Happy Apartments Apartment

Loved our stay here. Time went too quick. Lola the receptionist was so friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Our apartment was modern, quiet, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed. The apartments are in an excellent location. Will definitely return.

Excellent studio, clean and modern, you have everything in little space. The only cons, a lot of noise.

Good base for a stay in Barcelona. The apartments were lovely and clean. Just fair enough off the beaten track to avoid the tourist traps. Take time to explore Poble Sec, for a more authentic feel for Barcelona.

Staid for 4 nights in flat 1-1 21.6-25.6.17. Airconditioner didn't blow cold air at all, so the flat had approx 30degrees in it all day and night. We called about it many times and twice the reseption girl promised to call back but never did. The maintanence guy took a look the a/c device but it seemed that he knew even less about it than I did. He also didn't speak English so it was impossible to properly communicate with him. All the dishes where dirty when we came and also the fridge freezer. The reason for that became clear to us when we tried to use the washing machine. It had some kind of vomit smelling jam located at the back of the fridge and that's why in the heat the whole flat smelled like puke. To my calls the person at the office just told me that there was nothing they could do since it was holyday and no one want's to do anything. They brang us 2 old broken fans and the other fan had cut wire which was reconnected with wrapped peace of tape. It was nice to notice this when our toddler was examining it. For quite much ruining our stay at Barcelona we didn't get any appologies nor compensation nor refund of any kind altough the flat was not nearly in the condition as promised. I'm also 100% sure that the Happy P staff knew fully about our agony at the flat. It's just much easier to be ignorent and hope matters solve itself. Lovely apartment and felt completely safe as there is security on the door in the evening.

Location Location! A fabulous stay! Had a 2 bedroom apartment with all amenities. It was gorgeous and equipped with all u needed. For the girls hair dryers lots of mirrors and lots of room, for the men free great coffee, free water bottle a day, great balcony and decent sized fridge for your cervesa.
Chiara the hotel host was a remarkable lady she made us feel so welcome and gave us so much info on the city, very friendly and happy to help with anything. A true assest to the establishment, staff were great!
I would say the best apartment I've ever stayed in and loved how close we were to everything. Had our very own little supermarket down stairs great pizza shop across the road and 2 min walk from the main course of La rambla and a short walk to the markets which are fabulous.

It's a great place to visit Barcelona! Very good location, near to La Rambla and metro station. Nice and helpful stuff. Very nice interiors, well equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable bed. I recommend it:)

Bad neighborhood. Fifth floor with broken elevator. One who claimed to be maintenance on Saturday morning entered the apartment while we were inside.

Fantastic central location very nice nice friendly apartment is just like on the site the apartment with the garden is wonderful thank you.

It is a happy place. Super location. Great for young adults or large families. I will recommend it :)

Good place for the value.

We had the view (we had balconies) on the palau Güell and his tricks made by Gaudí. It feels good in the apartment with the beach and the Mirador Columbus close after the ramblas, in short: a warm accommodation for a good visit in Barcelona.

This conveniently located hotel recommend it.
