The Spa area is very relaxing. It has different zones making it very complete. Also has a massage menu.

Almost perfect. They sorted all of our issues promptly. However it wasn't made clear the pool was closed at the first half of our stay. We went to the spa instead for those few days.

Great place to stay in when visiting Toledo. Just few kilo meters from the old city. Free parking areas out side the hotel too.

Lovely hotel with huge rooms, comfy beds and beautiful views. The food is spectacular and the price is according to what it offers.

Great service of the hotel, in all its aspects. Comfortable, clean, buffet breakfast spectacular, and very attentive hotel staff. We were able to take the hotel transfer to the center with the convenience of being able to forget the car in Toledo.

A very nice hotel, but in the middle of nowhere. Need the car. The restaurant is magnificent.

The hotel itself is a very nice building, with a lot of charm, located in a quiet area of Toledo about 3 kilometres from the centre. From some rooms you will see the city but without defacing the views from those where you can see many other natural places that prevail in Toledo. The room was well-equipped for people with disabilities, had help elements everywhere. The buffet was very good but I would recommend that you incorporate a variety of milk in addition to the cow (they only had lactose and soy free; to be a 5 star I was surprised that they had no other, when today in any hotel have also almond, oats…) But hey, this is just for putting a stick.

A few months ago I changed the direction of the Hotel, and with it changed different standards that have decreased the level of service for its clients. Pets are no longer accepted, when they were always accepted and received as a 5 star hotel is expected. I tried to go down to the indoor pool they have in the SPA area with my wife and my 1 year old son, and there is also a new standard, given that I was told that with my son we could not be in that area, given that it is for over 16 years. I only wanted to swim with my son, just like we did in that same SPA pool last summer, but you can't. In short, spend a weekend without the services for which I was always staying at this hotel, a bad experience that they did not know how to solve at the time, so I will not stay either in this hotel or in this chain ever again.

Enjoy Toledo and stay calm This can be achieved here. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Kettle or coffee machine would be appropriate. Room large and bathroom also spacious. Breakfast buffet is recommended. Coffee very good, everything the heart wants for breakfast. Including salmon, champagne, wine etc. The small breakfast room does not convey a pleasant atmosphere. Wellness with extra charge possible, but this is also calculated for swimming, is not guests friendly. Shuttle bus to the city is very pleasant, but definitely go — and return to book absolutely. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Very good to reach by car. Quiet location outside of Toledo. Underground parking is available for hotel guests free of charge when booking. The charm of bygone times classic decorated with heavy dark wood and lots of marble. A place to feel good. Also the staff very competent, helpful and nice. Unfortunately the room with the buffet was too small at the peak hours at breakfast. Very narrow and thus a hectic atmosphere. The Nespresso coffee machine is also overtaxed for this amount of guests. So it comes to getting snakes when making coffee.

An experience not to repeat. For a 5 star hotel the TV did not work and at 6:00 in the morning a constant noise on the wall woke us up. This shouldn't happen. Also the only thing they did was apologize and offer us another room but at 7 in the morning little was the solution. For my part the hotel directive would have had to compensate us with another night at no cost to not leave with that bad taste of mouth. We thought we would celebrate our wedding there but of course if we have a problem we already know it will be an apology and little more… A shame.

Recommended place, my experience was good. Just a but, I had to ask for the bathrobe. But it was balanced with the good treatment and professionalism of the hotel employees.

Beautiful Hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. I'll be back without a doubt.

Away from the historic center. Incomprehensible to have a paid parking in a place so far away. Breakfast is acceptable. Non-five-star details: ceiling lights detached or fused, in certain areas and in rooms, unpleasant smells from the drains. Room Cleaning service removes personal items. Common areas and splendid gardens.

Very good hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Good views. Very good treatment of the employees. To go to the center of Toledo you have to take a car, or better call a taxi that leaves around €8.

Superior Double room with king size bed, exquisite restaurant with small view to the Tagus river, bathroom with ample shower and even bigger bathtub, the spa is the best we have tried my partner and I, the parking very suitable (10 €/day is not expensive respect Other hotels), bus service to downtown Toledo a very successful idea, ample meeting rooms, attentive reception and cordial… Very good promotions on their website, including the routes in Toledo. I don't want to go!

Beautiful hotel. Outwith city centre but the hotel provide a free shuttle bus every hour from 10am. Beautiful hotel, beautiful surroundings and very friendly staff.

Rooms are good but there is not much to do in the hotel itself and it's in the middle of nowhere. Plan to spend your time downtown and not in the hotel. Service is not that good and prices are high for what you get.

Great hotel just out of town. But hardly any staff in restruant at breakfast one alone one morning. One lad on his own at reception one some times 2 long wait no concierge door man walk in the door have to look for reception Outside town so everyone has to use taxis I'm ok w that as the shuttler was unavailable but taxis were pulling up and don't know who what or where anyone was going busy week too it was semana santa . Come on guys 5 stars and two staff out front in a 5 star hotel. 5 stars means feet on the floor.

Quite large rooms at what has to be one of Toledo's choice hotels. Well outside the city wall, so have a car or expect to be taking taxis to get anywhere. Good lounge with a very basic bar menu. Was very quiet while I was here.

The rooms are great, the food provided is substantial and quality. The hotel staff is very helpful.

Still being somewhat away from the Centre is a cosy and beautifully decorated hotel. Large and comfortable rooms with friendly staff. A luxury hotel with a large swimming pool and spa to enjoy. Its catering service is also remarkable.

Nice enough hotel. Spa robes were rather smelly, and way too large XXL or something. And the sauna was not heated. Complaining because we were charged 80 Euros for using it for 1 hrs so I expected a bit more. Otherwise nice and quiet rooms.

God, this hotel was HOT! My favourite part was those Spanish staff (the male ones) were rather attractive, too bad I'm 69…

Tacky, very tacky. But the rooms are very spacious and the staff is wonderful. Don't miss the Museum, impressive.

Perfect hotel and spa. The restaurant didn't like me much. The breakfast is very English but phenomenal quantity and variety. The spa is very relaxing, although the spa terrace overlooking the road. Spend a weekend in toledo stayed at this hotel and enjoy its pool and spa is worthwhile.

Excellent qualities. The room was cool enough, although views, pool, enough left to be desired (a motorway is seen).

The therapy pools and steam rooms are great after a day sightseeing. Not cheap but worthy. How many hotels can boast their own amazing art museum housed in architectural splendour? I was fascinated also by the Quixote restaurant and the staff which were charming and professional.

We were in the Spa and the truth is that it was a very positive experience and to repeat. Facilities are very complete and very neat. To spend a morning or afternoon complete without time limit it is good choice and thus escape somewhat from the week.

I'm from the States and had a wedding here because my wife is from Madrid and her mother's family is from Toledo. I cannot express how amazing this hotel is. The hotel itself is beautiful and amazingly maintained. The hotel staff were the nicest and seemingly caring staff I have ever encountered. The coordinator for our wedding went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met for the wedding including personal decorations, etc. I cannot say a single bad thing about this hotel. I was truly amazing by the grounds and the staff.
