Quiet Hotel. Large room and large bathroom with bathtub. The worst… The transfer from the airport to the hotel is better to do it by taxi and the transfer to Bilbao by public transport a festive is every hour. For the great rest, I would return.

Very good hotel to visit Bilbao for holidays or work. Central and affordable. Good services and attention.

Great value hotel, located 15m by car from Bilbao and Portugalete. Good services for the price. If coming by car watch out for the parking, because it is small and can hold just a few.

The hotel is good but don't stay there if you don't have a car. No dining options close by and no frequent public transportation. I asked for a taxi to the airport the night before and when the taxi didn't arrive on time the receptionist kept giving me excuses about it and refused to call another company. The taxi was 20 minutes late and when it arrived it already had the meter on with €15. The driver said she had to come from Bilbao and that they charge from the beginning of the trip (which is irrational and there's no way to confirm when they start the meter). Long story short, do not be fooled by the hotel's proximity to the airport if you don't have a car, you are better off staying in Bilbao because you'll have more things to do and it will cost you the same or less in terms of time and money.

It was a few days ago I spent something like in another room to a mate of mine from work and I thought… a bad day I have any but I see that is not a bad day in reality but a bad service (cleaning) room.

Good hotel, staff super attentive, very clean rooms. There is very good communication with the centre of Bilbao, as there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel.

Needs an update or new carpet. Staff helpful but furnishings worn and tired with stains on walls. Musty smell coupled with weird smoke smell. A bus ride away from town centre but not ideal to get to BBK Rock fest.

The hotel is well in general, the spacious rooms with minibar, bright and clean. Good value for money. Two major faults:
1. Wi-Fi in the rooms costs €4 (free in the entrance hall) day.
2 has the worst breakfast buffet that I've eaten in my life; bad piggy, pressed juice, packaged and tasteless, industrial bakery frozen tortilla… Even the bread was bad, by the way to toast it you had to queue a while. Over when things are running out, many of them not replenished them.

Hotel located in front of the railway. The first impression is very good, the hall is very nice and hotel is not bad, although those details are what mark. The room, although the carpet had a very ugly spots on the floor. Worse by far the coffee only had the name, was it Verónica, I asked an express of machine and they refused, saying that it could only be taken after 10:30 which was ended when the breakfast shift? Pan… dry industrial bakery that not removed during the day… fruit juices without tag (I'm allergic to the peach) and preferred to not take the risk with them.? Then is the theme dinner, notice that the hotel is far from everything and in Sondika and surroundings there are no restaurants (at least not find them).

It is a cozy intimate and very trakilo with preociosas views, the friendly staff, very clean rooms and with a fragrance very nice general porlo was delighted and seemed always q can.

All very well spent a night with the children, a little expensive for my taste. Or probably gave us.
