Super central location (to get there by car you pass from the cathedral square…), in a vintage construction. Kept well, clean, great service, helpful and smiling staff. Great breakfast, with Iberian jamon that alone is worth the overnight stay! The garage is cramped and has few places, as well as expensive. If you have a big car you will make the body builder happy. A disservice with unavailable hot water was offset by a discount. Problems can happen, the difference is in management. They handled it well.

Fabulous location. Everything worth seeing is within walking distance. Friendly, welcoming staff. Not a luxury hotel in terms of amenities or service, but worth the stay. Note: Glass doors on bathrooms provide almost no privacy, if that's a concern.

A nice centrally located hotel worthy of its 4 star rating. I rate it a 5 because the staff is very friendly and helpful. The shower is the best after being out and about all day and night. Great location especially for young families, they can rest and freshen up in the middle of the day because it's so close to all the sites. Lots of wonderful food locations nearby.

Lovely clean & quiet hotel in a perfect location. Would highly recommend. Only disappointment was paid extra for a terrace which had no view & a public terrace along side so everyone walking past could look into our room.

Great location to visit Seville. Everything was done on foot from the hotel. The front desk staff has always been very friendly in using as much as it can our native language. We had a great family room with all the necessary facilities. Very very good breakfast with various foods, dietetic. It went very well for us. We have no negative opinions to issue.

We had a lovely stay in the Petit Palace Marques Santa Ana. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect-very centrally located to everything. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only places where improvements could be made are: 1) the bathroom door doesn't stay closed; 2) we had breakfast one day and it was overpriced for the selection. We found we could eat very well for much cheaper outside of the hotel. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The room was lovely, very clean, bed comfotable, bathroom very nice. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The location was excellent for exploring the city but in a side road so also quiet.

Everything was great, the hotel is beautiful and the terrace is the best there is. The only thing that would change would be the week beds. They were two together it's pretty uncomfortable.

It was a perfect stay from the arrival to departure. The location of the hotel is perfect to discover the city, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The room and entire hotel was very clean, and last but not least breakfast was amazing. With no doubt it was the best hotel during our trip through the South of Spain. Although my arrival at the hotel was ruined by transport problems: cancelled flight, lost baggage and 10-hour delay, I must say that your reception and courtesy helped me to relax.
The central location and the attention with which the structure is managed make it definitely a place where I would stay again.

But the room is too warm and, according to reception, there is no way to lower the temperature.
We did not like that the sink does not have a more watertight door and also to be transparent awake to open the light to your partner if you are sleeping.
It would be nice if the hair dryer were more powerful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Detaco Inma of the reception, an example of how with sympathy, good treatment and taste to serve the client, you can make the difference between a hotel and another.
As a negative, improve the furniture of the room, missing shelves or drawers to put the clothes and base to put the suitcases.

The hotel is very good in all aspects (staff, services, cleanliness, situation, etc…). The only one but I put it is the outside noise of both the people who are on weekends, as well as the vans and delivery staff to restaurants and shops. If they could improve this point everything would be perfect. Still and I give them the qualification of very satisfied.

Location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to everything. Customer service provided by the staff was excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful, answering questions how to get around the city. I emailed the hotel two weeks prior to our arrival, the Front desk staff was very prompt in their response.

The personell was friendly, prompt in service and helpfully when necessary! Breakfast is lovely, quiet and clean room, bathroom modern and beautiful. The bikes we reserved were there and perfect running. A beautiful way to experience the city.

Very enjoyable stay. Very clean and comfortable room with large terrace and loungers which was a lovely spot to enjoy a glass in the early evening sun. Bathroom had spacious shower (conditioner would have been handy) but really nothing to fault and would recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel — fantastic central location just by the cathedral, very dog-friendly, immaculately clean and with charming and attentive staff. Friends of ours thought a four day stop-over in Seville in late July with our three dogs was not a good idea but this hotel really helped things work with a location near the river and a park for early dog walking, a central location for sightseeing and a room with a large terrace for chilling out or sunbathing. Perfect. The bathroom was large and the shower was GREAT, the bed was huge and really comfortable. Our dogs were made very welcome and we had the room with the terrace which was perfect for relaxing after sightseeing or hanging out late evening with table and chairs and sun loungers. The only thing that suprised us was that the hotel had no bar, although with a minibar fridge and a little supermarket just over the street, we were fine for drinks on our terrace! We want to return to Seville and would definitely like to come back to this hotel and the same room (we did not really want to leave it! ). We have already recommended this hotel to friends.

The hotel was beautiful and customer service was great. The location is PERFECT for those who are tourists/traveling and will be walking most everywhere to see the sights. It is in a great location to many food places and overall I'm very happy that I followed reviews to this place.

We stayed at the Petit Palace while we were visiting Sevilla. The hotel has a great location just walking distance from the Cathedral, very clean and comfortable. The Staff goes out of their way to be helpful… you can tell they love what they do… can't wait to visit Seville again and stay at this hotel!

Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel receptionist accommodated us by finding an open time slot to see a flamenco show. Parking was right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. It can be a pain to walk with luggage. The interior is very spacious and I had no complaints about our room. Good service all around.

A very nice place, very central (5 minutes from the cathedral and Alcazar), yet quiet. I have to say that I particularly appreciated Belen, the friendly and professional manager who welcomed us and recommended it to the best.

I recommend 100% this hotel for stays in Seville. In principle it chose by location, because that is totally downtown. Although the location is important, we didn't expect to be so satisfied with the experience. The facilities are fantastic, very careful and clean. I was surprised that they have a service of water and complimentary juices, with the heat in the city that is appreciated a lot.
Also I of thank the service, since the receptionist us has given very good tips to move us by the city, do shopping, eat and dinner.
That is why I recommend it to all those who want to stay in Seville. The only negative point is that we need to use the hotel garage, since in Sevilla Centre is very difficult to Park, and price I think a little high for the time that we used it.
Even so, the balance sheet is very good, so little you can criticize the hotel :)

Hotel is good, but the problem is that to him, being located in the old town, in a little known and busy street, it is difficult, especially if you arrive from another community and not know Seville, it should be indicated in main streets as they are other hotels. Parking which is very bad, and also very expensive. Not to unload and load the car because it is difficult, I had to rent one in Seville to move me around the province, they should buy squares on the Paseo de Colon for example. That is my opinion.

Great location close to the Cathedral, the santa Cruz neighbourhood and the Plaza nueva (shopping). Well decorated room, excellent free Wi — Fi. Hearty breakfast… Of what no longer hungry 4 pm :) staff smiling, available and little care. Juice, coffee… are available free in the living room from 13: 00 it is great when we look back on a long March under 40 degrees. Only downside to communicate to other customers but which has not marred our stay it is that our room was on the ground floor and suitcases of people departing the morning noise woke us up. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff at the front desk were invariably helpful, friendly and courteous. There were some maintenance issues including the shower door, the luggage rack. In addition the TV was very small and the sole English language station barely audible. The location of the Hotel is perhaps the greatest feature along with the staff.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had during our two week tour of Spain, with wide varities of fruits, pastries, protein and juice options and more! And deliscious as well! The staff were courteous and attentive and adressed our concerns without delay or issue. The room needed some updates including a safe that uses a pin instead of a CC and some furniture/fixture updates but despite this the available amenities were up to the 4 star rating and housekeeping was very good. Also, the room door could be light sealed — — a bright light from the corridor was visible around the door frame at night. I was very comfortable here, thank you.

The stay at the hotel to was very nice. The care received at the extraordinary reception. The hotel facilities are very good. The room was excellent, perhaps by putting a stick, a little dark. Also excellent breakfast.

Very hard to find. Ignore your Sat Nav. There's lots of narrow streets and one way streets. I parked at a public car park and walked! Weird vibe on the roof, all the facilities you'd expect to see for a small swimming pool (shower, loungers etc. ) but no pool! Still, lovely views as you'd expect from the central location.

My stay was unpleasant. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning smeled strongly of cigarettes. It was so bad that I had to open the window and curtain — sacrificing privacy and quiet — in order to sleep. Luckily the night was cool and I was able to find a relatively comfortable balance, but I lost a lot of sleep due to this. There were other disappointments: — The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed, but left a 5cm gap, unless a towe was wedged under the door. Even still, there was no sound — or smell — isolation. This made it unpleasant when I, or my partner, had to make use of these facilities. — The bedsheets were scratchy — quite uncomfortable. This made sleep evem more difficult. — There was periodic loud flushing sound coming from the toilet. See above regarding sound isolation from the bathroom. At least the Wi-Fi worked well.

The hotel's location is exceptional. Impossible to be closer to Center and the gastronomic points and major shopping. The hotel is small, which gives you a familiar but at the same time refined and polite environment. The staff is charming, on all the reception. If I return to Sevilla, I would not hesitate even a moment at this hotel.

A nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. Noise was a problem. I could hear other rooms' showers and room doors slammed really loudly and echoed in the hallway. This woke me up several times.

Everything was very nice at the hotel. Very friendly staff, comfortable room and great location. Parking onsite was convenient. First finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge, only because I couldn't imagine I could drive on such a narrow street!

We found the hotel to be fantastic but over all was great BELEN our 4 years has been kidnapped by his kindness and courtesy and various goodies. The staff is critical to have a great impression of the structure. Fantasic.

General structure: very nice hotel, just a bit dated, could do with a slight renovation

Defects of the room: the bathroom door glass is good only for people who are very close, will not close completely and leaves me feeling too much noises. The sink in the Crystal is very nice, but as time goes on it is definitely ruined. Good room cleaning, cleaning the terrace just enough. Lack of an ashtray. It would be appropriate to add something to block the view from the terrace City: with the curtains open to see directly the bed.

All good, modern and spacious rooms. Breakfast not have grasped for four adults and two children €65 (€75) are long, taking into account the lot of cafes nearby, that charge or a 1/3 price. Half had paid.

It has neither a three-star. Shower enclosure and all the joints are filled with black mold. The basin by the corners the same. The furniture of the clothing is not subject and seems to be falling. The Chair that there is in the room cannot you more dust and gives the impression of being dirty. It is not worth the 135emuchasuros that we were charged for a night. Thanks a lot.
