➜ Everything's perfect. Very nice environment, great quality in the facilities. A haven of peace.
➜ The owners are not serious at all. We had booked for a group of friends, paid the advance of the reservation and when they requested the rest of the money and when we had already paid everything and so on, the owners decided to cancel the reservation. Leaving us homeless within a few days of going and no money to rent another on time as it takes 5 to 7 days to be refunded to the account. We also put a complaint in it and blamed the app, so we talked to the app and obviously they had nothing to do with it. So bewareoo! because even if you have the reservation and stay paid, surely if another reservation that interests them more, they will cancel yours without regard to the reservation, the payment or the problems that will entail us.
