Stayed here for 3 nights on our trip in Ovieso. It is centrally located to all the main sights. You can WALK anywhere. Great restaurants on the same street where you can have dinner, grab a coffee or even a beer. Everyone in this city is nice including the staff. Breakfast was good, offering Nespresso coffee. Room was spacious with all amenities needed. The thermostat was not easy to understand but got the hang out it eventually.

Lovely staff and attentive. Super comfortable room and comfortable ideal suite for events or special moments as we live… and the spa service with the most massage!

The hotel is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a small parking at the door to download and then have a parking service that is 100 meters from the hotel, which also leave the key in reception and a guy takes you and brings you. For bring you have to wait 10 minutes.

A very well located hotel in the historic center of Oviedo and with comfortable and comfortable rooms. It's Spa is a little bit like other hotel spaces. He doesn't have a doorman at night. The hotel is economical but the breakfasts and services related to the SPA not so much, better bring them reserved.

The hotel was Amabilísimos, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very good, the room was very clean and the breakfast was great.

The room was very nice and the breakfast was great. We gave a decontracting massage with radiofrequency indiba that I could not like more! If TNG Q put something Q I did not like is Q the girls who clean at 9 in the morning were riding a ruckus through the hallways that woke me. That if the lottery, that if Jajajja Q Si Jijijiji… They went on a clean laugh down the aisle… The truth that I think Q if you work in a hotel should have a little respect for people who may be sleeping in the rooms next door… And they also killed with the vacuum cleaner!

Really nice clean and modern place. Spa was good but extra 16 to 18 euros. Treatments available and staff friendly and spoke english which is rare in Oviedo! Nice way to finish up a great week.

Before coming, we call to make sure we had a hot tub and the hotel we assure you. Arriving here, our room did not have and to complain, we changed to one that did have it. The next morning we report having an additional forty euros cost, so we decided to leave a day earlier. Apart from this problem, all the other incredibly well. The room is wonderful, especially the bathtub.

Staff willing to help at all, especially the young Lord who takes care of parking the car in the parking lot and pick it up. It is the hotel with the best location of all Oviedo, which is very much worth. In addition the stay corresponds to a 4 star. I like that there is blind in the room so that no clarity. Layout of the bathroom can be improved. Perhaps in the parking lot, you should have a best rate. Totally recommended.

Very bad experience. Lack of responsibility, seriousness and efficiency, especially by the address of the hotel. The parking attendant had the nerve to take a long walk through the streets of Oviedo using our car (obviously without permission), and also then left it parked up the sidewalk and unclosed. To complain to the director, this doubted our word, when everything had happened before our eyes.
The room is very nice but does not compensate for the incompetence of the address.
