Can be a bit noisy, but all in all nice hotel, the gym is very tired needs an upgrade, close to the sea front and easy to walk into town around 20/25 minutes.

Too bad experience with the shower… no cold water… and after 40 minutes, issue still not solved. Phone line was also cut off. Had no choice but to run to the reception. Only then they realized, ah, we can change another room for the guest!

Fantastic family room and impeccable service. The half board deal is available on their private website and is far better value than purchasing on competitors websites. A plentiful 3 course dinner of your choice with 1 drink is included along with Champagne buffet breakfast in their restaurant. The pool and spa area was fantastic with an outdoor bar and comfortable lounge chairs. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach, and with a taxi stand at it's door, this is a great choice for a beach stay or people needing a night stay before a cruise. The taxi to the port cost us 15 euro.

We just spent 4 days in this fabulous hotel. We were very impressed. The rate was great, one of the best for such a nice hotel that's centrally located. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was chic and clean (we had a family room with queen bed and pull down murphy bed). The pool was refreshing. The hot and cold breakfast buffet, which was included in our rate, was amazing. And the location was superb… walking distance to Platja Nova Icaria beach (2 short blocks), the rambla, Barcalontta beach, and gothic quarter. Highly recommend.

Pleasant place, clean room but bad noise insulation, good staff and delicious breakfasts.

Nice hotel. Staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is big and has many things like juices, coffee, warm and cold food. It fits everyones needs. Just one point which is negative is that many things can be heard from the floor through the closed door and through the closed windows if you have a room facing the street. Overall, it’s a really good place to stay. The hotel is not far away from the beach (max. 10 min).

Very nice room with terrace, with a wide view over the city. Bathroom in dark green stone tiles was spacious and comfortable. Big bed, big wardrobe with a safe and iron in it. Everything nice and clean. Restaurant was very nice as well, good variety to choose from for breakfast with regional cheese and meats, some vegetarian options as well. Swimming pool area is inviting to sit around. Some comfy sofas and tables available as well. Overall great stay. I would choose the same hotel for the next stay.

Room cleaning services was really bad, do not change bedding for 4 days a lot of dust in the room, I need to ask for my self to clean room nicely.

Perfect place to stay in Barcelona. Maybe the price a little high but when you have deals it becomes a great choice to come and get to know the city. Free parking. Close to beach and Metro and bus station.

We went with 1 coupon and we were very comfortable. A 7 min walk from the metro and to get there and park this very well. Clean and quiet room. Breakfast buffet very good. 'll.

I went to the bar and it's great. The terrace of the hotel is no wonder but advisable to get out a bit of the asphalt and the traffic of the area. The bathrooms on the reception floor are excellent. The prices a bit high-type hotel but it's worth it if you want to disconnect for a while. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was not nice or worth the price tag 4 of us was 100 euro give or take can't rember the exact amount better of walking 5 mintues to McDonald's.

The hotel is well equipped with gym and SPA there is only one detail that are very small, the rooms and service are very good if you expect to stay close to beach it is a good option as it is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

I cannot believe how amazing my stay was here. I came for my 21st birthday and wish I could have stayed longer. The room was beautiful, reception was helpful and kind and the bar/restaurant staff were unbelievable! Special shoutout to Danny, Corcho, JeanPierre, Angel, Juan and Alejandro who made my stay even more amazing! Will be back again very soon! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hotel in quiet place. Not really central but, four steps away, there is the metro station.

We had a really nice stay. The service was good. It had Gym Open pool, small hot pool, sauna, and turkish bath. 7 min walks you will reach beach. Bus stop was very close to the hotel.

There isn't a free breakfast. The intro is wrong. It's €17 per person. Our triple room was small, dirty bath and ill-fitting plug. We also faced onto a demolished building. But on the plus side loads of towels, nice and warm. Small pool and plunge pool is more suited to the kids. Small gym, sauna and steam room is fine but nothing fancy. Restaurant looks lovely but we never ate there. Staff are helpful. Tell them if you've parked your car in the car park. You pay the hotel less than the machine charges and they give you a pass to get in and out.

Perfect for couples in the room, perfect dinner with excellent quality cava glass included great lunch. Only the shower a little weird with a curtain is flooding the floor, I think it was for invalid.

Too expensive, some staff are very nice, the room was not very clean, Windows totally dirty, chewing gum has stuck in the bathroom by the glass, positive is that you can park here, not so far from the beach, Mam Kostelnos Sauatücher gets there, there is a kiosk nearby. The hotel restaurant is a no go. The food was fertile and completely overpriced. So just don't eat here. Better go to MC Donalds. It is already comfortable here, but for the price you can ask for something more. Well, the main thing the kids feel comfortable.

Super access, staff, rooms, reception all bathrooms the bathrooms are decent and tidy the food is classic and Czech I think I should not omit if I recommend it I hope it stays, but what I would probably change is nothing D everything for the standard Czech hotel is Sitting:) And as I say, I recommend it!

Hotel with super comfortable king size bed. The bathtub is also big. What we missed was a little more soap. There was only one gel/multi-purpose shampoo, when even in less star hotels you usually put shampoo (or shampoo with conditioner), gel and bodymilk. But then what if they give in blade and set of makeup (only the cottons haha). Breakfast is buffet style and very good. They have a long table with a great variety of hot food (bacon, eggs, sausages, etc) between the normal in a breakfast (breads, fruit, sausage, coffee of the good, etc). And the best, an outdoor Jacuzzi in which even though it was very cold outside (it was full January when we stayed), it was great and warm inside the water.

I loved the food is identical to a good Peruvian Chifa and the menu of the restaurant lets you llenissima back soon.

Bathroom wasn't in perfect condition… Sink soap dispenser wasn't working, shower curtain had issues. Friendly and helpful staff. Lackluster pool. Nice restaurant. Rooms were only okay.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room. The outdoor Jacuzzi is spectacular. Too bad the Hammam was out of order. The only glitch is that they forgot to bring the room an order that I made to reception and had to call it 3 times.

Location was good, there were roadworks going on outside and they were renovating some rooms, some rooms have a bath some don't. Breakfast was sufficient.

We went with an offer and we loved it. The room, even being the standard, was pretty good with a spacious bathroom, a comfortable bed and a decent TV. The Serbian of the dinner was pristine and with an exquisite treatment. They cared a lot about the detail. Overall the hotel is pretty good. To say a paste (to say something bad) is that it is a little far from the center and the subway you have a 10 minute walk. But, I repeat, to say something. I recommend going to the hotel.

The only flaw: you really hear everything that's going on in the hallway. And when uncomfortable people come in loudly from night to night, it gives you a wake-up call and a dotted sleep. Too bad, everything else is perfect.

The Hotel is very good. No insonorosation, room not very clean, moldy ceiling in the bathroom covered a few places by paint, smell of pipes in the whole room, street quite noisy. Breakfast very expensive for the quality of the food offered (€15), meal with a dozen of choices at very very high prices (Club sandwich a €13), better to eat local specialties on the small beaches! The hotel had to be beautiful some years ago there is like the impression that it fell to abandonment, everything is old and worn. Luckily the staff is very welcoming and the hotel well located close to the beaches with a bus stop at the front.

Nice hotel, the location is good to the beach, less good to the sights, price is OK, breakfast costs €10 when booking in advance but 15 if you only book on site.
The furnishings are OK, here and there should be something refurbished, but all in all good value for the price.

Christmas Company dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food served was very good, the starters great, the main dishes spectacular, the truth is that it was a fantastic evening. If I have to put some but, is that the MEDA was very big and we had to shout for talk to the companions in front.

I went to an Amway event to be exact to a convention, the deal and usually the activity was great could not have been better also when arriving at reception a very Maja girl welcomed us with a huge smile highly recommended.

I booked a "run of the house" room so wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Good size, clean, good air con. Service in English was fine. It's 10 minutes from a McDonald's, what more could you want.

Reception staff need training on the checking in/ out processes — they upset my cousin — should not book hen and stag parties, if you are worried about noise — other than that all ok.

Lovely staff who really went the extra mile to try and help if they could. Very clean throughout the hotel and there are excellent facilities. Only a 5-10 minute walk away from the beach and a short bus/taxi journey from the centre. Would recommend to anyone going to Barcelona and I would stay here again if I ever went to Barcelona for another holiday.

For a four star hotel it feels a bit shabby around the edges and lacks a bit of personality. Service is good and the lobby is nice but just get the feeling it needs a refresh.

Clean and relatively well located. But I would say the hotel has at least 1 star too much in its rating. I am sure it used to be a proper 4 stars hotel, but it seems that its standards have declined. The rooms are overrated and for the price we paid we had big expectations that did not meet. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is respectful and friendly. The front desk staff was unfriendly. They never greet guests, not even in the night when the guests get in the hotel. The also do not check if the person entering the hotel is indeed a guest of the hotel. We had some questions and making them to the front desk staff made us feel we were disturbing them with our questions. Among our questions were "where can we buy a public transportation pass? ". If we had more than one question, the staff member answered the first question and turned around (we had this several times, with different staff members). We also asked a member o the staff how could we book the airport shuttle, since we were traveling the day after to the airport (and we let him know we were traveling the day after), he answered there was no problem and that we could order for the shuttle later. We went out and called to the hotel to communicate a more precise time on when we would need the shuttle, the person refused to do anything on the matter over the phone and ensured us we could sort it out when we would come back to the hotel later on in the night.

Good hotel. Room are clean and comfortable. Reach the city center is easy using The public bus line. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are nice and are open until late. The breakfast is not included and a little expensive, but there are a lot of good bakeries and bars near the hotel.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel last week. We book a room for 4 night, with my husband and our 2year old daughter. At our second day of our staying we went to the beach, when we went back we realise that our samsung tablet was missing from the room, I went straight down to reception to report that, but nothing even happened, just a "sorry" they cant do anything at the moment, so I tought ok maybe they will do that next day at the first time (I was expect them the minimum what to do to do the key record checks and maybe have a look on the cameras), maybe call the maid if maybe she saw that tablet wich my little girl left on the bed : (, but NO! Next morning I went down again to speak with a manager, but no one was available… after lunch my husband went there AGAIN! Then we realise that they dont care about us, And they could say only Sorry sorry sorry! I didnt expect free stay (we pay in advance when we check in) we didnt expect disscount, we just wanted that tablet back, my daughter was looking for her bedtime movies on the tablet! Weve been talking with mininum 3persons from reception, but they were very ruth, Mr Xavi was the worst! like it was our fault that we left our personal items in the room, our tablet even cant be fitted in that safe!

Cojimos a night at weekendesk, and very well, touching the 10. Attention perfect, dinner for 10, and breakfast plentiful and with lots of variety. The room we went up to a junior suite and very nice and big. I'll be back!

Not bad, clean and courteous. Got a three person room, one bed and a cot. The concept of a cot isn't spectacular.

Nice hotel with walkning distance to the beech. The pool was a bit small. Internet connection sometimes a bit slow. Breakfast buffet was great. Easy to reach city centre with bus 41 (get a T10 card to travel cheap).

We reserved a family room (3 adults and a child) for 17 days at a prepaid of 5300 Euros nonrefundable. We were chocked at the small size for 4 people, and requested 2 double rooms instead, but were chraged 900 Euros exstra, which already turned our vacation to tragedy, beside that the hotel is awuful in everything!. If you come late to breakfast all food is eaten, and nothing left for you. The pool is a bathtub, the Wi-Fi is terrible, they don´t change your bed sheets, the AC is unstable, some staff are kind, others are dry and careless, and the location is far from civilization.

It is pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast is buffet-style and in general very good. Very well located.

Family room smells, gym complete disaster, room service menu worste I've seen and still I must order because we have children, thank god they don't mind. Max a 3 star hotel no way 4. Only plus side 3 minute walk to beach.

Stayed last year for Mobile World Congress. Going again this year.

For the incredible price of €180, you have a room with a jacuzzi where you can find:
-An ambient temperature of 28 ºc without possibility to download it. When you show up to reception, they tell you that they look at the central heating and enter in your room (without warning) when you go to dinner! and as a solution, you open the window!
-A panel that comes off and you can see all the inner workings of the jacuzzi.
-Vacuum gel dispenser.
-A blade used the previous guest in the shower.
-Hairs on the sheets.
-Bottles of water in the minibar filled with tap water!
— And not even a sad minitubo of toothpaste.
I do not recommend it for anything.

Hotel is located very close to the beach. There are 15 minutes to the Centre by bus (No. 14 or 41). The bus stop is right in front of the House, the Metro can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

Street in front of hotel is not very loud.
Hotel is very modern and clean.
The services include the free use of the sauna and steam bath in addition to the free room safe. A small swimming pool is outdoors.
Breakfast is rich and fresh.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
School classes and other groups at the hotel were annoying.
