The location is excellent and the hotel is simple… I think they could improve the quality of the rooms since in season the price is quite high in regard to their facilities.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
You pay mostly for the location.

Amazing service. Rooms are very clean, well kept, comfortable, and have all the necessities. The staff are friendly, helpful, and great at their jobs. We were relocated there by Expedia and when we arrived, Expedia was giving us the runaround and refusing to hold up their end of the agreement. The Arrizul staff member who checked us in was exceedingly helpful in getting Expedia to fix its mistake. Everyone else here has been great as well.

I spent several nights at the hotel. Everything very clean, good beds and, above all, the location is spectacular. You are a 10-minute walk from many interesting places in Donostia. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Recommended.

I host in a Congress and is perfect. Located in the Center without being in the hustle and bustle. Simple rooms but with good taste, the car leave him in the kursaal parking where they have an agreement and I could surf and leave the table in the breakfast area. Negative: only accept visa or MasterCard, and I could not take my dog because they do not accept.

I love this hotel, modern and cosy. Fantastic location with good views and in the Centre of San Sebastian. It is a very friendly and is super. The super quiet both by day and by night and have also side Beach and the Kursaal, as well as restaurants to savour Donosti pintxo to pintxo or à la carte.

Location is outstanding and it's very reasonably priced. Perfect for a couple of days visit. However any longer and more comfort might be necessary. Very small hotel (12 rooms). Rooms are exceptionally basic but always spotless. Staff are very helpful. Be warned — the walls are paper-thin. You can literally hear everything! So if you are a light/medium sleeper then it's not the place for you. Even heavy sleepers (like me) will need ear plugs. Overall, quite well recommended for a weekend visit to SS.
