The Bicycle Apartments Apartment

We booked 2 nights here following our Disney Cruise to Barcelona in May. Due to the Coronavirus the cruise has been cancelled and the Bicycle Apartments refuses to refund our money. They have responded in a very flippant manner saying their country will be open by May so we'll see you then. I explained our situation and they still have refused to refund us.
Absolute disgraceful customer service during a global crisis. Don't give them your money!

Just back from a magnificent 10 days at the Bicycle Apartments. It's such a tremendous base for visiting Barcelona, nothing is too far away, and the Sants neighbourhood in which it's located is a great place to spend an evening with plenty of bars & restaurants. The apartment itself was perfect, comfortable and full of modern conveniences. The staff are tremendously helpful and friendly offering daily tips (in the form of a daily newsletter) on places to visit that might have passed you by. We celebrated my 50th birthday here & I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather have been. Gracias to all at the apartments, we shall return.

Great place to stay in Barcelona. Very modern, clean and has all the amenities. Well located, close to public transportation and walking distance to the Sants train station. Best feature, superb staff, very professional, helpful and friendly. Very flexible for check in and out. Would stay there next time without hesitation.

Beautiful apartments. Clean, modern, loads of character, great for kids, friendly staff who know the areas (and food). Nice location — close enough to get anywhere you need to but in a nice quiet area.

The Bicycle Hotel is a fantastic place to stay! It's clean, comfortable, and easy to get to via the Metro or Aerobus. We have stayed here three times, each time in a different apartment. All of them were fabulous, and the service can't be beat. We will definitely stay here the next time our travels take us to Barcelona.

Spacious two bedroom apartment with balcony, clean and modern, with washing machine dish washer and the usual crockery, convenient mini supermarket located across the road. Walking distance to the metro station. Friendly and helpful staff with i-pad connection for any issues. We arrive for the grand prix weekend and taxi was booked on our behalf without asking, very thoughtful and considerate. Definitely recommend.

Very cool cycling themed apartments, with a decent kitchen, washing machine and plenty of room in the lounge area — plus a balcony. Wi-Fi is good and they supply an iPad as well. Access to the building and room is via keycode. Seems to be a great place to stay in Barcelona.

We stayed at the bicycle apartments for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer! Beautiful rooms, easy access to public transport and friendly and accessible staff! They put a lot of care in the little details like beer in the fridge, toiletries and an iPad for use in the room. We will definitely be staying there when we visit Barcelona again!

Really nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Grocery store across street and good neighborhood restaurants within walking distance. Neighborhood felt safe and close to metro and busses. Highly recommended!

We really liked this place. Kitchen lets you fix simple meals — central near metro and buses. Great marked and restaurants nearby and a nice roof terrace. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

It's like having your own apartment. It's clean and spacious.

Wonderful place to stay. The hosts were excellent, providing lots of maps and info. The neighborhood is away from the tourist areas but close to transit so it was very convenient. Apartment super clean and well laid-out with everything we needed.

Very nice apartments, large and clean. The bicycle inspired art is a nice touch. I liked the complementary water, soda, and beer. The only thing pulling this a bit down is that the area around is not very interesting, and it is 30 mins from the city centre.

Just back in the city from the Costa Brava and needed a place to stay tonight before our apartment is ready tomorrow since we came to BCN a day earlier than planned. This is the most adorable place. Very well decorated, clean and has everything you might need. Jaume was very kind and helpful in getting us situated. Would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in Barcelona. It's perfect.

We loved the way in which nothing is too much effort for the management of this amazing establishment. It is well organised and clean. It is very spacious and has air conditioning for those hot summer days.

Very charming and convenient apartment hotel. Modern and tasteful interior. The roof terrace is amazing to chill out.

Great location all around. Trendy design, great location, and generous owners. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is the terrible internet available. Disconnects every few seconds, works for a few minutes tops. It is crazy unstable. Even when it works, it's slow enough that you can't get anything done quickly.

We stayed here during Mobile World Congress. The apartments are well located for this, being within a few minutes walk of bus stops which have direct buses to the exhibition centre, airport and city centre. Alternatively the exhibition centre is about 30 minutes walk. Metro is about five minutes walk away, Place de Espanya about ten minutes walk (for magic fountain, Montjuic or trains to Montserrat. The area is predominantly residential rather than touristy, and can be quite noisy with people talking in the street and scooters passing by. You could also hear people in other apartments quite distinctly, and the sound of the lift through the wall was very loud in one bedroom. Not ideal for light sleepers… Apartment was fairly well equipped, but did lack a few things (tea pot, mugs — only little coffee cups provided). There were two comfortable double beds in our apartment which worked fine for the two of us, but having four sharing would've been a bit squashed, with only one bathroom and a small sofa and dining table. The apartment was clean and well presented but some of the kitchen utensils were not clean — I guess previous guests had put things back dirty and then this wasn't checked. When we checked in we were given various maps and information which was very useful — the owners went to great lengths in this respect, including a little booklet that they had put together with restaurant recommendations.

We have loved our stay at the bicycle apartments! We have our own balconies and a lovely roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine on! The apartments are also very modern and stylish! Would highly recommend.

Perfect stay in Barcelona. Apartment has everything we needed and a good location for being a tourist.

Brilliant apartments, really well appointed even down to a 'proper' nespresso machine (take your own capsules as they are not actually that easy to find locally). Handy for the metro which with a tourist travel card is the best way to get round Barcelona. Fab staff and all all can't recommend this place highly enough!

We had a fabulous time at the Bicycle Apartment's, great space for a family. Love the Bicycle theme, very clean, comfortable and in great location. We also loved the extra's provided, nespresso pods, drink in fridge etc. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean and welcoming place! The Bicycle apartment will give you all the comfort to feel yourself at home — bright rooms, clean and quiet with charming terrace to enjoy the sun of Barcelona even on winter days. There are a lot of small touches which make you feel special and welcome to that place, and I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in central Barcelona, yet outside the crowds.
I appreciated a lot all the touristic info we received upon arrival — though we were well prepared, it's always precious to get the additional info from the local fellows. To cut a long story short, I enjoyed our stay at the Bicycle Apartments and hope they maintain this high and impeccable level of service in the future.
