The hotel has a perfect location very close to the center. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The area around the hotel is a bit of Comanche territory. It has parking a little expensive but necessary.

Very good Hotel, the restaurant at the height of the rest of hotels of the chain.
The food was very good and the staff were very friendly.
The public access bathrooms are very clean and have double access to the restaurant and the bar.
Very well the hall of events we made use of.
As a negative point to put one is that it is noticeable as it is time for a small reform. But we go is a personal appreciation.

A little strange hotel. You seem to have traveled abroad. It is located in a neighborhood of Chinese, African, South American…

Good, clean hotel. Helpful staff (accommodating a big group without any issues). Located 5 min from city center. Easy to find. Good price/ratio quality. Breakfast is really good too (real fresh juices, savoury and sweet, …).

The best thing is the friendliness of the staff and, in my case, the fact that they have a varied and tasty gluten free breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very good in relation to their price. It is central and very well located. Perfect for a weekend in Zaragoza.

Very cozy for how economic it is. Estubimos a weekend and we feel comfortable and quiet. The room was spacious and elegant and had a large bathroom. Also the staff was watching over us at all times.

Very clean and good restaurant. The only bad thing about the NH hotels are the single beds in the double rooms. Are Supernarrow.

Honestly I was a little disappointed being a NH. Some things need a review. The TV in our room did not work, we were moved from room and the hairdryer did not work… The cleanliness is great. The room was spacious. The location is perfect as you can walk to just about anywhere in the city. The parking to be own I found expensive.
In short: Just for the location is worthwhile but always knowing that it will be a hotel that will leave you quite indifferent.

The room was good but a lot of noise on the street with the windows and walls poorly soundproofed. The area is better. There is no nearby place to park which forces you to use the parking €15 a day.

I really liked the location and of course that giant piece of bed. The only thing I would wear is that the bathroom should be updated as soon as possible. Otherwise everything great and very clean. We will repeat if we go back to Zaragoza.

Has changed it's name now Hesperia. Nice room, good bathroom with a bath. Breakfast not bad. Location OK about 15 mins from main attractions, old city etc. Check in a bit slow one guy does everything. Car park an added bonus very secure.

Hotel is located some 10 to 15 minutes walk from the center of Zaragoza but also not far from Aljaferia which is on the opposite side of the city center. Room was pretty big and clean. There was a lot of food to choose at the breakfast. The staff was correct and professional. Couldn't tell more because we didn't interact too much and we stayed just for a night.

If you want to visit the city you will have everything at a step, the treatment is good the good quality breakfast, the hotel itself acceptable, negative points the garage I do not like anything other than that you have to lower the car in an elevator and be narrow what does not happen is that you do not have access to the hotel with stairs, only by elevator if there is a fat problem santiguarse. The street as well as getting out of the car seemed just the same to the Bronx, I don't recommend going to sleep late because you're going to find everything. With this I don't want to alarm anyone, I just put what I've seen. A greeting from Cantabria for everyone!

I loved the whole spectacular room I had never touched an equal room and and went to many hotels I recommend it whenever I fence to Zaragoza I will take a hug to the whole team.

The hotel was very well situated. I read some comments saying that the neighborhood is dodgy but I wouldn´t say so. If you go through the neighborhood, well, it’s not the best one but in order to go to the centre you don´t have to. The street the hotel is, it´s safe. The hotel itself is very nice, modern and with good service. The rooms are a bit small but they are cleat and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast it´s excellent! The variety isn´t that big but everything is well made and delicious. It´s 10 minutes walking from the centre and you can easily park around the hotel. On the downside the rooms have just a small window that you don´t want to open because the building next to the hotel it´s quite close to it. Overall I´d recommend this hotel.

Beautiful city. Clean rooms.

The attention is good, with Wi-Fi and the firm of the breakfast varied and with dishes hot. But the room given to me was little more than a dovecote. In the last plant, with the ceiling very low have inclined, I did go Crouching in 2 / 3 of the room… very uncomfortable the truth.

Rooms are good, the breakfast buffet is varied and with possibility to order some freshly made dishes. The access to the parking (not free) is by lift and can have problems if your vehicle is very large (ask before by the dimensions and weight maximum). The location is great for visiting the city centre on foot.

The rooms are clean and neat, very roomy, is not very Soundproof it. Staff warm, facilities are relatively complete.

Hotel central location with good rooms, views not very nice in the back but with breakfast very varied and tasty.

The perfect room, very spacious, tidy and clean. Friendly staff, superb, special mention to Rafa reception.

Very spacious family room. Very clean. Composite extra-gentle — body milk-SOAP Bath set (we miss a dental kit, shower CAP and set shaving). The rooms are not very soundproof (hear the conversations of the rooms adjacent to yours). Very central. Expensive parking (15, 95€ / day). The restaurant have not visited it, so I can not comment.

Well located a few minutes from the pilarica. Perfect for visiting the city. Good and varied breakfasts. Clean rooms and new furniture. Friendly staff, parking the best is to get parkin in the hotel because the area is complicated.

What biggest disappointment I took with that hotel. Very posh, Yes, and brilliant. But the service, a disgusting.

Great 3 star: rooms of good size, clean, very central, helpful staff. Breakfast, pin: wanted already to many 4 * and 5 * have an as varied breakfast.

Quite central location, 10 minutes walk to the Center. Parking for €14 per night. The room well. Not too wide beds. Give the free vWi-Fi key at reception. Preferred.
