It is luxurious. It has many services, a pool that is great and we are treated phenomenally. A 10 is an understatement.

Very goodooo, spa very good, rooms very good, restaurant excellent food, underground and open parking.

It is great, we had met on the internet and the truth that what most of us conquered visually was the spa. And as soon as it was possible for us to make a short trip of a few days we went to this hotel, we spent a night with half board and spa. A success! The hotel is lovely, there are 3 villas decorated to the millimeter, the spa in the cave is fantastic, the care of workers is good all the time. Super recommended!

Great, very clean, tidy, qualified staff and a very good deal and above all I was able to stay with my pets (2 Dogs chichuahuas) my kids adorable.

Terrible stay… Terrible customer service. We stayed at Maria Manuela in June on the last night of our 3 week honeymoon travelling Spain and Portugal. We stayed in lots of 4 star hotels during our trip and this hotel was definitely not 4 star! The guy on reception was so rude, not helpful at all. Told us there is just 1 restaurant across the road and was closed. He either didn't have a clue or just lied because we found at least 3 places to eat and the restaurant at the hotel! We used the spa which was so busy, not relaxing at all and the stream room was filthy. The air con was so old it sounded like plane taking off! We had to turn it off when water started pouring out of it onto a broken plug socket. We were kept up most of the night by people coming back to their rooms until early hours shouting, we could hear every single noise in the building… Including the squeaky bed above our room…
We finally got to sleep and was woken up at 5:50am by very loud music & a guy shouting on a microphone with right outside our room from an event going on… Which they failed to warn us. Breakfast was in a canteen which resembled a 1970's bingo hall… No windows. There's so many more bad points I could go on and on.
We complained at the reception and were told a very condescending "sorry"
Sent 2 emails to the hotel which they complety ignored So we had to go directly though booking. Com to recieve some refund.

I made a reservation for one night with breakfast included and spa is booked by smatrbox. The stay and spa have been all correct, very friendly and attentive staff with a double room, spacious and well equipped.
The hotel is fantastic and in a wonderful setting, definitely to repeat.

All perfect, good treatment, small but very nice and original spa, very good room and butt heating, good buffet and food with live kitchen. All very clean and good treatment definitely to repeat.
