Great hotel! A perfect Stay near the airport. They have free shuttles available, the staff was nice and friendly. The continental breakfast worth the price :) I didnt went to the pool ir gym but its a great plus to the hotel! I Will be back.

Been there because a cancel flight by American Airlines. It's far from everything but close to airport and the hotel is for that. Rooms very good, workers doing a nice job and food was good, just remember is a airport hotel don't espect much.

My husband and I landed here after a catastrophe with our flights back to the US. Tight on cash, exhausted, footsore, and sweaty, we called around to find a hotel that would pick us up from the airport in Barcelona and let us check in at the early hour of 9AM. The Best Western Alfa Aeropuerto came through, encouraging us to just hop on the shuttle bus and for no extra charge they would let us crash in our room early. Their nightly price was extremely reasonable at 99€. The room was very comfortable, with a newly renovated bathroom, comfortable beds, smooth linens, cold A/C, and plentiful TV channels to surf while we recovered. One downside is that this hotel is not located in an ideal place to walk to find food or supplies. However, we took full advantage of the Repsol station across the street, grabbing snacks and sandwich making supplies and drinks so we could just relax in the hotel. The receptionists were also very helpful. The next day our flight did not leave until late in the evening, so the front desk offered to hold our luggage in a locked closet while we went into the city using the city bus that stops right outside the hotel. They even helped us print our bus tour tickets. We were able to come back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing and charge our phones before hopping back on the shuttle to the airport. All in all, kept us sane during a difficult journey home.

Rooms are clean and well presented. Pool was out of commission and appeared to have been so for some time (nothing noted prior to or at time of check in, had to discover by turning up for a swim) Reserved a large double and got two singles. Advised that insufficient parking for vehicles available. Staff in the hotel were friendly. Transfer bus in good condition with competent safe drivers.

We chose the hotel for a one-night stay on the way to the sea. Picked more because of the transfer. The letter, where to take the bus to the hotel was not answered. As a result, we took a taxi. In the morning woke up in an industrial zone with a road under the windows. The drain in the sink didn't work well. Breakfast is not bad. I think if I choose another hotel.

Excellent service, decent food, close to airport. Our flight was cancelled and we involuntarily had to stay here. Not as much as many American hotels, but it was pretty good for what it is. Much classier than the average airport hotel.

Expensive for what it is. The room smelled like cigarettes. They're not very welcoming.

Have to pay attention to the buffet which are in the rooms do not touch it paying 2euros 20 the bottle of water 20 CL is abused and the restaurant too expensive.

Expensive for what it is… In all honesty, a Ibis hotel is much better than this one. 183 Euros for 2 nights for 2 people, breakfast is not even included. Do not touch the appetizers or drinks in the room as they will be billed to you. The water of 33 cl is paying, C is frankly abused. A simple hotel offers free water except this hotel "4 stars"… absurd. Small sauna and small pool not clean enough. Room not very clean either but comfortable bed and quite quiet. The kitchen's good. Helpful Staff But on the phone C is zero because one of the people not knowing how to speak English or French s quickly got rid of me when I asked for the timetable of the shuttle, its name and its color. She gave me bad information about her color and time… and M hung up on the nose right after without saying "goodbye". I had to buy transport tickets to take a bus m bringing to the nearest hotel… In short, I put 2 stars for the kitchen mainly and for the comfort of the room but I remain very disappointed for the price… I will not come again.

Basic hotel near airport with a shuttle. The front desk did not explain the shuttle from the airport properly. After waiting 40minutes I ended up taking a cab since the next shuttle was in 45 minutes away. Cab was $20 Euro. I told the front desk. She handled it well by offering to drink ticket at the bar and booking the shuttle for going home immediately after I told her. Swimming pool in hotel a bonus.

Hotel Reserve as part of a professional displacement on the lenport of Barcelona. Ideally place in this case precise.

Good service, quite acceptable facilities. A 7 min walk from the subway that connects to some stations of the airport and the station Fira.

I have been to many best Western, especially in France, and I must say none like this! The staff is super friendly and nice, the night reception guy that was yesterday, a charm!
It is a very complete Muuuuuy hotel for the standards you see in France.
The breakfast was great and the girl was very friendly!
The airport transfer guy is also noteworthy.
The truth was delighted with my visit and I will repeat for short stays as the hotel is not located in the best place unfortunately.

This place is a great little airport hotel. We got a very decent fifty five dollar a night rate. It has a free airport shuttle, little pool, little sauna, and on site restaurant. Very modern and tidy decor, has a bus stop right outside that drops you off at the bottom of the Ramblas if you have time to jet into the city for a few hours. Also free Wi-Fi!

Good option to choose near Barcelona airport… It's very close to aiport and best part is complementary airport shuttle service. Direct bus towards city centre is available from bus stop which is at 2 mins walking distance from hotel.

Positive: Location is ok from the airport and to the fair. Food/breakfast is also OK. Beds are very comfortable.
Negative: Hotel is very noisy, you hear every step in the neighbouring room and also the traffic on the road.
Unfortunately, the bathroom is also not properly clean. Have found several hairs and small waste residues in the room and bathroom.
Would recommend the hotel anyway.

Great service and reasonable price. They also offer free shuttle bus from and to airport / hotel. They even shared and provided resources for customers as needed.

Service staff very welcoming, on the other hand at the level of taxis when we call reception, they are often in delays and it is very expensive…

Excellent service very clean the attention of the staff excellent a bit pricey for the location and the calls to other countries will kill you with the price for 5 minutes to the United States charge you almost 50 euros the airport transfer service excellent.

Really a pleasant surprise, it was time to have a restaurant in Cornella de Llobregat which we can feel proud. Food and service excellent.

Average home. Very decent room and affordable price. Well placed at the airport and free shuttle available.

Good hotel to go by step in Barcelona… transfer free to the airport from 5 am… the rooms are comfortable… I do not recommend to stay more than a day for your location.

Very good location for when you have a flight in the morning. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good.

Very good hotel for a night of transit. Too bad the hours of the wellness centre are not very suitable for late arrivals and morning departures (open from 9am to 9pm).

The hotel is average with a reasonable price. I would not consider it 4 star though. The deco is quite outdated, not much amenities inside the room. Good for one night as close to the airport yet definitely not a luxury hotel.

Nice hotel, good food, friendly staff. End of the day it's an airport hotel so really a stop off. As a tip we kept missing the transfer bus from the airport as we were looking for a bus with "Best Western" on it. In fact look for a bus with "Hotel Alfa"on it. It does say Best Western but in small letters underneath. Our fault but I'm sure other people make the mistake.

Very nice hotel. Clean with great staff. Location is out of the way in an industrial park but the price reflects it. Other travellers told me of some other hotels with higher priced near the coast that did not have any of the comforts that we had. If you have transportation and don't mind driving, this is a half hour from the beach, mountains, airport or centre of town.

We had two rooms for six people. We found a large roach in one room and went to talk to the front desk about it, showing them a picture of the bug. They were very apologetic and offered to move us to another floor. We preferred to stay close to our other room (they didn't have the ability to move both rooms) and several of us were already sleeping, so we declined the move. They gave us free breakfast in the morning, which was good. The three of us that stayed in room 319 were covered in bug bites the next day. The three of us that were in room 321 were not. This room should get a serious cleaning before any guests stay there again.

I missed a connecting flight and had to spend a night in Barcelona. I chose this location because it is very close to the airport. It is very nice hotel. The staff is friendly, patient, and helpful. The rooms are a little small but the comfortable bed and waterfall shower head more than made up for it. Not much to do here, especially since most places close by are closed on Sundays. But I still went for a walk and enjoyed the sin and breeze. Dinner at the restaurant was lovely. From the pasta of the day, the entree, to the dessert. I was full after the first course, but I can't pass on good food, EVER! THE ONLY REASON I give it 4 stars is because of the lack of activity on Sundays. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Hopefully when you get here Dina will be at the front desk. She's great! Even walked me to the elevator.

Very nice clean and comfortable it was good for what we was looking for one night before we transferd to a cruise ship. If was doi g the same sort of thing again I would use this hotel but more than a couple of nights not for me to far out of town.

Horrid service. We had confirmation and booking details but upon reaching they had no rooms available for us. Recommend to not take the risk with this hotel.

Yesterday day of the 1st of May, we celebrated the 1st Communion of our son Victor, being encantadisimos of the treatment received. We were super attended to at all times, we have not missed anything. The appetizer, the food, the decor and the service excellent. The attention, in particular, Jordi, (hotel manager) should serve as an example of dedication and dedication to other colleagues. We prepared a treat to our measure, with nothing preconceived and adapting to our tastes. The guests were very satisfied by the food, the place and the treatment received. It certainly is a place to recommend for the celebration of any event, and no surprises when paying. Just what we agreed … thank you jordi for making this day so special.

It's a nice hotel. More aimed for the business man. I stayed there for one night. They got me a cab for the morning and were very helpful with explaining how to use the bus to get into town. The room was nice (lots of lighting) but no U. S. Female plug ins (makes sense). I enjoyed my time there.

Will be coming in feb 18 to feb 25.

These guys do everything to hep you. My room was too hot and they switched rooms. The staff was nice and made my stay wonderful. Busta.

My family and I stayed at the Hotel Best western Alfa from 8/15 — 8/17 they charged $9.95ERU for breakfast that was awful, there were fly's every where as you ate, the Hotel lobby had no Air Condition. They made me leave a cash deposit to used an adapter in order to charge up our cell phones. Twice the housekeeper open the door to my room without knocking, catching me changing my clothes.

I stayed at this hotel one night. When I left the hotel let me earrings and an Alliance. I realized after a few hours and when you call the hotel, the housekeeper told me that there was nothing in the room (and according to her, the room was not yet made). The Alliance was a reminder of my deceased mother. This took place on 11 November of this year. Never again I lodged at the hotel where they have no reliable staff. By the way, we had to spend a night for six months 10 co-workers to fly Monday morning to London. These reservations (10 rooms per month) by having a staff (waitress of floor or governess) with very little ethics and thieves have been lost.

A porqueria hotel. Very seedy and no absolutely nothing about.

The rooms are nice, the bathroom quite stylish. I paid 55 Euro per night. They charge 14 Euro for breakfast and parking costs are extra, too. It is close to the airport, so it is best used as an over night stay to catch a flight, but very far from the city center.

Closed to the airport however the shuttle bus stop is far away from the baggage claim and the bus took nearly half an hour to reach the hotel. Not recommendable if you wish to visit the city because it's far away from the center.
