Wow n wow! So pleased with Marc, our Renaissance Barcelona tour advisor! He highlighted all the "must see" places & the places to eat. He also suggested the 2day Hop on Hop off bus that can take us to these places! Awesome place to stay for our couple of nights post cruise before heading home! It is centrally located and even walking distance to the some places we wanted to see! And we were so surprised to walked in to a room with a view, a comfortable bed with fresh white lines n comforter! The espresso machine was a bonus! And oh the marble bathroom with all the amenities including a warm bathrobe, sleepers, mouthwash, toothbrush n toothpaste; and even bath salts! We ordered a quick lunch, the pizza margarita & coke which they say would take 20min but did not arrive! We thought maybe the kitchen was very busy due to there were many tourists like us that arrived at the same time. We waited n waited but we finally called after an hr of waiting (&feeling hungry as well) & found out there was an error in our order (not sure if the order was not placed or something) but they say another 20min. We finally got our lunch after over an hr of waiting! They were so apologetic & also gave us a complementary platter of small round chocolates for dessert! It was worth the wait tho; the pizza was so fresh n delicious; enough for two people! But the coke came in a small bottle, (4oz, as oppose to our 8oz back home). Wish we could have ordered two bottles; it would have been perfect! The breakfast bar was full of good food to eat with plenty of selections! Our last evening we ordered the delicious seafood paella with two bottles of coke! This time it was 10min early! Lesson learnt: 1. If you have not received your order as promised (especially if you are hungry), call in right away! 2. If you are hungry & thirsty and ordering margarita pizza, order two cokes. Peace!
