Very nice breakfast and comfortable bed. Staffs are friendly, fast service with smile. The hotel is in the centre less than 5 minutes walk to metro. Gracias.

Due to an event I was able to know the reception and one of the convention rooms, the service was unbeatable, a qualified staff, the hotel is beautiful, I can not give more details, because I have not known more services. Excellent bar, toilets and a good assortment of catering. Highly recommended!

My room was very clean which is for me. The bed could have been more comfortable but I still got a good night's rest. I was only here for one night. The customer service was excellent. I came much earlier than check in time and they were still able to accommodate me.

Hotel was good and location was excellent. However, we were on our honeymoon which they knew and did not acknowledge once. Also room was advertised as having a bath, which it did not. Main problem was the cleaning staff who were possibly the noisiest I have ever experienced. This meant that despite having a sign to say we did not want to be disturbed, we were every single morning at 9 am. I understand that they have to clean and hoover, but the singing, shouting and slamming of doors by cleaning staff was very disturbing every morning. We did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was excellent and had a really good selection. Shame a few little details let it down. Probably better suited to early risers and those with families (whose kids ensure a early start regardless. ) Not ideal for those looking for R&R.

The hotel is nice and with a nice swimming pool and yard. Is a pitty that they ruin the quiteness of the terrace with the annoying and disturbing sound of a fountain!

The hotel is very nice and modern. It sits in a prime location near lots of shopping, restaurants and things to see. The staff is very prompt and polite and are quick to recommend sights and places to eat. Our room was very clean, the walls are a little thin but it was quiet while we slept.

Centrally located hotel. 10 minutes on foot to La Rambla. Had a quiet room to the courtyard.

The hotel is in a great location. At the time of booking the room, only the budget is left. On arrival we got a Superior room) ) ) overlooking Havana hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. There are breakfasts, but around a lot of cafes in which you can eat cheaper and more varied. During our stay there was an outdoor pool, but for us it was cold. I would also like to mention the friendly and smiling staff.

A great hotel, here no wishes remain open, thanks to the receptionist E, he was on 27.03.2018 in operation, I have not been received so cordially and kindly by a hotel for a long time. Thank you, we'll be back.

Poor service conditions and definitely not worth the money. To summarize: — Bad comfort and breakfast. — Small rooms compared to the price. — Very poor service — You can find a better hotel than this! On our last day in Barcelona we decided to rent some of the hotels’ bicycles. Unfortunately the lady in the reception give us all the money back and not just the deposits when we delivered the bicycles back. First of all this must be their fault — we didn’t count the money we got back… When we arrive to the hotel at the evening they have blocked our room… When we got to the reception. The manager was speaking very rude to us and about some other guests who just ordered a taxi. He wants his money back — that’s fair and we understand. But he could ask nice and it wouldn’t be a problem. This couldn’t be our mistake… He accused us for being aware that we got too many money back. This resulted in that we made him aware that this were poor service compared to it should be a 4 star hotel. They have our credit card information, passports and besides this they make a choice to block our room. He then told us that we was no longer allowed to use the hotels bikes and was also no longer welcome at the hotel. Around 30 minutes our bad experience, he then send a bottle of champagne, but no apologize. We will never return to his hotel, there are much better alternatives in Barcelona. The only good thing was the hotels location.

It's a bit noisy on a busy road. Nice service. Swimming pool not heated. Good location.

It is a beautiful hotel, very well designed, very well catered with lots of warmth, and a luxury breakfast! Very glad to have come to this place!

Grossly overrated. Really a 3-star hotel at best, though fit for purpose (mostly) provided you don’t expect anything more than that. Not suitable for anyone over 5’8 as the beds are really small & short. Nor anyone average to heavier as the mattresses collapse a bit with bad noisy spring suspension. No tea/coffee even. Right above the underground train so the rooms shake — not suitable for light sleepers either. Absolutely nowhere near the 4 stars advertised! Extremely disappointing and would not stay here again.

Very nice hotel, although the free bottle of prosecco didn't materialise, the double room was 2single bed's and someone let themselves in while we were in the room without knocking first.

We are visiting this week. Really friendly and helpful staff. The room isn't big but has everything we need and in a great location, in the middle of all the sites we're visiting… Rambla, museums, tapas bars, nightlife. I like everything about this hotel, but especially the friendly, accommodating staff.

Nice hotel staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast and convenient for location. On foot you can easily reach the Sagrada Familia and the various Ramblas shopping areas.

Excelentisima attention. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Zimmer did not match 4 stars. Furniture had quirks and was very worn out. The room must have been a broom chamber beforehand. The sliders to the bathroom were provisionally attached and did not fit the room at all.

Arrived in the room, two lamps of bedsides different from each other, one with a completely torn outlet and electric cables stripped, (safety term? I do not see it).
Two other small lamps hung on the headboard just above the cushions impossible to sleep with this kind of lamp above the head obviously, forced to move the bed so that it does not touch us to sleep.
One hung on the wall, (Hung is a big word, it was suspended, I didn't think much of it to fall on the desk below).

Correct water room, (even if presentation level, there is better), (poorly folded bath towels among other).
It seems to me that the first impression remains relatively important.
The bedroom curtains, holed from all sides, I still do not explain it, it looked like cigarette burns, oddly enough it is normally forbidden to smoke in these places.
If you book like us on the Internet, you may not have specified the amount of parking…

Good location.

Had an amazing stay here in September. It was my Partner's 50th birthday and we were greeted with a glass of cava and our room had been upgraded to one with a terrace leading to the pool. That meant a lot to us. Staff were fantastic and so helpful. It was exceptionally clean and breakfast catered for everyone. Highly recommended staying here and we certainly will when we return to Barcelona.

Front desk was not very friendly … Or helpful … The lady at check in was relatively rude and unaccommodating. The room given was clean and spacious. First, at booking traveling with my spouse we had a requested for a room with a Queen size bed. But the hotel provided one with two single beds. Upon asking the front desk to change us to a room with Queen bed as per our booking, the lady at check in refused because the hotel equates two single beds and a queen bed as the same therefore no new room could be provided. As we checked in late in the evening the hotel would only accommodate our request to change the two single beds with one queen bed until the next day. The next day the two single beds were not replaced but only joined together by a flimsy bedsheet which didn't hold the beds together effectively leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. Despite sharing our concerns, the hotel were neither receptive or supportive to offer any solution. Another issue with the room, the mattresses! These are the worst I have seen used in an expensive four star hotel. I would say maybe worst than even Best Western motels. They furnished the room with flimsy spring mattress which didn't hold shape or form shape when you lay down or even just sat. Sleeping on It gave me a pretty sore back. Last, the shower stall didn't drain fast enough. A quick five minutes in shower would lead the water to fill to the top threatening to spill out.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a little small but perfectly clean. The location is perfect for all tourist sights. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff and rooms not very spacious but very clean. Walk quietly in the Center and in any case it is located in a very busy street from taxi (a race to the port there cost around 5 euros). The breakfast very good.

Good value for money, excellent location, not too far from the city centre, but not too close so it's really quiet, clean, very good breakfast. Unfortunately, the bed was really too small, and I'm not THAT tall (1, 85m). Didn't ask to change, it might have been possible, though.

A great hotel for its workers, supereducados and very attentive, polite and pleasant. The breakfast is spectacular and very good location. I certainly hope to return.
