Nice clean hotel. The room is comfortable and bright. Great for passing through.

Hotel for the exclusive use for those who have to sleep outside for work. Basic but clean rooms. Breakfast was very small Unfortunately even though the rooms are not smoking you can smell the smoke of those who smoke in the rooms next door. However a good accommodation for those who do not require too much. The hairdryer for having to leave a deposit of 20 euros.

I personally love this hotel. There is nothing spectacular, but the rooms are always very clean and the people at the hotel is super attentive. Maybe the only bad thing is that around you don't have a great thing if you want a night out, but I have to admit that in Arrigorriaga (which is a site very green which I love) the neighbors go very well xD.

Very cheap, small rooms and basic furnishings. Ideal for those who are only in transit and prefer not to get lost in the city traffic. Anyway to be advised keeping in mind that this is a super cheap accommodation.

The hotel is basic but comfortable. The rooms are small but they are clean and in good condition. They have a heat pump and individual air conditioning.
The vehicle is usually parked well and,. Although it is next to a road, no noises are appreciated.
They have breakfast service at the front desk and a couple of vending machines for food and drink. How curious they have a shoe-cleaning machine.
The deal is cordial and I recommend calling to book usually, being pretty crowded always.
As a suggestion, they could label the room light switches. I've gone a thousand times and always messed up!

Room Heating 9 did not go very well, the thermostat did not adjust properly and the mirror was broken at the bottom but does not affect the use of it.
For the rest, good general cleaning.
We missed a plug on the nightstand as there is nothing but the desk.

Excellent price… I do not understand the negative reviews, when the cost is the lowest (in hotel) in Bilbao, and despite that, the room is clean, small but cozy, modern, you see everything new… Much better than even some more star hotel, or some city pension.

Tip is better to call before arriving at IBIS budget.

Encara que a les afores està molt ben ubicat I comunicat. A més disposa d'aparcament lliure, cosa molt important en tot Bilbao. Habitacions senzilles però molt pràctiques.

Good hotel to go to sleep alone. Cheap for people who just want to sleep and spend the whole day out visiting villages. It's an Ibis Budget. Just to sleep on a trip. Not bad. I only dicar to the receptionist if you have a phone discussion with a client at 5.30 in the morning, lower your voice. You hear everything.

Suitable for an overnight stay, but no more. The rooms look clean but run down. The toilet cannot be completed at least in my room. The air conditioning is not particularly effective. The prices are okay, which is probably the situation. The train station is about 15 minutes walk away, which is quite convenient.

Staff was helpful in changing our room to a twin room although we booked a triple room. Wifi was slow: 1.34 Mbit/s down, 2.24 Mbit/s up. Too few sockets in the room and none next to the beds. No separate bathroom (as usual in Ibis Budget hotels), no hairdryer. Would have felt ripped off if had paid for breakfast as it looked quite bad.

It is very nice and has a family atmosphere when you spend more than 3 nights there. The staff is very friendly and competent, they help in any way they can. The area is quiet and safe.

If you don't have a car forget about this place, since it is far from all public transport. The place is perfect for its price/quality. Its only drawback is its almost non-existent mattress.
