Do you love to be in a sane place away from the noise of the city? This is the best place to be. The air is fresh, the view is beautiful and the food is sumptuous.

Great location, close enough to Bilbao but set up on a hill overlooking some fabulous scenery.

Great very comfy doggie friendly hotel — lovely bar area where we can eat and take the doggies too — large comfy rooms with doggie beds and bowls. Highly recommend.

We celebrated our wedding on the 8th of September and everything went great. We did not find even a but nothing. Attention great, for the kind treatment, good ratio of times between dishes, Lorea super attentive. A professional from head to toe, it is a sun and lovely. If we had doubts or something we don't entirely fit, no problem, they were looking for the solution. They were super flexible in everything. The rooms are a wonder. We were delighted with the theatre in general…
We are confident that we will return many times more!

A hotel within a very large landscaped grounds. The building is a true Stately Palace with large rooms.
The service was great. It features a heated swimming pool.
The breakfast was delicious, varied and well stocked. I loved their jams and well made their scrambled eggs.
The center of Bilbao is reached by Bus, passes every hour and takes half an hour to take you to Gran Via, near the Guggenheim.
The stop is 300 meters on the access road, eye there is a sidewalk-free stretch eaten by the forest. About 50 meters.

Lovely quiet location. Spacious rooms but lacking some extras such as tissues in the bathroom. Lovely food and particularly good value lunch menu includes wine.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The contracted room had a direct access to the outside and was very nice. Very attentive dining service although some slowness between dishes max when we had booked days before the chosen menu.

Gorgeous heated pool, beautiful accomodations with ornate tapestry and carpets. Bathroom looked all marble and super spacious. The Bistro had great service and good pintxos!

I had lunch only, but the food was amazing. Great ingredients and interesting recipes half way between classic and modern.

Very quiet, good and relaxing break for a golfing weekend.

They have a fantastic terrace for when the weather is good. It is not cheap but the attention is very good. The building is also very nice.

La calidad tanto de la comida como las bebidas que tomamos fue muy buena. El precio es correcto para lo que se come y el marco en el que estás. En resumen es un sitio que merece la pena ir a visitar porque se come bien y es bonito a un precio que no es disparatado.

Hotel located on the outskirts of Bilbao. The city centre is easily accessible (by car).
The outside of the hotel and the parking (free) are very clean.
For the interior it is rather satisfying, it is quite large and purified.
Our room was clean and maintained, no defects found.
Breakfast was also decent and very good.
In addition, the reception at our arrival, the service at the short stay and the human relations were of quality.
The price is attractive and satisfying.
I highly recommend this property!

Delicious food though with high prices. The view is wonderful and the hotel has a lot of charm. The only way to get there is by car or taxi.

The bar is very nice and even in summer you can eat out the combined dishes Rigis. In the restaurant Harris have an executive menu from Monday to Friday that does not shade or the letter.
The service is very professional and attentive.
If anyone likes to play golf they have a field. How hotel is ideal for people arriving on a late flight and has to leave the next day to another site.
I know people who have gone to wedding there and I have commented that better impossible.

All right, it was all very clean, the food good…

The hotel is of a British neoclassical style. Carpeted floors, vivid colors… Anyone who has lived in England will understand what I say.
The swimming pool and the kitchen and the menu are the best of the hotel.

A wonderful place.
We celebrate our wedding at the Urgoiti Palace. The service was exceptional, all the employees as well as the wedding planner are super attentive, the facilities are beautiful, the environment unbeatable and the food exquisite and quality. The hotel is lovely, the rooms are spacious and bright. The Bridal suite one pass and the best breakfasts we have found in a hotel.
We would remarry again here a million times, as we can't think of a better place to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives.

Good place to have dinner, we have already gone a couple of times and it is a very elegant place both to have a drink as well for dinner. Good romantic option to go as a couple.

A beautiful place to taste dishes made at a reasonable price. Very good attention. I recommend eating out if weather permitting, even an appetizer.
It also has a golf course for fans of this sport and with great views. It allows you to get away from the hubbub of the city.

This old palace was relocated from his original site to his new location rock by rock and re-build the same way. Everything inside the common area since to be original and makes the hotel charming. The personnel is very nice and careful. The room is large even though double bed are made of 2 mattress (big minus for me) and quite hard. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere in the rooms. The price is fair compared to its competitors nearby but high compared to the region. Far from Bilbao city, close to the airport.

A breath of fresh air at 8 minutes from Bilbao.
Prices are somewhat high but the place you find is normal. Easy parking and a golf course to take a few blows for just €12.

Fifth time we have stayed at the Palacio De Urgoiti which in itself speaks volumes. Clean, courteous, ever so helpful every time. The meals are always excellent. Looking forward to returning for one more night on our homeward leg in 2 weeks time. The hotel is ideally placed for quick transfer to and from the airport at Bilbao.

It is a spectacular place with amazing views and an extremely good meal. The reason for not giving it even higher score is that the service was not entirely good: when we arrived we were waiting quite a while at the entrance of the restaurant area without anyone attending us and the dishes were served with too much space of time between diners. Despite this small negative point, it is completely recommended and I am sure it was somewhat punctual.

Far too little quality for much too much money.

This is our second visit here. It is a great stopping off point coming or going to the ferry. The directions are easy to follow. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms of good quality. The bedrooms are so quiet you are guaranteed a good nights sleep. We had the set meal for two last night which included a bottle of delicious wine that accompanied the monkfish beautifully. The buffet breakfast was beautifully presented with plenty of choice. The coffee, strong and delicious. The staff here are approachable and helpful. We will return.

This hotel didn't have the charm we had expected. The facade of the "palace" that you see in the pictures is just a small piece of a larger "Best Western"-style hotel. However, everything is clean and well maintained.

Prices are slightly high, although it is worth. The extra-harria burger was really good and tasty. There is a quiet place for a dinner. No parking issues. Very recomended.

Beautiful interior hotel, where playing golf, events and take a break from the city. Rooms very spacious and comfortable, soil emoquetado and beds at the same level. Very friendly staff and could use the small indoor swimming pool, which was nice for the kids.

A renovated building and golf course. I stop off there occasionally for a coffee or a snack. It's always a pleasant place to visit and the staff are unfailingly polite and helpful.

A great hotel with spacious rooms and normal service. The restaurant, good and expensive, but occasionally is worth. They have Wi-Fi free and open because there's no one around. The car was parked well and is very close to the airport.
If you don't mind sleeping outside Bilbao, is a great choice.

Wrong. 4* Hotel with no fridge in the room. What? They say that dogs less than 20 Kg but not in common areas. In 3 days I have seen a German Shepherd, a dog and a lap dog with their owners in the cafeteria and dining in the Restaurant! Noisy and the food bad.

5 stars for the place and a 10 for the staff in charge of the Pich&Putt, both for the maintenance of the field as by the treatment. Bravo for Saves and by Pepa.

I attended a course over 17 weeks and enjoyed their facilities and, above all, of their various foods week after week. The setting is spectacular and for the players of golf should be great: they looked very happy.

In may we celebrated our wedding, we did not find the words to describe how wonderful this hotel, the surroundings, the views, the facilities, there are room bigger than my apartment, the staff, the food, the disco etc, the hundred guests who were ended up happy, the cocktail is great, and the dinner is very rich, abundant and elaborate dessert of toasted homemade phenomenal, everything in its time, without delays between dishes, we didn't lack for nothing, with many details, the waiters Vero, Javi;Charly and other charming, and as not Lorea tremendously professional, directing everything, everything perfect, we will return.
