Great experience at check in. Comfy room and very quiet. In the centre of the old town.

Lovely Hotel so clean, very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Special touches like bubbly on arrival and fruit in room. Would definitely stay again thank you.

We were due to stay here again for a four day break recently. Sadly literally on take off my mother was taken very ill and we were unable to travel so lost our four day booking. Out of curtesy I contacted the hotel twice by email to let them know what had happened a/ so they would not be wondering why we had not checked in and b/ so they could sell the rooms again if they wanted. Both my emails were ignored. Shameful that once they had our money they basically clearly didn’t give a toss about loyal returning guests.

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location in the centre of Sevilla. It was spotless and clean. The hotel staff were amazing. They were helpful and gave advice about places to visit and places to eat. They could not do enough for us, nothing was ever too much trouble. They also engaged in small talk making my friend and I feel valued and respected. Something of a rarity these days. I highly reccomend Las Casas De El Arenal and plan to stay again next year.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all issues. Many thanks for organization of the tickets and the explanations of the event we have visited. Our bedroom was excellent to feel comfortable.
The area of the hotel is perfect to visit the city by foot to see all the nice places of interest.
The breakfast has all what you like with excellent coffee. We enjoyed it very well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unique amenities (mobile phone with restaurant guide, city, etc. What can you use for national/international calls at no cost, where is that? ). Huge room looks like a dept or flat as you are told here in Spain. Strategically located. Great in a nut words.

This is a lovely hotel in an ideal location from which to explore Sevilla. The interior is extraordinary: two eighteenth century houses combined, with courtyards and galleries, very tastefully and sympathetically restored. The bedrooms are attractive and clean. A good variety of foods are on offer at the buffet breakfast. The English-speaking staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a hotel I would stay at again. It’s a gem.

Perfect hotel for our trip. Fresh fruits and drinks for the welcome, friendly peoples, confortable beddings, clean bethroom, beautiful decorations in the room. Breakfast was wonderful! I would definitely visit again here. But one thing, the air in the room was little bit cold so we asked a blankit.

Absolutely a wonderful hotel. Not very large but superb with beautiful patios.

We stayed here for two nights in September. The hotel was quiet and relaxing and staff very accommodating with fluent English. There is a roof top terrace for sunbathing, but it can get very hot in the afternoon. The location is superb with many options for food and drinks just minutes away and very close to the Cathedral and Royal Palace. We do not have Breakfast included in the room and opted to visit one of the local café's each morning for café y tostada con tomatoes y jamon.

A hidden jewel in the heart of EVERYTHING. This hotel is small but perfect with every thing you need. Air conditioner was excellent! We stayed in room 201, absolutely gorgeous and I'm picky on all levels. Clean, wonderful breakfast, professional and friendly staff. I recommend this place to all travelers. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel building is a fine example of spanish architechture. The place is extremely cozy with a lot of places to sit and relax. Rooms: They are slightly small but like everything else here, quite cozy, though seemed slightly dated. Bathrooms were a start contrast though, with all possible modern fittings (bathtub included). Staff: Extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay memorable. Food: The breakfast buffet was adequate if not overly lavish. Provided all the basics like cereals, milk/tea/coffee, breads and a few other things. Do spend time with food on the terrace if possible. Overall: If you want something cozy and a feel of spanish hospitality, go for this hotel. However, keep in mind that it is very costly and such steep prices, it falls short of the other 4 to 5 star hotels that it is competing against.

Beautiful place very well located with very attentive staff.

Best hotel experience I have ever had! The staff was very friendly and took their time explaining the area and recommending places to visit and eat. The room was impecable and they delivered us a plate of fruit and water upon arrival. The room included slippers, robes, toothbrushes and toothpaste, among other little things. The location was great as well, we were able to walk everywhere. They even called El Museo de Flemco for us and reserved us tickets for that night. Will be returning in the future!
