The rooms we have ever been to (because it is not the first time, by necessity, we have to rent here) are comfortable, just to live. They provide You with appliances and some utensils, it is to be appreciated. Cleanliness is good, there's no reason for it not to be.
If you have a problem with the housing facilities, maintenance is very effective.
On the other hand, I also have to comment On the negative. There Are Many people who are staying who are riffraff, rude, uneducated, who can only make noise at night (nights or dawns) screaming, with music… Some people leave the garbage bags in the wastebaskets. They Smoke in the common areas and throw the cigarette butts, cans and other rubbish through the hallways and the hall entrance of the building.
As many people, apart from the mob that comes in droves, rent for days or holidays, they do not care to disturb decent people who work and lead an honest life.
The air conditioners are excessively noisy, and at night, if some fool leaves it on, the walls tremble with the vibrations and noise of the engines.
In Summer They have a huge bar every day with music to stop and shows at night on weekends: If you live in front of this bar be sure you will not sleep.
