Accessible disabled with well-equipped adapted room.
The only flaw: central air conditioning, you can not change the temperature… and not even turn it on and off… you have to ask in reception.

We hosted an event on your premises this month. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great; attentive to our needs at all times. The experience was very, very, very good! Definitely recommended 100% and we will repeat!
Apart from the hotel is located near EVERYTHING, so you can take advantage of the free time visiting the most emblematic of the city 5 minutes short of the hotel.
In addition to everything they have an exquisite restaurant on the top floor overlooking the Giralda which is a delight, both gastronomic and visual.
Very grateful to Mauritius for their attentions and arrangements and to the entire staff of the hotel.

Neat little boutique hotel that's walking distance to most of the cool sites in Seville. The space was nice, cool local feel, rooms were nice, service was great! We drove during our time there so we had to let them garage our car. It was convenient and super cheap!

Discovered by chance, after several researches on the Internet. Reality has exceeded expectations. Very nice hotel, great staff, super Breakfast in a wonderful location and the price.

Wonderful. With a great terrace overlooking the Giralda. The Personalmuy attentive and pleasant. I can't wait to get back. The picture is the view from one of the rooms.

Hallways, doors, noisy flows… bad soundproofing. Some repairs would be needed.

Don't believe the website it give misleading information as regarding the quality of the hotel! At this time of the year there are too many very noisy parties in the public areas which means residents can't use them. Rooms and bathrooms need total renovation We advise you to avoid this hotel, not good value.

Well located Hotel near the cathedral with a nice view of it from the terrace. Correct service, clean room and well maintained. Parking is available but when you arrive you must park on the street (there is not always room) Enter the hotel and an employee will park the car for you. To leave you must notify the employee to take the car out of the parking lot. It's a bit tedious the paperwork.

The food very good, the place very nice and the rooftop with spectacular views.

Perfect location to visit the city in a well maintained hotel!

The hotel has very beautiful elements but it is a bit older. We got the junior suite (with one kid) which was very spacious and cute but not very practical (eg nowhere to place suitcase) and bathroom could be a bit cleaner. The maids are very sweet and polite, the reception girl was a bit abrupt and would not reimburse us the difference after downgrading to a smaller room.

Beautiful hotel. The Lobby and the rooftop are amazing! Love the breakfast room too. Great service. Rooms are nice with huge bathrooms and nice views into courtyard. As the hotel is an old Historic building you can hear everything. If you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. It sounds like people are in your room the sound carries that much. Maybe the upper rooms are quieter but level 1 is very very noisy. Clean too. Parking available at an extra cost. They park for you. It’s very awkward to unload as there is one small cobble stoned road outside and no parks or waiting area so if there is a car behind you they have to wait for you to unload. The unfortunate fact of having such Central accomodation. So Close to everything. You are paying for location here. Take the elevator to level 5 to see amazing rooftop views over Seville for free! Such a beautiful terrace.

Excellent bedding. Quiet. Ideally located.

Super hotel fab breakfast. Right in the centre and easy to get to by car. Room without heating or blankets so we had to ask for both, then we were very comfortable. Lovely terrace on roof, and with loads of good restaurants very close, would love to come back here.

Positives: Very good location, atmosphere typical and nice, helpful staff, very good breakfast.
Negatives: soundproofing perfectible, our room looked out onto the patio and was so dark.
But we are happy with our stay.

A Few steps from the center of the magnificent Seville great hotel very convenient staff nice clean and comfortable rooms.

Dinner in the restaurant, all very well. We took an aperitif of salmorejo with walnuts, of first course, some croquettes of the grandmother and a risotto. Of second sirloin and duck Magret. For dessert, pumpkin cake. All very good. The hotel was very good and the view was great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms, the only noisy for corporate parties for the time holiday that reduce the comfort of the customer.

We have celebrated our wedding at the hotel on 9/12/17 and I have no words to thank for the treatment of Ignacio and Israel, but in general, of all the staff in charge. They have helped us in everything and have facilitated the whole organization of the event. It has been very easy and very comfortable to work with them. They are great professionals! Everything went great! Thank you for making our day something so special.

Our room smelled like cigarettes when we entered and at night the AC wasn't cooling, woke up sweating. Moved to a smaller room than the one we paid for, unfortunately that one had a bad smell too coming from the vents. The pillows in both rooms were flat. All around bad experience. The staff was friendly but that's the only good thing.

I am live reviewing this place as I am currently checked in. I am rating this one star for the following reasons: the air conditioning of my room 416 is not working properly. I reported no less than 4 times and it's not cooling down. When the temperature outside is 40°C+, hotels should have mega air conditioning. Secondly the walls are paper thin. I don't think my neighbours are particularly noisy but I can hear EVERY thing they are doing and saying next door. Four star hotel and NO FREE water bottles. The tiny ones they have in the mini bar are €3 each! They gave me a noisy little fan after much complaining but it's not much help! The hotel staff is no help at all and not sympathetic to anything. Drink tap water she said like the rest of us. Stay away from this hotel. Very disappointed and will not stay or recommend a Vincci hotel because of this experience.

The hotel was nice but our meal at the restaurant was probably one of the worst I've ever had. I would not recommend that anyone eats here, the view is simply not worth the disappointment and expense of the restaurant. We weren't offered bread; we weren't offered a drink after the aperitif so we had no wine with our main meal; three of the mains were served raw, we like fish lightly cooked but these were raw. When we eventually got a waiters attention one of dishes was sent back to be cooked more, the other two diners had started eating the outside cooked fish and left the inside chunks when they realised how much of it was raw. When we complained to the manager and showed him the amount of raw fish still on the plates and discussed the poor service he said we could have 50% off. When the bill came they had only deducted two main meals and the manager was no longer in the restaurant. It was a terrible (and expensive) end to our holiday.

Location of the hotel is very good within short walking distance (about 10 mins) to the Cathedral and restaurants. Our room was a little small but still very good. Very great decor and service was good.

The rooms are very nice, but not soundproof at all. We could hear everything they were doing in the LOBBY. If you are unlucky, they will have a special dinner in the lobby till 1.30 am, people cheering and clapping. Never again.

It has a terrace with beautiful views of the Skyline of Seville. See the Cathedral and other buildings of significance. I've eaten there and it is pretty good, especially the meats. Recommended to celebrate any anniversary.

Of course one of the best hotels that has the center of Seville. The buffet is quiet with a square in the Centre of spectacular not to mention the viewpoint on the restaurant terrace. Simply stunning.

The hotel is very nice and the terrace has great views. I went to a celebration lunch with some coworkers, the food was a little disappointing, there was little and did not match the menu that we had chosen.

Treatment a perfect, spacious room overlooking the inner courtyard. Terrace with night views are spectacular. My only but is that the mattresses and pillows are too soft.

What is best for the view, eat in a terrace with views of the cathedral.

Some time ago I stay with my Group of Americans in this Traditional, Beautiful and Cosy Hotel, in which we were treated as if it were our Family, it is small, Super Well located, in the Centre of Seville, The Cathedral is a few steps away, is economic, and the kitchen is great. Excellent treatment from the staff. Delighted to Recommend it, will not regret to have chosen as your stay in Seville.

The rooms are very large and very clean. The staff is great and here we are near the Center.

Day September 21 checked into this hotel, gave us the room, the toilet was sucui, the mattresses are from hotel 2 stars, pillows not had cases. When my wife wanted to cancel the room, the manager informed me that us is I could cancel for that was already paid and had to pay two nights.
When they tried to give us a solution we changed room (the smell was unbearable), total, we had to leave the room paid and not deal with it, what a shame that it is a beautiful building but care and cleaning demeriten it to this degree.
To the people of VIA MICHELIN should return to this hotel so that they break down criticisms of its publications, since it leaves much to be desired with what they say.
I think that Seville is wonderful but with this care and treatment that give visitors leaves much to be desired with the rest of Spain.
