Please note that Wi-Fi does not reach all rooms. We got the last one in the hallway. The worst. Not to mention the bed. Marriage is small and uncomfortable. Half an hour from downtown walking. I wouldn't repeat. Putting a star on it is too much.

El servicio muy amable y las habitaciones muy comodas y espaciosas. La ubicacion es muy buena ya que tienes al lado un centro comercial con multitud de restaurantes y un dia y un aldi pegados al hotel, tambien esta a unos 15 minutos andando de la catedral y el paseo de camino a ella junto al rio tormes es precioso. Recomendable sin duda.

The buffet… justito… and the pool… ridiculous… like a big bath tub. It has a Spa that you rent to yourself, which is nice, with sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, foot bath… very agra, it is worth it.

I'm sorry but I have q to say that the experience has been really bad. We celebrated the Christmas meal in the family and, in order not to extend too much, it was very disappointing, both the food and the service. Sorry, but I can't say anything else.

A hotel with a good deal, has a quite complete Spa and care, a full buffet breakfast sufficiently varied (fresh fruit, pastries, toast, cold cuts and cheeses, juices and coffee/milk/chocolate and some more things to eat) and a pretty good menu and very Abundant. The rooms are spacious and nothing noisy. Free parking and good access. It is worth to tourists among other things, because although it is not central, it takes a little while to enter the old town, both walking and driving. The nice and correct deal. It is a simple, no-frills hotel. The furniture of the rooms is Spanish but fair. Suggestion to the hotel: take away the huge vase that you have put on the minibar. This is empty, except for a couple of bottles of water (thanks! ) so that guests bring their own beverages, which is welcome.
The TV screen is very small, and is fixed to the wall at too much height. The decoration of the walls is a filigree painted near the tv. This wall appears to be a large envelope with a small postage stamp :-)
