Awesome hotel, very close to metro station. Good selection at their breakfast buffet. Clean place to stay. Lots of restaurants nearby for dinner options.

Fantastic staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with air con, Wi-Fi and a TV. Shame there is no means of making a hot drink in your room. The hotel is very close to local shops and travel links. We would definitely stay again.

we access the room, very beautiful, modern design, attention to detail.
everything in order and spotless.
The bathroom is spacious and full of gadgets (creams, soap, shampoo) all too when you consider the cost of overnight accommodation.
The night spends without any noise/disturbance.
breakfast is plentiful and good quality in a glazed "terrace" that allows you to see passers-by.
The value for money is exceptional because with a normal expense you can spend a quality stay.

Fantastic place to stay. We arrived very late at night after a delayed flight and the guy behind the desk, Gandi, was excellent at getting us settled. He was also very knowledgable about things to do and pointed us towards some great things we otherwise would have missed. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfy. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful service. The Day Staff including the restaurant team were lovely and helpful. Good location. The lounge and salon (1st floor) are great for rest/relax. The shower jel and shampoo were fantactic including the smell.

The room was checked in late at night when they came into the room and noticed it was very dirty: dust in the bathroom everywhere, dirty carpet in the bedroom. T. K. Very tired, the administrator did not have the strength to call. In the morning they went for a walk, they did not complain with the hope that they would clean up… Didn't guess! I had to call the receptionist. Get out — cleaned up "with grief in half. "
Very small room, old plumbing equipment, dirty carpets, in the closet are blankets all in the hair, mussed, even in hand to take not pleasant. We won't repeat our mistake again! And next time we'll choose another hotel.

The good points for this hotel are it's location, with the train station, metro and buses just a few minutes walk away. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Room was small, but as we were only there for a few nights it was ok. Bad points. The restaurant/bar close at 1030hrs and neither are open at all on a Sunday. Breakfast was average with the coffee machine in use producing some of the most disgusting coffee I've ever had. Why can they not make fresh coffee; they have the means to. I expect better from a four star hotel.

Our room smelled unbearbly strong of cigarette smoke all night even though it's supposed to be a smoke free hotel. However, the hotel itself is actually really nice. Typical small European room but surprisingly large bathrooms. It's far from the touristy stuff so if you plan to walk everywhere, I'd stay somewhere closer. If you plan to take the metro, there's one like 2 minutes from this place.

After spending a full workweek at the hotel for business reasons, my impression has been regrettable. I had to apply for three times to have my personal hygiene kit put up when they made me the room. The waitress who caters for breakfasts is most incompetent and unfriendly; He made us late for work several days for not giving us the time count; Besides, he hardly speaks, nor greets. In the elevator of the garage transport the trash, q the smell is very unpleasant. My partner found some panties in the closet. In short, a bad experience and of course I don't think it deserves the 4 stars and I won't go back.

Hotel 5 minutes walk from sants station, the rooms rather small and lack of reform. Job menu in the café, all decent but no more.

Nice hotel in the center of Barcelona with the Metro 2 steps right out of the hotel 2 lines L3 L5 quiet area nickel.

Hotel was ok, but basic. Had issues with the shower (temperature not consistent and low pressure). Bed was comfortable enough w but would look elsewhere next time.

Good location, close to the metro and several supermarkets and restaurants around. The single room is just big, but functional, with a bed of medium-hardness. Employees efficient and willing. Breakfast well stocked, although without luxuries or in variety or in quality.

A great hotel, great staff and in a good area near to all transport links.
The only thing that they need is either coffee / tea making facilities in the room or the reception area.
But we had a great stay in a very lovely clean room.
We would 100% recommend it.

Good Hotel within walking distance of the Metro.

Disgusting! the photos are docked. Frankly it's a shame. If you book do not pay until you have seen your room. The toilet, the bathtub, what a filth! News… Never again!

At check in I was told that breakfast was included. At check out I was charged 10 euros for breakfast. Check twice before.
Comfortable bed.

The service is very good, the breakfasts are frankly upgradeable, but the dinner service is great. The walls too thin and neighbors too outrageous. It could be better for a four-star.

Elegant Hotel with good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, and everything has been very clean as long as I have been. The only one but I would put it is that the breakfast food could be more varied and include more hot dishes, but overall a great option to spend a few days.

Decent hotel… Clean, 3-bed room was spacious for European standards. 5-10 minute walk to the metro and Santa station. Only downside is there were hardly any good restaurants either in the hotel or nearby.

Four Star Hotel very well located. 20 minutes from the Plaza de España, and 10 minutes from the train station Sants station. It has an outdoor tent to be able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner if desired, located in a large square.

4 * Hotel Excellent, very quiet and centric, a few minutes walk from Sants station, Plaza de España, L'illa shopping Center. Three/four stops from bus, football Club Barcelona Stadium. Hospital de Barcelona, Clínica Corachán. A sober and elegant decor. Great relationship/price/quality. Restaurant and Gym in the same building. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was excellent. All the hotel in perfect state of cleanliness. A small chain of hotels which, had not the pleasure of meeting. Of course, I'll be back on my next visit to Barcelona, to this cozy hotel.

Regular… The room is fine in size but the air conditioner sounds a lot, very much, the windows closed badly and during the shower, as soon you freeze (cold water) as you burn (boiling water).
Anyway, I think they have little things to improve…

A short walk from the metro station and in five minutes you arrive downtown. I recommend it for a holiday in Barcelona.

The hotel is very clean, full of accessories in the room (toothpaste, shampoo, razor etc. ) and close to the Barcelona Sants train station but watch out for the mini bar (some cans and beers for €30. )

Wonderful service, rooms were what you pay for. Small note, avoid the cafe patatas bravas.

Very nice hotel, accessible to everything. They have free breakfast fr 7:00am to 10:30am n you can buy lunch too if you want. Free laptop n they have a gym.

Had to ask for new room 2 times because of matrass. Good thing is that finally they gave good room.

This hotel is beautiful but the room was very small. Windows are a bit dirty. The location of the hotel is quite a distance from the central area; however, the metro is literally around the corner (across the park/courtyard). There's also a really good supermarket up the road that sells jamon super cheap. Will stay there again.

Did not enjoy the stay here at all. — The hotel is dated (room) and not maintained well (other review describe some issues). — Cleaning could be better. Especially the bathroom. Again, other reviewers talk about this too. — Walls are paper thin, you can almost follow the conversation next door. Nothing more frustrating than going to a hotel and having to sleep with ear plugs. — Corridors are sooo loud. There doesn't seem to be any silence enforcing policy here. — The cleaners are also very loud. Not just cleaning is loud (really loud banging throwing stuff around, etc. ), but they will be talking and laughing loud between them. — Shower: cold hot cold hot hot hot cold hot (not warmn: hot) … You get the picture. The temperature you chose: nah. — Internet/Wi-Fi: if I was the hotel manager, I would be ashamed of this internet service. I think my old phone line modem (back in the early 90s) was faster and more reliable than this. The internet service is so slow that even basic stuff like reading work emails is an agonising task. My roaming mobile Internet is way faster than this. FUNNY UPDATE: the internet here is so slow that even posting this review failed the first time. Gave up and using roaming mobile internet now. Reported this to reception a few times, and they were cool. Sent the IT dude, manager came to room, unfortunately, internet didn't get better. We had to book our stay last minute and there wasn't a lot left out here.

Good location and friendly service. Breakfasts are not very creative though.

Air conditioner fan were making noise and it's especially annoying at night when sleeping. Shower head were covered with mold. Water faucet handle came off with just a light touch and water temperature fluctuated between cold and really hot. It was a torture to take a shower. Worst of all after reporting all these problems with the room, concierge declined my request to a new room. She only promised to try to fix the problems. It wasn't until the 5th or 6th complaints and two weeks later that she arranged a new room for me. During all these complaints, I never really heard a sincere apology from the hotel. Maybe it's just me, but I consider the most important aspect of a hotel as the "service" they provided, and I don't feel that I am being serviced in any way in this hotel, despite the fact that my booking here is 3 weeks long. In the end, the water temperature is never fixed even in the new room. I suspect that it's the same for all rooms.

Discreet Hotel, close to the train station and the city centre.
Rooms without any soundproofing, if you are unlucky and you find the neighbors peasants, spend the night in white…

A clean, reasonable hotel. The rooms feel a little dark but on the whole it's a decent place to stay if your on business in the city or just need a place to crash while you visit Barcelona.

Very clean and very well located. The staff is friendly for Spanish conditions. You can park in the underground garage, where you should have a small car, much talent or no fear from dents and scratches, because it's quite tight.

The hotel room is OK, but I was surprised the soundproofing of the rooms… Vulgar restaurant, poor breakfast. And very unfriendly reception. Nearby Sants. I rating only the room… the rest with a star would be sufficient, taking into account the value for money.

I canceled the reservation 3 days before (when I was on a trip) without which I came to know, and when you get to the airport at 02:30 AM I saw myself in the street without room.

A clean friendly hotel in a pleasant location for a centre city hotel.

It is a hotel which is quite good, except in restoration. A 4-star hotel should have this service operating and more when you have included in your advertising the existence of a restaurant with a terrace, and room service, at least for the night is false. It is unacceptable that do not report at the time of booking that there is no possibility to have dinner absolutely nothing in the hotel.

In principle, good sense, in terms of m fence I will write another opinion.

Spent three nights there. Nicely presented and in a very convenient location for the Sants Station (for the airport and Metro), and it's on a very useful metro line. Most things of interest within a 30-minute stroll. Room very stylish if a bit cramped. It was also underlit and hence very dark at night, with just two bedside lamps and a desk lamp. No ceiling lights of uplighters. Breakfasts were terrific with an enormous variety. I'm not normally a fan of 'continental' breakfasts (rolls and cheese and meats), but these were wonderful. The meal we eat in the restaurant on the first night was very, very good, even by Barcelona's high standards. Unfortunately the experience was let down by a slow and disinterested waitress who took thirty-minutes to serve us a drink. She was utterly disinterested in communicating (she didn't speak English but that shouldn't have been a significant problem; we don't speak Spanish, but elsewhere we found the lack of a common language not insurmountable). Fortunately a very friendly Spanish guest at a table next to us was very helpful in explaining that the restaurant had run out of the wine we had ordered. Other members of staff were curteous and helpful. We liked it there, but would hesitate to recommend it because with such a choice in Barcelona, it shouldn't be too difficult to find somewhere that's even better just because they get all the details right (including who they recruit).
