Great spot! So close to everything xx.

Myself and my wife stayed here for part of our honeymoon. Friendly helpful staff, a great view from our room (pay for the room upgrade to get a view of La Rambla it's well worth it). Views from the rooftop terrace were stunning as well. Rooms are smaller than in North America but it was the 2 of us so it was nice. The breakfast buffet is also quite good. Great selection of cured meats, fruits breads and more North American fare like scrambled eggs. Also has a cappuccino machine that was very nice to have with breakfast. Myself and my wife highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here when we come back to Barcelona to see the finished Sagrada Famigilia.

Simple rooms, but basically clean. Only the curtains could be washed. Nice roof terrace me bar and small pool. Good breakfast.

A lovely hotel with breakfast buffet and stunning terrace with pool! There are several standard rooms, for the additional payment will be offered with access to La Rambla with a balcony or a mini terrace yet it is accessibility to the subway, bus stops and center street.

Arrived late room ordinary even after upgrade no coffee and tea facilities in the room? Services not up to standards required for tourists from Australia. Disappointed so far see if it improves over the next few days.

The hotel is good considering the price range. The room was spacious and always clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. Also we liked the breakfast. It had a lot of choice and the cakes and cookies were nom. Nom. It is super close to metro and casa batlo and perdeira we just walked arround. The terrace on the roof is also nice you can see almost all city. The airco also was working that was a plus.

Parking for guests at the entrance is difficult. The reception is nice and the employees are very kind.

Nice hotel, large room, well situated, staff is very nice. Best asset is the terrace on the top floor. This is a wonderful oasis. Breakfast is very good. Shortfall: smell of old smoke in our room which never went away after 4 days.

Locations is good. No Gym, room are too warm. For the price per night complementary water and coffee in the room are expected. Staff are friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is spotless! It is in a great location — a 5-minute walk to the metro in one direction. The rooms were efficient but I was only there to sleep! The convenient buffet breakfast had many fresh items to choose, thank you to Paula was very helpful at all the times. the only thing was not enough power plugs at the room.

Situated in the upper end of the Rambala, on a cozy corner. The stuff are very polite and attentive. The room itself is nothing special, but functional. The highlight besides the location was the breakfast, diverse and tasty. If you can book this hotel for a bargen price do not think twice.

They asked me on the street if I wanted to taste some donuts for a survey. Those two donuts were really delicious with bread sticks and water as complement. After that great experience there I felt really good. I would do this again if they asked me.

Very nice staff, helpful and welcoming. . Breakfast there was a good choice, maybe some more fruit as one vegan guest. Nice to have soya milk with other choices of milk. Clean room, nice fresh bed linen. Friendly maids who cleaned our room. Nice view out, staff did give us this room choice as problem with initial room booking dates. Lovely position to go out and explore a facinating city. Would visit again. Thank you to everyone.

We only spent one night and on arrival we received a free upgrade of the room, thus getting a room with a proven terrace with a fantastic view over Barcelona. Friendly and helpful staff.

Enjoyed our stay. Right in the middle of Barcelona. Very nice roof terrace. No tea making? Nice beds and linen. Air conditioning. Room safe. Nice continental breakfast. Smashin bathroom and shower. We upgraded from a back room with no view to a front room with a great view of the city.

Hotel is in a great position. Staff very helpful with directions and local information. Roof top area gives great views over Barcelona. Breakfast good variety. Would recommend to stay in this hotel.

Overall our experience of the Hotel HCC Regente was good, although there were several points that prevent us giving anymore than 3 Stars. The Staff were friendly and efficient, the room was clean and had everything that one might need — except Daylight. BOOK A ROOM WITH BALCONY OR TERRACE — the Standard rooms, like the one we stayed in, have windows facing an internal service space that was constantly dark even in the brightest part of the day. Our trip coincided with the Barcelona Grand Prix and the Hotel was quite busy. Not a problem in itself but, even though there were a lot of guests, the Hotel had chosen not to fully open the advertised Roof Terrace — to get a drink meant descending 9 floors to the Lobby Bar and then traveling back to the roof. The breakfast food was adequate with a reasonable selection of hot & cold dishes, fruit, pastries, cereals etc but the offering in the Lounge Bar was woeful. On our first evening we chose to take a snack in the bar which was a mistake — both in terms of the quality of the food and in the fact that the two people tending the bar both left to prepare it, resulting in a queue waiting for service.

Great Hotel right in the middle of it all in Barcelona. Lovely staff and a well supplied breakfast. The room was at the back of the hotel, but didn't need a view as such. But by far the best thing is the sunroof where you get the most spectacular views of Barcelona. Stayed there within a Motor Sport Travel package, so was perfect to get out to the circuit from the hotel.

Very cute, was the first hotel to which arrived after the trip. Circumferential location. Very good, breakfast excellent and a pretty terrace to enjoy with friends that live in Barcelona.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. As we came with 2 bicycles from Marseille, and as the hotel has no garage or enough place at their baggage room, they kindly offered us to deposit the bikes at the garage of their sister hotel HCC St. Moritz for free. We had a room in the 7th floor with a large terrace and a really beautiful view over the city.
