Excellent stay. It is a hotel of my pampered for its location, service and its food. The breakfast of the best. Its menu of the best and is flan dessert a delight.

Poor attention to people dedicated to external services.
Violent attitude on the part of receptionist.

I went to dinner at the restaurant to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The atmosphere is very nice, the treatment excellent and the food exquisite.

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and the best and most memorable experience I've ever had was at the Alma Barcelona. The service is warm, friendly and super helpful, more so than any hotel I've experienced. The rooms are beautiful, best beds, great bathrooms, very attentive housekeeping staff. The garden is beautiful. The wellness area is perfect. Best hotel ever.

Great location, perfectly designed, clean room with friendly staff. We stayed here for the entire time when we visited Barcelona in July. The location is perfect, we can shop all day and eat all day. The hotel has a nice restaurant that we were not able to get a table since didn't think to book in advance, if you plan to eat there, get a reservation. We really like the spacious room and the shower with phenomenal water pressure. The bath products were nice, I think the fancier room has even nicer product. At check-in they offered us a drink and then our room came with a bottle of cava, it was a very nice touch and very delicious.

The Garden of Soul is a magnificent oasis in the heart of Barcelona where to drink and snack at a very reasonable price to be a hotel. Special mention of a waiter who treated us wonderfully and with which we felt even more at ease; but also unfortunately there was a waitress who didn't have the day and paid for it with us. The customer service we know that it is not easy and we can all have a bad day, but their antipathy was too evident. Of course I'll enjoy the Garden again.

We spent 6 days here. A lot of aspects of the hotel are exceptional. The location of great. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and really go out of their way to make everything perfect. The food in nice, the patio relaxed. The problem is that the rooms put novelty and style ahead of function. For example, the toilet is in a weird place, a separate and amazingly well hidden little room. The bedroom is dimly lit at night, and the light switches make no sense where they are placed. There isn't a logical place for the luggage. The shower lacks a door. It's a very nice shower, but the floor is wet when you step out. You will be impressed by the stylish design when you walk into your room. However, the next day you will wonder why the architect didn't follow the example of Gaudi and make everything around the idea of actually living in the room.

Hotel Alma is amazingly sleek and modern but also warm and welcoming. The roof top bar, garden restaurant, and lobby spaces are beautiful retreats from the city. Location is excellent and the staff are accommodating. I had a mixup with my reservation that was handled with complete satisfaction. I can’t wait to return.

Rooftop bar is amazing. Live music shows regularly throughout the summer. Different styles of music. Worth to check out the program and see what is going on.

It's a very luxurious and comfortable hotel. The staff Alessandra, David, Chabby, Andrea are awesome. Very helpful and cordial. Mallorca where the hotel located is in the heart of the city easily accessible to different places by foot or by vehicle.

Ideal to spend an evening with the couple and then a romantic helpful. You can order late cheak out.

Nice and luxurious Hotel well located next to Paseo de Gracia and a 15-minute drive from the Ave. There is a parking arranged with the hotel at 30 meters.

Breakfast scandal. Very quiet interior garden amid the hustle and bustle of l'eixample. Very attentive reception.

Elegant ambience and attentive service at all times. The lobster entrée was my favorite dish. However, the paella was one of the most normal I have ever tasted, not my taste. Generally recommended.

High standard Restaurant with delicious fusion food. And excellent atmosphere!

Dining in the hotel restaurant is a wonderful experience, for the gastronomic offer and for the wonderful service. Congratulations.

Watch out for fraud. Beautiful hotel/location. Odd real gems in staff. Pool lacking in interest due to location in basement. Garden area beautiful/relaxing. Sadly 5 mins after having drinks in bar, had call in room (appeared internal as not announced). Spanish person purported to be calling from bar (music in background) — knew name/room number/exact amount spent (on bar slip). Wanted to reconfirm credit card details — with hindsight we shouldn't have — 5 mins later hotel confirmed external call (just put straight through) and £800 taken from credit card. Hotel embarrassed/compensated but trust now broken. Would have left better review if truly felt hotel wanted to get to the bottom of it. Still without proof ever reported to the Police. Felt all were concerned about was that we wouldn't pay personally, then just wanted to brush under the carpet.

Couldn't have been more happy with our 8-night stay at the Alma in Barcelona. The helpful and friendly staff, the amenities, the location, the service were all top notch. We will definitely be back.

They where wonderful to me and my wife. We disembarked from a cruise and arrived at the hotel 4hrs before check in and they got me do room ready 30 min after my arrival. Awesome attention by the staff.

The staff went of the way to help when the hot air balloon was oversold. The found and arranged our participation in the annual hot air balloon festival in a near by city. They are the best!

First night of 6 here Barcelona, and up to now, this Hotel is absolutely great. Simple modern esthetically pleasing European flair. Great service, attention to detail, super clean and friendly. UPDATE — This is our last night at the ALMA. Great hotel, excellent service, rooms are very clean, but the real gem is the restaurant. Excellent presentation, fish, meat and don’t forget the deserts. Really a beautiful place to spend a week.

Awesome rooms with free minibar and really comfortable beds. Minor issues with room service, with slow service. Cool skybar and the massages was great too. Gym could be improved.

Heaven! I needed to just get away from the bustle of the Main Street. Staff were amazing attentive but not too much. It was a lovely day so I sat on terrace for lunch in the sun and chef did not disappoint supplied plenty of amuse bouche and a miniature dessert. May visit this evening not sure yet.

Just went to take a coffee in du jardin's interior. Very nice and good service.

I'm not reviewing the hotel as I haven't had the chance to stay overnight but If you want to get away from the crowds and have a good drink, they have an interior patio that is amazing! Pure heaven in the middle of the crowded Passeig De Gracia. Obviously, service is impeccable.

I was treated very well in this hotel. The suite was huge and I really liked the contemporary finish throughout. The lobby is stylish and the location is just too perfect.

I just went to roll a section of a TV program, a quick interview with a German writer who was staying there. We were in the garden which was very nice, but the mosquitoes we ate alive. Very nice restaurant, looked good.

It's a personal opinion, obviously. But I do not like at all the decoration so dark in the common areas. Probably want to give the customer, discretion and quietness but, upon entering, the feeling is gloomy and sad. What is more absurd, because I worked a few days in the offices, is that they are also dark! I can understand that the black is a form of elegance (for me, not) but the offices are a place of work where everything should be painted white and with lots of lights!

Privileged site of Barcelona. Restaurant quality and reasonable price considering the account type of local. Recommend dining in the garden (if the time it allows) service good and details very care. So I recommend.

We went for a drink in their garden. Quite a nice place. As in any place lack of nonalcoholic drinks. A good place for a relaxing afternoon chat though.

Clean, high ceilings, cool and chic. Delicious food, attentive reception in the lobby. Will not hesitate to come back to live. Rooftop bar is also very interesting, a lot of place to walk is worth a look.

Very good modern hotel design is clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable. Hotel location is very good, Shizhong district, close to the modern area. Staff eager to help. High price of buffet breakfast, € 25/person, but you can try, but also good.

We drove around, someone will be out to meet us. We received three days of valet parking. We sat down with Fernando, he says it all with us, made us feel welcome. Soon someone put our luggage to the room, the rooms are clean, spacious, and very quiet (after being found). Most of the places we want to visit are within walking distance of the hotel, and there are many restaurants nearby.

I was in awe when we checked into our suite at the Hotel Alma. Met at reception with an icy cold glass of Cava, they checked us in quickly and we off to sleep off some jet lag in what had to be the most amazing hotel room I have been in, in a very long time. The sheets devine, the room, huge, the free mini bar. The Bulgari hair and skin products, all made for a delightful stay in Barcelona. There is a turkish pool, sauna, steam room and exercise room that is a real treat after a long day of touring. A lovely garden bar, and amazing attentive service made this one of the best stays of a one month trip to Europe… I will never stay at any other hotel in BCN. Thank You.

Incredible Oasis in the heart of the city of Barcelona. An exquisite hotel with an exclusive atmosphere, which is reflected in its cuisine. We visited the Hotel on one occasion to take their Brunch and then to taste his letter. On the two occasions we left very satisfied, since the diversity, quality, service and price is extraordinary for a place like this. We understand that the rest of facilities and service will surely rub the delicacy as it does in the restoration. Highly recommended, both for locals and tourists.

It is one of the hotels in the Eixample with sophistication, charm and 'Soul', every detail in this exquisitely careful design. It has 2 very nice terraces, one on the first level where I recommend for lunch or dinner and another above all for a drink in an evening of summer with spectacular views. It is not an economical place, but know it and enjoy its wonderful design and service is worth. Its location is Priceless! very but very close to Paseo de Gracia.

The building goes unnoticed, but it is impressive on the inside. It is worth entering the former garden, a beer, coffee, or even a well prepared Cup, in a super quiet super garden, within walking distance of la Pedrera.
To me I really like sculpture that hung as you enter. I don't, so you should go and give your opinion, to see if you like as much as me (to taste the colors).

Spectacular hotel next to the paseo de Gracia. If you don't know your location it is easy to pass unnoticed, since it has a small banner on the facade. I was on the terrace of the hotel making a rum tasting. I have not been hosted in it, but surely that rooms do not disappoint. In the hall of the hotel you can see a structure of mirrors hung on the ceiling, which is pretty impressive. On the terrace there are several tables and armchairs with a garden and large trees inside. Perfect to take something relaxed and enjoy the tranquility.

A wonderful and however not well known, hotel to Passeig de Gràcia. I have not been hosted in their rooms but yes that I took something in its enormous terrace and the truth is that it is spectacular, with a view of 360 degrees especially Barcelona. La Pedrera, Tibidabo, Montjuïc, Sagrada Familia, Ciutat Vella, the sea. The fact that has a terrace that extends throughout the entire building of the hotel allows that not we lose not an only detail of Barcelona from the top.
It opened last year and the truth is that it is not very crowded, so it offers a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere, to spend a long evening of summer. Tables, chairs and armchairs large and separate between them to create unique and intimate atmospheres during a nice sunset Sun or on special nights. The terrace has been designed by Nori Furlan and Paco Llonch and, like the hotel, has a sober and elegant style, without extridencias. Renewed classicism of the hand of natural materials like cedar wood and linen awnings.

I attended a breakfast meeting with people who were staying in this hotel. I was surprised by the atmosphere of calm and tranquility that we breathe, the care of all the details, from the choice of services table, cups, tablecloths, etc. Up to the courtyard of Apple, typical in the Centre of Barcelona with a splendid garden. Very careful selection of charcuterie, cheeses, jams, breads. All craft production and unsurpassed quality. Small sandwitchs, scrambled eggs, poached etc. Prepared at the moment, "bikinis" mortadella truffled until a "pepito" of Catalan sausage with onion confit (for me memorable). I am surprised that the dinner is not at the same level, as manifest other travelers. No doubt I will return to dine, to enjoy your garden and hope that your kitchen.
