Great hotel very beautiful and helpful staff.

Elegant hotel located in a historic building on la Rambla. Very kind and helpful staff. Tastefully crafted rooms, excellent soundproofing. Excellent cleanliness. Great breakfast. Rooftop with stunning views, bar and pool. I highly recommend it.

The terrasa is very nice, intimate and with good views of a part of Barcelona. Something small if you go in a group or you are more than 4 people since the tables are grouped in chairs of two and four. Watch out because if you ask for a gitonic you pay the gin and another the tonic at one price (which was not in the letter and we found out when you asked for the bill). The price of a classic Bombay-branded gin tonic comes out for about 13 euros. Between 15 and 20 o if you take a more premium gin.

Staff is so friendly, the door man was our tour guide. He gave us tips daily.

We had a lovely weekend at this hotel. The staff were all were attentive, polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Breakfast was very good. The room we had overlooked La Rambla but you couldn't tell when the windows were closed. Well placed to walk around Barcelona. Room was very comfortable. They also have a luggage room, which was very useful on the last day (check out at 12). Thank you.

Gorgeous lux hotel in the heart of Barcelona! From the moment we checked in, we were quite pleased with the stylish aesthetic and impeccable service. Being our first trip here, we asked for a lot of input on places to go and places to eat etc. Richard especially went above and beyond to make reservations or surprise us with little extras to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooftop plunge pool and bar has a beautiful view of the city and the location is in a bustling area with lots of shops and places to go. It’s Less than a block away is the marketplace which we visited daily. Also, the rooms were immaculate. It was such a treat to come back to our rooms after turn down service or a refresh. We will definitely be back again!

The hotel is centrally located and the fit out is stunning. The staff have been fantastic, professional and nothing is too much trouble to assist. Breakfast was great and served so very quickly. We have a suite with a balcony and tub, perfect.

Modern rooms with a great location, right at the start of the ramblas. Not sure there could have been a hotel with a better location. You're literally 5-10 minitues walking distance from most major toirist sights. Staff is super friendly. Only downside, for the $ you pay, the rooms are kinda small. With that said, i'd 100% stay here again of I decide to ever come back to Barca.

Absolutely no complaints about the quality of service. The hotel is great, clean and cozy. Lovely vidovpja roof terrace. Friendly staff. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

As compensation-the maximum convenience of location. Everything is within walking distance, starting from Plaça Catalunya, ending with the port, not to mention a hundred of inexpensive and quality restaurants, the market with its unique flavor.

We have recently returned from our weekend trip and first visit to Barcelona (9th-12th Feb 2018). We stayed at the '5 star' Boutique Hotel, Bagues, which is part of the Derby Hotel Group. When arriving we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The Hotel has a feeling of being a 'family-run' hotel, as it is so intimate and only has approx 32 rooms in total. 'Check-in' was swift and we were given a complimentary drink on arrival too. One of the concierge staff members we really want to mention is, Richard! Upon our arrival, he took time to show us around the Hotel, which include a visit to the roof top terrace, which does have fantastic views of Barcelona. The Hotel is situated right in the "middle of everything" on Las Ramblas and our room had a view overlooking the old/gothic part of the town. Our Room was on the 4th Floor (404) and we stayed in a Deluxe Room. The rooms are not huge, but are fitted with high quality fixtures and fittings, including elaborate wall-panelling and tiles in the bathroom. Our room had everything you would need to ensure a comfortable stay including: dressing-gowns, (free) tea & coffee making facilities, a mini-bar, hair-dryer, flat-screen TV, complimentary bottles of water and a great view over-looking La Ramba. We witnessed several 'colourful/musical parades that went right past our window, another example of the excellent location of this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Clean and comfortable. Great location. The only thing is you can hear the tube running underneath which is fine but maybe not for light sleepers (like me)

Great location and lovely hotel with incredible interior design. Also had a pool on the roof. Sadly we had an interior room with no windows which was the only negative.

Elegant restaurant with excellent food and services. I do not puntuo with 5 stars because I think they should improve the waiting times between dishes. Last time we were almost 30 ' waiting between plate and plate. I think it's kind of excessive. High price.

The hotel houses the collection Masriera, one of the leading exponents of modernism, Art Nouveau, and Art Decó.

One of my favorite restaurants in Barcelona. Very good relation quality/price if you book your table by using The Fork/El Tenedor.

Many times I have gone to dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, the controller, I have always eaten and I have served very well. Today I have dear enter to take a coffee and as not was guest I have said that the restaurant was closed, even having people sitting inside. I then asked if he could get into the toilet and they told me that it was only for clients. Lords of the hotel in weekend also there that treat well to those customers that are of the city and that not is are to sleep. I doubt that again.

Grrat central place to stay but the inside rooms are abit dark. Go for balcony or a room with natural dun light.

Incredible hotel. From the beautiful facade, to the amazing locations, all the way down to the most intricate features, this place is spectacular.

Haven't tried the restaurant but concierge is good and location 1st rate.
