Very helpful staff at check in, beautiful bar area with a pianist a few nights a week and the fantastic Manuel serving drinks in the evening. The hotel has lots of beautiful areas where you can sit and chill out inside and outside.

Beautiful hotel in the midst of the historical Jewish quarter in Sevilla. The architecture takes one back centuries and the local neighborhood is filled with tapas bars. It is walking distance from most historical sites in the city.
The staff is courteous and friendly, typical Spaniards vale!

I stayed 2 times, I went to make my wedding photos… this hotel has a lot of meaning to me. It is special and spectacular… I recommend it 100 by 100. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms, large bathrooms and very good maintenance, I plan to come back soon! I'm going to try the spa.

Wonderful place with so much character. It's like a little town on its ow, with small alleys and courtyards. And everywhere plants and flowers. Beautiful, peaceful and friendly. And the rooftop terrace is just gorgeous.

We loved our stay here. The facilities were exceptional with amazing courtyards and grounds. Jose Luis was phenomenal with helping us from getting our car parked, luggage brought in, and anything else we needed. One of the friendliest people I've ever met! Christine In the info desk was a tremendous guide to getting us to the best parts of Semana Santa. Your hotel is perfectly placed in a beautiful part of a beautiful city.

Wonderful quirky boutique hotel. Well situated for bars, restaurants and sight seeing. The pool is lovely and relaxing especially after a hot day sight seeing.

Everything lovely except for attempted burglary into our room number, 36 during the night via bathroom window. We rang to say what had happened n were told they would put extra security on the roof.! Person was scaling down pipes to windows from roof. No one said anything this am. If this is a regular occurance we are not impressed. Otherwise beautiful hotel n brilliant location. Staff also lovely.

Lovely quirky hotel made up of 27 Casas with a maze of passageways, tunnels and lovely little hidden courtyards. It was possibly the quietest Hotel that I have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had an issue with some blown light bulbs and the air conn the bulbs were sorted that morning but the air con wasn't. I don't this that it could cope with the heat of the day or night so mostly had hot sweaty nights. The swimming pool is quite small but a welcome respite from the days heat. It did feel a bit greasy and looked murky on a couple of occasions so probably needs cleaning more often. Other the the little downs we had a superb stay and would definitely go back.

Don’t go here. It is old and stinky. We finally got an okay room after three tries and a talk with the manager. You will spend hours just trying to find your room. The rooftop pool area is very wierd. The rooms are desperately in need of an overhaul. This is NOT a good value for your money.

A very interesting Hotel, however not quite 4 star standard. No Wifi reception in the room, the whirlpool function of the tub didn’t initially work and the experience with the staff was a hit and miss. Sometimes clueless and other times very helpful but we always got a chaotic feeling. The complex on the other hand is huge and is great to explore and take pictures.

The site certainly more different we found. We ordered a room online, when the guy arrived he told us it was the cheap ones and we had to move to another area of the hotel (a little edge the truth). At first very annoying because no one warned us of that, but certainly an unforgettable experience since to get to the other room we had to walk through the basements more than 10 min (I do not recommend it to anyone with claustrophobia or with little desire to walk or climb stairs) to finally go out to the street cross and get to another building. The basement hallways were stunning and the person I was going with and I had a few laughs that we had to see each other. Then the problem was to come back and not lose you (alone I wouldn't dare make the way). The rooms are spacious and clean. The gentleman who took us the lovely suitcases. We gave each other a massage that I don't recommend the truth. I came with a contracture on my neck and on top of when I was giving the massage, I kept stopping people talking and screaming. No relaxation.

Originario. There are more than 20 typical houses and patios connected to each other and by an underground passageway. Very typical. Good service and central location.

The setting is absolutely fabulous: to see, a maze of courtyards and houses. Breakfast is excellent, provided you get into the quieter side rooms. The pool is too small (20 people max for more than 130 rooms). And especially some rooms (the 234 in particular) are excessively noisy, without any sound insulation and without light or outside view.

If you love the afternoon siesta, just take care to ask for a room away from the pool.
Maybe you will find a little disappointing breakfast, but it is a common trait at every hotel I have visited in the region, regardless of the number of stars.

Location and service: 5 stars pool: 4 stars (too few loungers for a lot of people and this already in May, does not want to know what it looks like here in high summer) Room: 3 stars We were a group of 6 people with a total of 3 rooms. Two of the rooms were very nice and large and were located in the direction of an inner courtyard and were therefore quiet. The third room, however, was small and noisy! Very very noisy with a view of the side street and the noisy hotel ventilation just below the window … without Oropax, you can't think of sleeping here. It was half the size of the other rooms, at the same price!
Therefore, we would not book the hotel again.

I am already a lot rumgereist, but I have not seen such a hotel yet. Moorish walls in the middle of the old town, winding courtyards that are lovingly designed and cared for every day. Each room is tastefully decorated in style. The breakfast is first class. We needed three days to find the way to the room without getting lost. That did not bother us, it made our Sevilliabesuch rather lovable. We certainly haven't been there the last time. Thank you very much to the friendly staff.

Stayed in this hotel for a night during a sightseeing visit to Seville. It was located within a 15 minute walk from all of the tourist attractions. The rooms were beautiful. They were converted from old Spanish houses and contained original features. The reception staff were very friendly and helped out with our plans for the two days.

We were lucky enough to be attending a wedding in Seville. The hotel Las Casas was recommended by the Bride as her family has been staying there since she was little. The hotel is very historical and full of character. It’s like a network of individual homes, each with its own characteristics. The rooms are all connected via walk ways and passages. Our room was quiet close to the reception, but I can imagine some guests getting lost. Location was great, situated on the edge of the old town near the park, a short 5 — 10 mins walk from most sites. It was very busy when we arrived as it was the weekend of Semana Santa, but the service was attentive and very friendly. The room (no. 28) was big with separate shower room and jacuzzi bathtub. The bed was huge and high up and very comfortable. If you’re looking for a hotel that is historical and bit different, then this is the hotel for you!

The Casas de la Jewry Hotel occupies 27 traditional Sevillanas houses, connected by various passageways and courtyards. The hotel has a classic décor and features a rooftop swimming pool, a spa and several typical Andalusian patios.

A hotel with a multitude of patios, located in different buildings all united, very original and in the center of Seville, it is difficult to qualify the rooms because they are all different. I've been to the 2007 and the 2017 and I've always loved it. And whenever there is availability I stay and feel at home.

Magnificent Hotel, a veritable labyrinth of Andalusian patios, fountains and flower curtains in the centre of Seville, the swimming pool is ideally situated with a view of the city's rooftops and steeples.

This is an amazing hotel and almost a tourist attraction in itself. It’s basically houses connected by courtyards, alleys and an underground passage. Each courtyard is different and beautiful. The bathroom was fantastic and the room was comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Seville.

A hotel to fall, typical Andalusian. This is no longer a hotel but a real site to visit so it's beautiful. And the staff at the top! The three pools a slaughter!

Impressive for those who like history, old buildings, classic style, details, surprises in every corners and in the different corridors. I am oneof those people. For others, it's an hotel to get lost due to the stretched out plan. For those who don't care about style: no reason to go to this hotel. But for those who like to be impressed by classical romanticus style: it's 100% worth the money! I certainly have enjoyed my stay!

Good-looking hotel and staff very helpful. Inside it is a beautiful maze of houses, yard, tunnels… The only con is the lack of robes and slippers. Since the construction is dated, the heating doesn't heat so much the room, so it can get rather cold inside.

Such a amazing Hotel! We have to be guided to get to our room because the way there were too confusing to explain. Lol I was so fascinated with it when it was over I was surprise. You have to experience it to understand going thru a warren of passage. Staff are very friendly and very helpfull. Be ready to have a small note for tips most of the staff who help n carry your luggage really deserved it. Place is pretty confusing if u didnt take a taxi. Evrything is walking distance to all of evrything you wont definitely go hungry I tell you that. Just across the Hotel had an amazing Cafe n Bar with amazing tapas. Bring a comfy shoes if you can.

Very nice old building ensemble with architecturally dissolved modern installations. Nice location on the edge of the old town. Catastrophic parking situation. It is essential to rent underground parking space.

Spectacular hotel. One of the most interesting I have ever stayed at. Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful. Only minor complaint was some noise outside our room late at night as it backed onto an alley and the whole bathroom smelled once the toilet was flushed. (Old world drainage, I guess) Would come back.

Magnificent Hotel-Labyrinth or Labyrinth-hotel, occupying a good twenty of the houses of the Jewish quarter of Seville (Judería). Born from the will of a wealthy local marquis, who has already managed to make an establishment of more than 130 rooms by putting together houses, patios, hallways, tunnels and terraces of a good amount of buildings around the church of Santa María LA Blanca, and the magnification continues, apparently.
The rooms are picturesque, well-equipped and comfortable. The bed is very high and the mattress quality, although the double bed is made for couples rather skinny… The shower room is too small and the air conditioner too noisy.
Breakfast is plentiful and quality. The spaces to discover are countless, ranging from the spa of the basement to the sunny terrace with its long chairs, passing by the very picturesque piano bar above the reception.
A stay that is really worth it!

Excellent hotel, beautifully reimagined from the old Jewish quarter of intricate paths, patios and gardens. Very comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and a great breakfast too. Well positioned in the heart of the old town, close to the cathedral. Highly recommended!

To try at least once in your visit to Seville. Hotel spread in the heart of Seville a few steps from the Alcazar. Entering the reception already, you change atmosphere. You will be guided to your room by the friendly staff, through small passageways and secret garden corners with exotic poured and scented plants, amid gurgling fountains and games of light and Twilight. The rooms from various prices all of great quality. The bathrooms are very well cared for. Perfect breakfast. Excellent spa in ancient spa, only on reservation.

I have been on several occasions and I have taken more people and they have come out delighted, it's like a Jewish quarter inside the hotel. The food was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, the location of the hotel was very good.

The room had ants. And cleanliness of the crappy room. The first day we arrived the toilet had out a squirt of poop.
Breakfast was not bad though variety very little and everyday exactly the same.
The only positive thing is that the staff were very friendly.

Hotel different, with much charm, the staff very friendly stand out as the best: Fàtima in the piano Bar and Aniano of the restaurant. I wouldn't mind repeating.

We were in Room 8, when you enter one you will find a large space, with two wooden beds, old decorated with new clothes, a desk and a wooden wardrobe, all following the same style. I run the front view and see the bathroom door. To my left a good window that gives to one of the gardens and to my left another one that in turn gives to another garden.
The bathroom has a whirlpool tub and everything you can ask for, is extremely clean and allows the intimacy of those who occupy it.
Breakfast is very complete.
They do not have a good Internet service or computers for the use of the passengers.
No doubt a good hotel that would qualify as a must.

A unique place which is literally a small mini-neighborhood consisting of a random agglomeration of small houses and rooms that open up onto internal courts. Full of surprises and unexpected explorations of hidden paths, tunnels and open spaces set in a maze-like pattern. Beautiful roofscape and introverted gardens. Old-fashioned room furniture and bathroom fixtures. Breakfast space in the basement is a bit gloomy. I recommend this hotel to people who appreciate traditional vernacular architecture of Arab and North African nature in particular. I personally will never forget this place.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with excellent service and a fantastic central location for exploring the city. It was quirky and quaint and had so much character from the minute we entered. All of the staff were happy and smiley and so helpful. We would recommend it wholeheartedly as it was such much more than just a place to rest your head.

The staff is spectacular but the room is not what we expected. I think a room of almost 300 euros in a 4 star hotel can not be allowed to have moisture in the room from the bathroom or curtains for light all broken or quilt that are two small sewn. I think you pay to be in the center of Seville and it does not deserve 4 stars. On the other hand the breakfast buffet was exquisite and I repeat that the treatment of the staff excellent (except for the floor waitress who enters the room at 9am without making sure that the customer is not inside as was our case and that he had not picked up the survey Of the previous customer and that we could not refill)

To be a 4 star hotel I expected more… The emergency light brightens the room per day…

One of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed in! The winding walkways with beautiful landscaping take you throughout the hotel. Although it's quite enjoyable, it is very easy to get lost. The rooftop pool and bar is a great spot to relax and get a food Wi-Fi signal. Hopefully Arrianna is working the pool bar when you visit as she offers top notch service and very friendly conversation. Highly recommend this hotel!

The only nice thing about the hotel is the pool and the garden. The rooms are not clean, there were ants in my bathroom and bed. The staff are not very friendly and not welcoming. I would not recommend this place to anybody specially old people or people who have disabilities because is hard to go around.

For the rooms it's a coin toss, you can be in the basement without light as well as in a nice room on the floor.

Okay it's very beautiful and there's a lot of charm but it's not everything.

Wonderful old hotel, made up of several old 16th Century buildings connected by a rabbit-warren of passages. The management had to provide a guide to get us to our room, and the breakfast room was in caverns underground which were also hard to find. So, basically, a fun place to stay, and reeking of history. The rooms were a bit amazing too, each with its own idiosyncrasies. Ours had staircases and galleries leading to the bedroom and bathroom. Strangest place I've ever stayed in, but very interesting.

I will never forget as long as I live how unfairly this hotel treated me. They gave away my fully prepaid room so that when I arrived at 10 pm in Seville they TURNED ME AWAY because they'd given my room to someone else — — even though I had prepaid! When I took this up with the assistant manager the following day, he haughtily offered only to refund the prepayment. That's it! Nothing more. I would not stay at this hotel if it were the last accommodation on earth.

Super unique. My 7 and 9 yo boys loved the tunnel and the challenge of finding their way back every night. The pool was good, though it was very hard to get a lounge chair. Location was perfect. I.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel from June 13 to 18 in a beautiful room on the patio La Vaqueria. Everything was perfect: breakfast in the hearty and varied basement to start long days of discovery. The location of the hotel is exceptional in the barrio of Santa Cruz next to the Maria La Blanche church. The historic centre is a 5-minute walk through the alleyways of the Jewish Quarter. We also recommend this hotel for the friendliness and skill of its staff at reception, pool bar and restaurant. We would like to go back because Seville deserves several days of discovery and not everything has been seen during this period of high heat.

Amazing gardens and courtdyard, comfortable room with spacious bathroom. Really nice rooftop view, pool is small. Parking facility for the hotel was full and usually is 24 eu a day. We had to park outside close to university, it was free and convenient.

The Hotel is very nice and typical of Andalusia but the noise of the engine of the swimming pool, the water that leaks from the shower head or the cleanliness of the hairdryer are big negative but the politeness of the staff is another good point positive.

Best hotel I've stayed in. Consists of a number of houses in the old part of Seville that have been joined together, and they've retained the character of each house. Loads of courtyards to sit in. Parking is difficult, but available in a public car park (for a price). Don't let that put you off. Definitely go again!

We stayed here in November and it was quite an interesting place. The rooms were adapted from the old judearias and they were very cozy. They opened directly to the outside patios and small plazas and the bathrooms were very well equipped. The spa was a bit of a disappointment, you hear a lot about the thermal properties of the waters here, but unfortunately things felt mostly tepid, and you were ushered at every step of the way. You weren't given the freedom or time to actually capture a sweat before you were ushered to the next pool. Their changing room was absolutely chaotic, there were just 2 slots for 7 people in there at one point. Not the best arrangement. Overall very beautiful place with some hard corners to soften.

Seville has Bewitched its streets their open and hospitable people and its climate, the beautiful hotel in a neighborhood that is all charm, and a few days always step by my beloved Seville and says it a Catalan in love with Seville and its people.

Interesting and memorable hotel. Fun getting lost in the maze of buildings. Also, greatly enjoyed the piano bar and lounge. On the negative, service was uneven, sometimes good, sometimes average or below average. Wifi is only available in the lounge. No info is provided in the rooms for reaching the front desk, etc. Overall, I would recommend it and I would go back.

Our second home. We went down more than 10 times in this magical hotel that is like no other. We get lost with pleasure in the alleys privatized in many patios and the subway linking the buildings. Always comfortable rooms of different sizes. To be sure to be well housed choose a superior room or a junior suite.
Only regret the decoration of room where is served the breakfast (no comment)

Enchanting hotel! Great, comfortable service and rooms. Having said that, the reason you stay at this hotel is because of pretty great location, but mainly because it is a VERY PRETTY!

Hotel flashy available to rooms around patios seems attractive but actually pose more problems of noise because the sounds reverberate as in a resonance cage rooms are not isolated against noise in the bathroom a strong smell of sewage is spreading briskly without starting in the musty smell in cupboards in short a nightmare recommended by thomas cook the sympathy is not one of key qualities of the reception with icing on the cake a breakfast served in the slot after ground across five blocks to get there.

Both the hotel and the rooms are lovely, bed huge and very comfortable, a bathroom with bathtub and shower that I will miss it so much already that were perfect to combat the heat (along with the swimming pool) The only downside I've found have been the few accesses to the swimming pool and the beautiful underground labyrinth of the main building can be a little messy (but only at the beginning)

It was an experience to stay at this quaint heritage hotel which has preserved its old architecture and ambience. We had a luxurious room. The restaurant gave very good meals and the staff was very helpful and efficient. The network of underground tunnels connecting rooms was very interesting and charming.

The site is picturesque and classic. The houses of the jewish quarter are a "monument" to seville and stay there, it is a privilege. If obviaramos that echo to the hotel will sobrarían one or two stars.

Oldschool / antique. But unfortunately not only in a romantique way. Needs more light. Better and new gadgets. We had the room in sector N. Quite annoying. Very loud. By far too expensive for the given convinience.

WOW, a gorgeous hotel. Located right next to all the action. Once you get use to to the layout of the city you will find this to be placed just right. The rooms are a step above and even though the actual rooms are a bit of a maze you will grow to love the difference. Really this building is worth just taking pictures of just because. The only issue I have with the place probably only exists because I am a single traveler. I like Wi-Fi in the room. Sadly because the walls are so thick and the way the building is laid out literally there is one room which is located in the front where you can get online. Otherwise without hesitation I would leap to stay at this hotel it is a winner through and through.

I was a few months ago in this wonderful hotel in the Centre of Seville, the truth is that it is a lovely place, unbeatable service and the city. What about Seville that left me in love!

Very nice, especially the roof and the small Poe, hehe. For 80 euros we spent a lovely night of full moon and cozy atmosphere. A picturesque place with charm, in the heart of Seville.

We stayed for 5 nights at "Las Casas" prior to joining our group tour. We had a lovely courtyard room, which faced both the inner courtyard above reception and the courtyard across from the restaurant. We did hear some noise, but the room was so comfortable, (with 2 bathrooms and a sitting area) that we were quite happy and content. The front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating and all of the staff that we encountered were always willing to help. The restaurant at the Hotel is very cozy and intimate and served wonderful meals with reasonably priced wines. We enjoyed listening to the guitar music during dinner. The location is excellent! There are many restaurants and cafes nearby and the major monuments are within walking distance: the Alcazar, the Giralda, Murillo Gardens, Plaza de Toro, Casa de Pilatos, Universidad de Sevilla. We even crossed the Guadalquivir River into the Triana District to visit and shop at the Ceramicas. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone and would also stay here again when I return to Sevilla.
