We asked to switch with a room located at the back of the building the next morning but we never saw the receptionist again… Even when checking out! We left the key with a little word on a paper. How professional it is? About practicality, the bathroom lamp hangs in front the middle of the mirror… That means you don't see your face. The lights switches are located at 1m from the bed, almost at the ground level. You can imagine it's really not easy to light up when you're lying in bed. And the mattress is clearly too firm to not have any back pain in the morning… So, the room was promising but nothing goes as it should in this hotel…

Great location, beautiful building and very nice staff. Free coffee and tea every day. However, there’s no storage space in the bathroom at all. Plus, no slippers/bathrobes and the floor is very cold.

Overall I had a nice stay. If I had larger luggage, however, since there is no elevator, would’ve been difficult. The facility is not the impressive one, but convenient, clean, and well taken care of. Limited services but nice amenities so if you can take care of your own, with smaller luggages, definitely recommend! + centric location!

Sort of hotel with limited service. Some room, small, have almost no windows. Good connected device.

We were the second guests in this recently opened hotel. Though some decorating was still underway, our room was great. Be warned that the shower has no privacy from the bedroom.

Incredible place… Very special but if you like it you will love it.

I've been in the hotel and ne seems to be a very cosy, quiet site and also has a great location.
I highly recommend it.

Avoid, victim of his own success in some guidebooks, the home has many suffers; very disappointed in relation to what was said in the comments.

Very unique experience for great value. I'm not sure why it is labelled as budget hotel on Google, as it is anything but. 4* hotel and service with antique everything! Never seen anything like it.
