The treatment the food excellent presentation of the rooms.

Fix the windows so it doesn't rain inside the rooms.
Try heating the hot food at breakfast.

Since I walked in the door the deal was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed the weekend and despite being a hotel, “thought” for congresses because of its closeness to Fira there is that to emphasize the friendliness of all staff, taking into account that I was traveling with my two small daughters. In the restaurant and the café, of 10.

Nice and clean, very good customer service, just the best.

Any empathy with the client, I had to modify a few dates and neither gave me solutions and they charged me the full amount of the reservation, or even being a serious reason for why he could not go. I don't recommend it. I didn't get any new dates or I canceled the reservation.

I would not recommend it as it is not cancelled booking due to force majeure and justified, or if you want to give you a solution or you return to a part of the reserve, even that should return all. Customer service awful!

Do not cancel reservations in advance to justify a situation of force majeure, they are not even pacaces to facilitate the customer to another date by reducing the stay for the same price. Very little empathy with their customers and policy nothing flexible. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately Fira Congress looks and feels tired and run down. At some point in history it was obviously a stylish and impressive hotel but the combination of peeling paint, missing letters in the hotel signage and loose fittings in the rooms doesn’t give a good impression. Service is sorely lacking, the staff are nice and helpful when you can find them but there seems to be about 30% of the staff you would expect to see. Beds were comfortable and rooms were relatively clean and tidy. The food isn’t anything special. Overall it would have been fine for a 2/3 star or hostel but for the price it doesn’t come close to a four star hotel. There are a plethora of better options available.

The hotel is far from Barcelona city center. To get there you need a cab or uber. Hotel looks nice from outside but don't go by the looks the service is not good. We were there for 1 night and got there around 11.30pm when we got our room the AC was not working and it was super hot in Barcelona. I called the front desk they said give it 15-20 mins and after waiting for 30 mins I called again. They gave me another room at 12.30am and the AC was so slow not working properly even with temp control. In the morning it was 18 ' degree and was freezing cold. Not a good experience. Avoid this hotel.

The locación is very acessible the rooms are very confortable the recepcionister are very polite.

Nice hotel. Nice room. Nice food. Excellent service. The housekeeping crew is very humble. Close by to the shopping centre.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I could not use the staircase to leave the hotel, as a security guard told me that only are enabled in case of fire?. It is a 4 star hotel but has no bidet in the bathroom!

The hotel is placed near to the metro station in a quiet location. Very easy to go to the airport and easy to reach the city center with the metro. The rooms are nice and clean woth a few minor issues. The restaurant was good and the meeting rooms also comfortable.

More appearances than his. If your airline recommends this hotel as a place to stay, then you prefer fingers off. The room is ostensibly good, but much is façade. Food real mies and little choice.

Not bad. In the fairground area. The room was very spacious and comfortable, but the lights I didn't like, I got the club feel of alternating. The room was a bit cold.
To get up in the elevator you need the room card, that I did like, it gave me more security.

Entrance to the hotel is hidden but the rooms and the facilities are top notch. Good value for the price, easy access to the trains and only 35 mins to the city center.

Hotel fira Congress Barcelona, it is little bitt far away from city center, but you can reach to the city center buy bus or metro code number H12 from otel side to City center it's takes almost 10 minutes 6 kilometers, by the bus. My room was very big, :) ) The room has hair drier, shawing meterials good bathroom, There is the refrigator in the room so you can drink some cold drinks… The personnels are helpfull from reception, but I can not say same thinks for restourant guys…

Day 1 — Terrible! They promised to fix the AC. But when I was back 8 hours later, the aircon fan can barely move a tissue paper. The hotel refused to change my room! Day 2 — Aircon still not OKAY! I will never return to stay in this terrible hotel! Travellers might want to note and avoid!

The hotel is modern, when we went the gym was closed. The room has a good shower with a pear-tub, a good bed of 2 metres, good flat screen TV 32", Wi-Fi simple and very functional. The breakfast buffet seems expensive but true that has it all. Another great thing is that they take you to the airport free of charge, just to let others know what. Some bug in the card of the room we record bad reception on the second day and we couldn't get to the room from reception took care of the problem. I would repeat again.

Good deal. Menu at noon correct. Parking is easy. Provided that there is no fair. Terrace. This in an environment of a poligo indistrial. Close to CC Gran Via 2 you can walk.

I was only one night, I liked and would return, because it is comfortable, I liked the design of the room, is the enough wide, with beautiful view, modern bathroom, enough towels, soaps, very comfortable beds, has a refrigerator and safe, Wi-Fi It works well, there are several elevators, close to a shopping mall, the photos of the rooms published by the hotel correspond to the reality.

A decent hotel not far from the Convention center.

Good price, give some personal care accessories like a blade, plastic shower cap, comb, a mini soap, toothbrush and an envelope with pasta for about two or three doses (for a whole day)

Good hotel for the attendees to the fairs of the Barcelona city. Although a bit far away from the city it has a shopping center a few minutes walk.

It is an awesome place to stay while you visit Barcelona. Its rooms are quite large, cosy and they have a modern design. Although the pillows are not too comfortable.

A good hotel both for work trip and leisure, is in an industrial area of Hospitalet, but very well connected, Metro, bus line and right in front of the new Fira.

The hotel is far away from the centre (about 8min walk there but metro station).
The rooms are very "cold" furnished.
There is no German TV.
The room was not quite clean, on the floor there were still hairs!

The hotel bar is very quiet cozy and is very comfortable. The service of the employees is very helpful and attentive. Location next to Fira 2 de Barcelona. Recommended.

Good service and very modern rooms, the bathroom open, it is a bit shocking to enter since you are entering the room. All impeccable. The only thing that is a bit out of the city.

It's a nice place to stay and relax during transient, good staff, good food and a great experience to visit Barcelona, Spain.

Nice hotel. Good to sizes. But air takes time to cool down in summer. Location is outside the heart of city but connected with metro station. Two stations on walking distance.

Average satisfaction. My airline stayed at this hotel as compensation for the cancellation of my flight.  The staff was very friendly and helpful. When you ask them about the nearby Metro or shopping they respond as if they were bothering you.  The ladies speak very badly about Castilian. The rest of the staff were attentive and especially the male very friendly and with good predisposition with all the passengers.  The dinner they "offer" for those who were paid with a hotel night for canceling the flight is just terrible. They serve chicken and fish that are scary to eat, a pasta with a cold sauce. For dessert an acidic yogurt and drink a bottle of water. The breakfast is pretty much better complete and varied.
The rooms are fine, modern decor and clean. The Wi-Fi works properly and the rain effect shower is very nice. Correct Minibar.  The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. It offers a free airport shuttle service. The Fira metro station is 100 meters from the hotel and links to the 2 terminals of the Barcelona airport. It is not understood how they have given a level 4 stars.

Bed mattresses was uncomfortable, my lamp was not working, and service at restaurant and bar was unusually slow.

Unfortunately, it has fallen to me this Time, who knows the current tense situation between the Spaniards and Catalans knew already like, such as the development proceeds. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel after my plane was overbooked and volunteering to stay behind. This hotel is just wonderful. Staff very friendly and food beautiful I was too full to finish all the courses of dinner but what I ate was top quality they offer free shuttle buses to/from the airport and into town ect. I would love to stay again at this hotel for longer next time I'm in Barcelona.

Perfect in every where especially with the location opposite the Gran Fira Via exhibition hall. And very reasonable. Although the breakfast could be better.

The hotel its Ok, the rooms too simple and the toilettes without privacy, I don't agree this. The restaurant is nice and with good prices.

Very modern rooms and many useful utilities for the room. For the price, it was unique and staff was great.

It is not so bad. Seeing that is almost located in an area of almost industrial! The attention of the staff is good, but the dinner that "offer" for those that were paid with a night in a hotel because they have lost the flight is just a mockery or contempt. Yesterday they had chicken that was afraid to eat it for as it looked ; fish with a thousand thorns, a pasta with a sauce and cold salad buffet was old. For dessert a yogurt and drink a bottle of water that could not be carried to the room. The rooms are ok. But I found two roaches running around in it. Are small details that make the difference.

Horrible and disgusting. Our first room was infested, and our second room had no AC. Camping would be better. Not a good value for an airport shuttle. The stay ruined the first day of our trip.

The hotel seemed nice, until I was taking a shower and worms started crawling out of the cracks. Upon telling the staff about the problem they did give us a new room, however, the air conditioning did not work and it was over 82 degrees in the room. Because of this the only thing they could do was put us back into the room with worms in the shower due to not having open rooms. Mind you all of these events happened past midnight as we arrived late after a long flight and really only wanted to sleep. The receptionist also said we could have a complementary breakfast in the morning for our troubles but apparently forgot to mention it to any other staff members because we did have to pay when we got breakfast. The breakfast was also nothing to brag about with the only food I truly enjoyed being a slice of toast. Honestly truly unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Nice facilities, but the staff REALLY needs work. Not only was the shuttle extremely difficult to find, but they provided no directions beyond "G-5. " We didn't see a single sign that said parking G-5, and after 30 minutes of wandering, dragging our stuff everywhere, we found one. We called 4 times during this, and they kept saying, "just go to parking G-5. " They didn't explain that the parking lot was behind an entire building, another parking complex. And after asking staff at the airport, they didn't even seem to know where, "G-5" was. We found G-5, finally, which was a row of cars — and we have a picture of G-5 — but it's the WRONG G-5. When we arrived, and checked in, the check-in woman actually said to our comment about it being difficult to find, "It's right there. I've been there. " Well DUH. You LIVE here. We don't. Do you know where my clinic is? It's right "there! " Obviously. And they acted as if it was our fault for not finding it. When we ordered food, we asked for a salad. Asked for the ingredients because, well, there weren't any listed in the menu. It said "salad". Our question was, "Is it only salad? Just the leaves? Nothing else? Or what else is in it? " "Only leaves" was the answer. And we repeated it in Spanish. My traveling partner orders in Spanish all the time. They understand just fine. But instead, the plate came with anchovies, dried beef, cheese, fried onions, and pate. Not just leaves.

Attracted by the pictures, and the 4-star category, we are no more scam. Because it's scam. This hotel is almost not 3 stars. Exclusive room. 9th floor. At first it is nice and modern. In reality maintenance has never been done. Double bed, 2 single beds delivered. Impossible to negotiate. And beds on wheels, with a horrible mattress. Worse than a Click — Clack. In the early morning, the sun beating on the glass and metal façade did slam the entire structure of the building. Infernal noise. Hot as hell. Light of the very small bathroom. Impossible for a woman to wear makeup. No iron. No brush to the Toilet. 10ml of shampoo/gel shower for 2 for 2 nights! No correct water evacuation. Do rely either on the photos and descriptions Spa/pool. Those above do not exist! European breakfast with choice, but the products are really poor quality. The reception couldn't care less whether you are satisfied or not. No commercial gesture. 310th stay 2 nights it's a shame, especially in Spain at this location for the pathetic service. Positive point: bottles of water and coffee available in the room. The basis for a 4 star, but at the Fira Congress it becomes almost surprising…

The hotel is very good, proper care at all times. I was staying in a room of the first floor, cleaning, the only thing I found a bit uncomfortable mattress.

Free zone location, away from the Centre of Barcelona but with a good communications both by metro and bus.

We picked Fira Congress because of two main things: close to a métro line and free airport shuttle. Let me explain the rundown of our stay here. We came to Barcelona for a cruise, so this hotel was actually the hotel we stayed at after our cruise. When arrived at the airport, we took the métro line L9. If you're planning to stay in Barcelona for up to 5 days, definitely get the 5 day métro ticket. There are many lines, but we discovered that there are two companies and our "métro" ticket didn't work with the other company — I was trying to get us to the port for our cruise. If you are here for a cruise, buy the simple one-way ticket at the métro station; take L9 going to Zona Universitària and get off there; then take the L3 going to Trinitat Nova; finally exit at the Drassanes métro station. In some instances you might have to take the port bus, T3, to take you to your ship — cost is about 2 to 3 euros. Or you can walk there. To get to the hotel for the first time, I highly suggest taking the Fira métro station to exit so you can get yourself situated. There's only one entrance to Fira, so when you exit the station, look back when you get to the top of the stairs. You will see the Hotel Fira Congress. If you take the Europa Fira station, you might not see the hotel right away and will have to find it amongst the tall buildings there. The staff is friendly and speak English, but if you can speak Spanish then you have an advantage.

Price performance ratio is correct, you can save but breakfast. Schick and 4star are appropriate here and there, but something "used"

Beautiful rooms in an ideal location for a short stay. Be warned, bathrooms are an open concept bathroom so do book a room with someone unless you're super comfortable with them! Privacy can be obtained by sliding a divider but that prevents the other guest from leaving until you finish your bathroom business.

Amazing rooms, great complimentary breakfast, close to a lot of great things to see.

Very good hotel and very good services.

I don't understand why this hotel have 4*. Rooms are dirty and old. We thank there were a SPA but they lie. There is 8 months ago the Spa disapeared. The personnel isn't good. We had the impression that they are forced to work here. Im really desapointed by our week end. Hotels with 2 or 3 * are really better. Dont make reservertion with them you gonna loose your money. Really!

We had a pleasant 3 day stay.

This is a very modern hotel with great architecture and interior decoration. The beds are very comfortable for a good sleep. The bathroom is very nice, and the decoration is great. Service is very friendly.

Budget Hotel at any station.

If you're immune to the bad design of the reception and dinner, this law escasillo firm very well, the rooms are beautiful.

Deserved the 4-star hotel. Friendly staff and super nice. Modern rooms, with control of lights and many extras. SPA and gym own, quiet and comfortable. Minibar and rather expensive menus, the other 10, highly recommended.

Visually all unique! But unfortunately, there is not a castle in the toilet and shower is not in the closed.

The friendly and helpful staff. Perhaps, the only little cordial restaurant during breakfast staff. As such, breakfast varied and very tasty. Hundred percent recommended hotel. Good connection wi fi, free, on each floor.

Nice place but a little far from metro, maybe. 5km. Close to airport and has free shuttle that gets you there in 15 minutes. Clean, spacious room with fridge. A couple of free small water bottles daily, as well as complimentary toothbrush and razor. Desk staff was abrupt at times. Room rate was about $90/night. Overall good hotel just a little far from practically all Barcelona attractions.

The worst 4 star hotel in which I have been. Sold with spa and minibar and are all broken in the spa and minibar consists of 2 drinks and a small bottle of water. Isolated in a deserted area with poor communication with the city and the restaurant offers food frozen price of design: good: staff: charming in reception and restaurant. But it does not compensate for. He would not return.

This hotel was very nice, a bit out of the way to the city, but the trasport to the city is very close. Shopping centre close by with some eating places there. Staff were very helpful and nice, special thanks to Marcus who was extremely polite and helpful. Didnt have breakfast at hotel, but ordered pizza which was 11 euro! wasnt great. Would choose a hotel closer to the city next time but other than that the place is very good, and very clean. The only negative I would have with this hotel is the lighting system in the rooms, a bit too bright and not enough control over bedroom lights.
