Great stay nice comfortable room. It doesn’t pretend to be anything is isn’t. Great location. 1 mile walk to La Sagrada Familia 3 mile to beach. Friendly staff in Cafeteria. Nice restaurants at the top of the street. Would definitely recommend.

Was with the child, the crib was given though the arena for something with a high and very dense mattress. Very helpful team and kind employees. A breakfast with fruits and different breads. You'll be in just 10-15 minutes by feet at sagrada familia. And the metro station is just 5 minutes away. Great connection to the beach.

The hotel was very clean and well located. On the other hand a little dated and not nickel.

This hotel is very poor, at about 10 o'clock in the evening and more than nine o'clock in the morning, there have been cleaning staff dragging the bed made a huge noise, disturbing customers, there is no way to rest. The soundproofing was so bad that the noise of the child next door was heard clearly. Very poor accommodation experience.

Terrible! The travel agency chose this for a consultant because it's close to the office but it turned into a nightmare. Despite the images on the website of the rooms, see the picture for the real the view from the window. In addition, the room was hot (at 15 degrees outside temperature) and when you open the window, other people can look into the room. I suspect that this room was given to the consultant because they saw her passport is from Africa. The travel agency said the hotel apologizes and is offering to change the room, but just an hour later when she tried to change, this was not granted. What an ordeal: in short, the staff lied about facts, refused to connect me to their manager, and in the end, she had to stay in this room. Beware of this hotel! tl;dr: Look at the picture — this is the view from the room!

Very good location. The beds are not very comfortable.

As a couple you can sleep very badly, as simply two beds are pushed together which always drift apart. Otherwise everything was okey for the price. Nothing special but good for a short stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We warned to open the door to the parking and when we went to reception and had the key ready to deliver. And the breakfast is good too. The hotel is right next to the St. Pau Hospital. I recommend it.

Nice room and hotel, not far from metro line… Only downside is they don't have an iron, not a big deal just a bit inconvenient.

Central and well located. This is a good price as long as it's not the week of the mobile. The only drawback is the soundproofing of the rooms with respect to street noises.

A site avarage to sleep, the room is also normal, no frills, the hotel in general was fine, clean and the staff was friendly and correct at all times, noting the good views that we had from the room, in general, something classic, something we did not like is that the blanket of one of the beds had a hole and the room despite being well-looked somewhat old, the other negative thing is that in the hallways prior to the entrances of the room it was too hot.

Be careful with your web page of this hotel… I made a reservation but didn't receive any Email… I was not able to verify that is to echo the reservation I found out when I came to the summary account of the credit card… to claim. I responded that I did not returned the money and that they did not know if they were sent the Email, a pity.

It is very seedy, only for holidays low cost and giris. The three stars are for the restaurant that is worth, good menu, good prices and good customer service.

A few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia… great location… quick check in and check out. Reception efficient… perfect room clean wide with panoramic terrace… bar inside the hotel with sofas and chairs and tables also exterior perfect… possibility of drinking soft alcohol and snacks until midnight at very low prices… I recommend to friends and customers to choose the hotel Amrey really everything perfect.

Location Good breakfast. Rooms are clean. The view from the window is chic. 2 metro stations close enough. Buses nearby. Sagrada Familia in 15 min. Walk. A great option for that kind of money.

I've never been to such a horribly ran establishment. The manager manel went out of his way to make our stay uncomfortable. I can't believe they would hire someone like him. I would give this a negative Star if I could.

What a horrendous place. The room was dirty, the aircon didn't work and had a weird smell. Worst of all the service was abysmal. Manel the front desk clerk was rude, unhelpful and miserable to us. Will never go back strongly suggest against others going!

We spent two stays in this hotel (3 nights in 2015 then 4 nights in 2017) and we really appreciate its location as it is not far from the interests of the city of Barcelona.
Regarding the room, on two occasions we were fortunate to have a room with a terrace that offers a nice view.
The bedding is good and the room space is more than OK.
Only downside The breakfast is not really up to its rate!

Good hotel but I should not take the cheap room… A small window that didn't let light just and poor lighting in general.

Is in a nice location. The room we had is a little bit uncomfortable, kind of small. But the service is super good, near the metro station.

Few amenities. Uncomfortable beds, no iron. Old rooms, grout was dirty. Breakfast starts late, and is the same day to day. Small towels… Ok if you get a cheap price. The staff were helpful and tried to be helpful.

The staff could not have good English and did not understand us very badly. The rooms were OK. The bathroom was rather unhygienic. In the bathtub were mold and cold. The sheets from the bed were not changed and it was cleaned only sporadically. The food at the breakfast buffet was not good. Very little choice. The cafeteria has only very poor sangria (too much cinnamon) and the burgers consisted only of meat. Very noisy. You hear everything. The elevator is frightening. He's shaking a lot.

For the localisation its from few meters of the metro (i recomened you to buy the 120h metro ticket 30 € for 5 days its the best offer for those who stay for a long time)

I love staying here. Have stayed here on and off for 13 years! Friendly staff, away from the real tourist part but easy to get in on metro or walk.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is a two star that could quite happily have one more star. Friendly place, very helpful staff and speaking more languages. The reception is 24/24. The rooms are bigger than the norm and so is the bathroom with bathtub. Efficient Room Cleaning Service: Every time you requested we changed the towels, and the room was cleaned every day.

We stayed here for 3 nights in April and it was an amazing stay. On arrival we were given an apartment rather than a hotel room, which was much bigger, with better facilities. The apartment looked brand new and had everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and gave us great advice on getting around Barcelona. It was also only a short walk (about 10 mins) to La Sagrada Familia and a great deal of other astounding architecture in Barcelona. The apartments and hotel are located right next to a metro stop which was great for getting around quickly. Barcelona was a great place to visit and we would definitely recommend staying at the Amrey Sant Pau!

Room is adequate for staying. Bed is comfy and easy to sleep in, bath/shower facilities are useful and views are great from the front, also opposite a Gaudi building, and close to metro stations. Great!

The room was smelling as fresh paint I felt suffocating, staff was rude and some of them keep speaking Spanish with you no matter what language do you speak.

Just left after staying here for 5 days. Clean but basic hotel in a great location to walk to tourist attractions and buses. Would come back. Only down side for me were the breakfasts, not great would of been good to have something hot Appart from toast. If your looking for a good location, clean and fairly cheap hotel this ticks all boxes.

Everything is quite good, nice service. And the old TV replaced by a new one during the trip. The Wi-Fi signal is poor in the room.

Very well located, near Sagrada Familia and in a quiet neighborhood, with local shops. At least 2 metro stations in a few minutes walking and about 8 bus lines to city centre and Camp Nou. Clean hotel and the rooms at the 6th floor with terrace and a great view of the city and Mediterranean Sea.

The hotel does not come out well located on the map. The room lacks a safe. Wifi with signal void from the room.
