Very welcoming and pleasant staff. A buffet for really full breakfast. Clean and quiet room. No more parking space but you will easily find a place in the surrounding streets and not paying.

We have only spent one night in this hotel, but it has still been a very pleasant experience. As for cleanliness very well, and the hotel staff lovely. The breakfast buffet was very good. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The only bad thing, for putting a catch, maybe it's the remoteness of the center, it's a 20 minute walk from the cathedral, otherwise everything very well.

Great hotel, very close to the ring road and not far from the old town that you can reach in 4 minutes by bus (bus 01). The staff are attentive and friendly and breakfast varies and plentiful. It's perfect for those like us heading elsewhere and it's a great break to continue your journey relaxed.

Rooms unrenovated, except for the bathroom, which was. Doors with wood dust, some arrangement, uncleaned. Decoration of old and old rooms. Unturned fridge with rusty drink canishes at the base. To be a 4 star many things are missing… The Wi-Fi does not work well, the breakfast is pretty scarce and the walls between the rooms are paper. The toilets are missing the brushes. In general the rooms of the taller plants are newer and they are pretty good. Very comfortable beds.

Breakfast is buffet style and varied, but you must arrive early or you will be expected to wait surely. Although they are always ready to prepare everything as fast as possible.
They have private parking, although I park on the street and it was easy to get square all the times we left and it is not regulated area.

The hotel is well reachable not far from the highway the rooms are practical and good but not worth four stars.

Large room, camera comfortable and well equipped. Friendly staff. Denotes lack of maintenance: detached door bar, dirty curtains, defective electronic lock, defective telephone and yellow and stained toilet cover. Buffet varied but not to the height of a 4 star. Atencion. Lo pior atendimiento. Si no tienes reserva o no eres espanhol prepara te para lo pior quarto del hotel. Nunca mas. The worst atendiment if you dont have reservation or you are not spanish get ready for the worst room in the hotel. Never again. I want to thank girl in the reception for the worst reception and the worst room in the whole hotel. Muchissimas gracias NUNCA MAS.

Very good breakfast and warm Room!

Clean, quiet and good attention. Good value for money. The facilities are brand, especially the bathrooms. The only downside is that you have to walk a little to go to the center, but you can walk.

Very nice and affordable place to stay in Burgos. Modern facility with self-parking garage, very helpful and friendly staff, convenient location, good size and very well maintained room, amazing bathroom, great and early buffet breakfast.

Large rooms, well furnished breakfast and smiling welcome. Rather noisy street. Some finishes are to be reviewed in the rooms (aircon that does not work, leaked to the faucet of the shower). Parking of the hotel complete but the street nearby allows to park.

Easy to access in the middle of the main street. Cozy, clean. Parking around free. 15 minutes from the pleasant walking centre. Nice people, attentive to the details. Large clean washbasin, soft bed, but this is going to taste. We didn't eat there any day breakfast cost 8e person.

Convenient Hotel, you find free parking nearby and within 15 minutes walk you are in the center. Also we had the room next to a service door from which was very noisy since early morning.

The rooms are fine, but the day that I was there were leaks in the Hall and the room smelled too air freshener. For the other good. Well located, parking, good service and good breakfast.

The rooms are quite spacious and illuminated. That must be a while to get to the area of the Cathedral, about 15-20 minutes, but in return you meet a quiet night. Disappointing. We stayed one night, December 30, with my wife and two small children. We stole the car parked in the parking of the hotel. They broke the rear window and stole some valuables.
