Great stay at the hotel auto hogar and very friendly helpful staff. However the shower was not up to standard as the seal round shower floor was a bit dirty. Still no problem for price what I paid and nice optional buffet breakfast. Would stop here again.

We where there for only one night as we where passing through Barcelona. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff are nice and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything we needed plus some extras. Very good brackfeast. The location is good too for someone who wants to visit a few Barcelona attractions in a limited time frame.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, we even rented bikes for €15 per day (there is a place round the corner for €6) and there were no major room issues. The whole place had air conditioning which is essential in spain in august, and the lobby was clean and there was seating. The room was clean and had everything you would expect from the place after booking, unfortunately the room had a bad smell and an even worse view which made it seem small due to minimal natural light. Toothbrushes, towels and soap were provided.

Staff were relatively helpful. Room was okay; clean, spacious. It had a weird smell when we arrived though and the view out of our window was … well the room would be better without a view at all. We made the mistake of paying 15 euros to rent the bicycles but there are plenty of cheaper rentals around. The worst part would be the noise at night. Personally, I found it pretty hard to sleep at night as I could hear other travellers talking really clearly through the door, and the sound of them opening their own door was also very loud from our room. This was particularly bad as the noise still disrupted sleep later in the night around 3am, otherwise we would have been fine, being late sleepers ourselves. The air conditioning also kept making weird noises through the night which furthered the sleep disruption. On a good note, the location was great. As mentioned before staff were relatively friendly and helpful and there was sufficient air conditioning in the hot Spanish heat, despite the weird stench.

I really liked the hotel. Polite and diligent staff (admittedly don't speak Russian language), a very comfortable and clean room, a wonderful location. I was with my husband and son for nine years. The room consisted of a two-room each with a TV. Very cozy. The room is small, but it's 3 stars! I recommend it. In the middle!

Excellent experience. Very reasonable price. Location is central. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Breakfast is incredible and it's minutes away from metro and all other attractions. Amazing super market for food and beverage close by. Book it and enjoy Barcelona at its best.

Perfect for seeing the city. Lots of eating and drinking venues on doorstep not to mention your in theatre central. Metro L3 10 seconds from the door.

We stayed at this hotel for our vacanzion from 21 June 2018 to 27 June 2018 staff very courteous and we were given a nice indication for our excursions thanks to all the fans of the hotel reception.

Place site in the center, to go to the room if you can call it you have to cross the garage, scarce cleaning and breakfast to forget, reception at the front desk deprived of education. Personally to forget.

Great hotel, close metro and bus stops, 10 min. Walk from turists street Rambla. Room was clean and nice it was even a toothbrush in bathroom. But room doors with no sound isolation, sometimes we thought that somebody entered in our room:D.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times now and I already have my next stay booked! The rooms and clean and comfortable and the staff there have always been very friendly and professional, giving us advice on transportation etc.

Super. Only one downside, our room faced a very noisy street, it is difficult to sleep with the noise.

Rooms are good But it's opposite a night club that has people going in and out from 11pm till 5am so for 3 nights we got virtually no sleep. I would not stay here again.

Only stayed one night but I got a clean room and a good breakfast. But this hotel is close to the shopping street and the harbour so expect traffic out side the hotel. Tho the room is quiet.

Clean and modern Hotel, female staff in polite and polite reception. Not the male who didn't even deign to say good morning to our passage. Great location near Metro and Rambla. I recommend it. Beware of pickpockets in the metro and outside, they are professionals.

Strategic Hotel as a location a few hundred meters from the Ramblas and with Metro stop a few meters. Fine rooms. Only flaw that night you sleep little.

Rooms are nice and kept very clean. Only issue is the A. C. Doesn't work, so the room stays very warm.

Good hotel in Si, since this central, near the beach, near the heart of the city, this artery of the city, close to Plaza España and Olympic Stadium.
Average rooms, its cleanliness is according to the times you go, sometimes you go this limpissino to taste there are times that shines its absence.
The staff usually squander sympathy and cordiality.
I find that there are few elevators for so many flats in itself.

Wonderful room. It hurts a few elevators for so many floors. One has broken days and the other does not give Basto with the customers. Even less with the service also.

The room was very nice, a few negatives: room one can small but functional, shower hose with leaks (but that was repaired following my alert), electrical outlet unscrewed. A can of noise but otherwise enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes walk you reach the Rambla. Also very comfortable to go to the beach by public transport (reason why I chose this hotel). With the D20 line you reach the Barceloneta, while taking the 36 you can reach Bogatell.
We were in this hotel 8 days, on 8 days we had to do 4 days of cold showers because in our room it did not work. The staff proved friendly to want to change the room, but had Comuqnue said that the discomfort would be solved the following day. To avoid moving everything we trusted, but unfortunately nothing was fixed for 4 days in a row.

The location of the hotel is great, with many transportation options around. The rooms were clean and the food was fresh. The staff of the hotel was very kind, professional and helpful!

We lived for 3 nights here. Location is Excellent. Breakfast very good. Staff cooperative. Room size average. Many restaurants, super markets in near vicinity, Muslim food also available in restaurants. Will recommend.

The room was very small. The shower did not drain properly so had to end it early each time so it wouldn't overflow. There were hairs in the shower showing it was not cleaned properly. The soundproofing between rooms is non existent. Good location if you want to party, I did not. I was accosted on the street right in front of the hotel and across the street by men each night and had to retreat back into the hotel quickly. One wanted to fight me. Beggars on street asking for money. I felt unsafe in the location especially as I was traveling alone. 2 blocks away is a Bagdad porn show. Taxi strike during stay requires a 45 min to 1 hour walk from the better part of town. Not a great neighboorhood for children. Close to metro L2 which was a benefit when taxis were on strike. I would not recommend to any of my friends.

The rooms are well-equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, toiletries and a balcony to watch the world go by. The air-con is very poor especially in the August sun. There is a small free gym which is useful. Well-situated for la ramble.

We spent 3 nights was not possible to take a shower, mixer that dispensed only boiling water. Pointed out in the direction of the answer: we have problems on the fourth floor, have not solved the problem. Bathroom to keep closed the door for smells coming from the shower drain probably not siphon thankfully bathroom windows. Comfortable room with mould stains on wall. All this on the fourth floor retro hotel passing through the garage.

I went to have a drink with my wife and it is a great site.

Rooms are quite large and clean, some overlook a cavity and are not very bright. Excellent location A few steps from the L3 metro station and 15min walk from the Rambla.

Having to enter rooms by a parking lot leaves much to be desired. The super small room. I have not seen a smaller room in my life. And windows overlooking a courtyard location.

Positive: The room and the bathroom were small but very clean, well decorated. The breakfast is very nice (coffee, milk, tea, differents types of bread, cakes, cheese, butter, a lot of fruits, juices, etc), as well as the staff, that was always very helpfull. Negative: The room was so incredibly hot you have to sleep with the window open and you amost cannot wear anything while you stay inside the room. No ac. I have to say that this Hotel is very noisy. Maybe too noisy, really, making it almost impossible to sleep there. I know it wasnt the hotel staff's fault, of course, but it was a nightmare. During our stay, there was a large group of british young people staying at different rooms that made a lot of noise during the night and were always running through the corridors speaking loudly. One night they broke a bottle on the stairway. I have to say that, if you are young, with no children, like we were, and you are looking for a reasonable price hotel right in the center of Barcelone and you dont mind to just skip sleeping, this is a good choice.

Very nice rooms, recently refurbished. It looked like a 4* hotel to us. The only downside was that there was no mini fridge in the room.

The hotel is far nicer than the price led me to expect. The hotel is spotless, newly refurbished, with an excellent buffet breakfast and only a 10 mins stroll from Las Ramblas.

Really old! The room is so small and dark, like a capsul hotel room. Advise you to choose another.

Stayed at this hotel for two days, when returning from Andorra after skiing. Great place. Excellent location, in the heart of the city. 2 minutes from the Metro station. Near many restaurants and a supermarket. We had a room with two large beds. This is very useful, especially when traveling with a child. The window went out into the yard, so it was quiet. Atmosphere is cozy, everything is organized at a good level. The only comment is excellent Admins (all very friendly and correct) somehow did not smile, so it is not clear whether they are not happy or tired. After the warm reception at the Andorra Center (operated by the same company Best Hotels), you feel more uncomfortable. But maybe it's some sort of local national features. :).

Apart from cleanliness and order everywhere I have to point out the excellent care I received during my entire stay by the reception. He helped me with everything during my stay in Barcelona. Chapeau.

We found this hotel ok for the price. Only one thing though as in alot of other reviews, thin walls, we could hear everything the next room was saying. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, and all clean daily. Beds were made daily, sheets, and fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was good no complaints there. Attached restaurant served good food and was cheaper than outside. All in all, for a 2 star not abad hotel, as we said, we dont spend time in the room only for showering and resting.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was ok. We have stayed in the new rooms, if you opened the window, I looked into a 2 square foot shaft where the water pipes run long. You had so no views and not much freshness, also you think all the time, it's raining outside. There are also renovated rooms, whose Fenster do not lead to the shaft (but at least lead to 4 rooms per floor). You can hear everything that is going on in the Hall and in the room next door, very clean. But the location is really great.

Not I liked nothing. Accommodation left much to be desired. The only advantage q is central.
