It is super well located. It has a lot of personality, with a lot of Andalusian essence but very modern at the same time. The rooms are spacious, super clean, with lots of quality in details such as sheets, mattress and fluffy pillows. The breakfast buffet was very good, with select products. The on-site restaurant with a setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Had a most wonderful time here. We arrived 9 hours later than anticipated via an unexpected 5 hour drive from Lisbon (thanks TAP Air Portugal — a flight offered 31 hours after scheduled one is never an option! ) we were met with lovely people offering Prosecco on arrival, a fabulous price in an upgrade to a suite. Made our stay immensely enjoyable, the afternoon complimentary coffee and cakes in the Galleria were thoughtful. Highly recommended.

Rooftop terrace was amazing. The view was stunning, staff lovely. We will, most probably tomorrow, be back.

Great hotel where I always come back willingly when I'm in Seville. Elegant, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Located on a beautiful square, plaza nueva, just 2 minutes from the center and the main monuments. It has the on-site garage with reserved seats. The price is more than adequate.

Out stay at this hotel was such a wonderful experience that truly enriched our vacation. The rooms were clean and updated and the resturaunt was wonderful! We stayed there for 3 nights and the staff behind the counter was OK except for one gentleman in particular, whose name is SERJIO. He truly went above and beyond his duties to help us. The airport had lost our luggage and he called them a few times a day, every day, to put pressure on them for us. Even though this was in no way part of his job description, he went out of his way to do it with a smile. He was very kind and helpful during our entire stay!

The hotel is in a great location. Concierge Xavier is the best. He got us tickets to the best Flamenco performance in the city.

Older style hotel with elegance and charm. Lovely decor, rooftop bar overlooking the Cathedral is a plus and the champagne breakfast is a nice start to the day. It is within walking distance to most major attractions. Public transport is literally outside the door. Staff are very friendly and obliging. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended, the rooms very well maintained with a bar at the top that you have to visit as you can see a very spectacular views. The breakfast also very good and complete, is a Buffet which gives you a great variety of food. The service is very well taken care of everything and clean.

Nice and elegant place filled with polite, lovely people. This hotel is located in the middle of the city, meaning that you can walk to quite every point of interest. The suites are extremely comfortable and convenient, with pretty much everything you need and more. The downside may be the high prices, but its luxurious ambient is expected to be labeled this way. Totally recommended if affordable.

The terrace of the hotel located in the attic is great for having a drink in the evening. Contemplating its fabulous views of the city's historic quarter. The imposing illuminated cathedral and the Giralda although more discreet in the background can also be viewed.
The setting is pretty quiet and nice.

We were enjoying its magnificent terrace in the attic, where you can have a few drinks and admire a view of Seville and, above all, its cathedral that make the site unparalleled. The price is not too high (compared to similar terraces). Recommended 100%.

It has a great location in the centre of Seville, the staff is correct and eager to please. The restaurant is new and no longer belongs to the hotel, great cocktails and essential to book table if you want to eat or dine as it has a great demand.

Sevilla is beautiful and this hotel accompanies it very well. Good rooms and service. Friendly and efficient attention. The location provides easy access to many of the Syrian tourist attractions. The terrace bar allows you to see the illuminated historical sites. Excellent.

3* hotel and no more. Good location and good rooftop bar, but location makes it noisy all-night long. Upon check-in, not a word was said to us apart from, id and room nu. Bathroom smells of gutter and if you leave the door open the smell lingers into the bedroom. Oh and small flies in bathroom in January. Would never stay here again, no complimentary water bottles.

Of the Hotel itself nor do we speak where it keeps its spirit with the renovations continuing.

If I could give this place twenty starts I would. It’s warm and welcoming, quaint and classic, close to right everything, minutes from la Catedral and la Avenida de la Constitución and the staff is fantastic. In an era where everything “old” is redone to be modern and hip, it’s ritzy yet rustic pure Andalusian charm is very refreshing. And you can actually indulge and eat/drink at the hotel as the roof top bar is not crazy expensive — meanwhile it has a priceless view of the city.

The new bar-restaurant "Seis" has a cozy atmosphere and a good customer service, but we found it somewhat lacking in lighting. Maybe it's the new trend, but for a dinner or family meeting it's dark. Perfect for couples, maybe?

We had a lovely pre-christmas break here. The hotel is great — spacious, clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast (worth it), amazing view from terrace bar. Champagne welcome drink was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Magnificent stay and roof with concerts and breathtaking views.

The best thing about this hotel is the situation that has, in the heart of Seville, in front of the city hall, in the same Plaza Nueva, very close to the Giralda and the cathedral. It has parking. They have opened a new restaurant with an area for drinks and coffee. It has large windows from which you can appreciate the square.

I enjoyed an amazing sunset on your terrace, as you can see, recommendable to 100%, as long as you do not mind estimating in the price of consumption.

Great location and excellent service.

Stayed in Junior Suite (Room 201 & 301). Big window but facing toward inside building, so no view at all. Reception staffs were a bit blunt, not like other staffs. As those "Junior suite rooms" were adjacent to the elevator hall, we had to bear with the growling momster all day & night long.

Everyone was so polite and helpful with all our needs. We had a large party of 7 and they were able to accommodate with all our needs. Javier was extra helpful with a crisis moment, he went out if his way to make things right.

This was the best hotel we stayed in during our 8 day Southern Spain trip. We stayed in several hotels during our trip and loved everything about our 3 nights in this hotel the most! When I booked the hotel on line, I asked for a balcony (if one was available), and we received not only a balcony but a gorgeous terrace on the 5th floor with a spectacular view of the Bell Tower and Cathedral! The upstairs bar was fabulous with the same spectacular view. We did not hear any noise from the upstairs bar into our room. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was great with the Cathedral & Alcazar Palace right down the street. I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel!

What a hotel! Right in the heart of Saville. A two minute walk from all the restaurants and all the major tourist attractions. Fantastic room with a roof top bar over looking all of the beautiful city that is Saville. I fell in love with the city and having the opportunity to stay here made my stay even better.

Contrary to other reviews we were received in German. English was also spoken. Must simply say this hotel is extremely recommended value. Especially the Dachteresse is worth a trip there. Everything was though we were spoiled to our satisfaction.
Especially the staff, when trying to speak some Spanish, is immediately open-minded. Can only say the best or write.

Great value for money and central location. The British style detaches from the Sevillian context but can be fun.
Although generally held well, begin to see the first signs on the need to renovate certain areas.
In any case ideal to stay in a 4 star hotel with an inviting price.

It was very close to the Hotel and the room was very nice. Just 5min walk from Alkazar and the Cattadrele and the Giralda.

The roof terrace is to enjoy an afternoon of superb.

Excellent location to all tourist attractions. Breakfast overpriced and poor choice available. Parking way overpriced. Poor inadequate lighting in bedroom.

Great location of this hotel with 150 years old but totally renovated facilities. From the airport you can take the bus that leaves you at the Prado de San Sebastian and from there the tram that drops you 50 metres from the door of the hotel, in the same Plaza Nueva, Although in good weather this last stretch can be done by a walk in front of the Hotel Alfonso XIII and the Cathedral. It has a Cocktail Bar, the Trinity, very british in that it eats um well (the cream of the bird and the flamenquines are great). I could not enjoy the terrace that was closed in October and do outdoor concerts with spectacular views of the Cathedral. And the front desk team, breakfast and restaurant very pleasant and efficient, in the surroundings there are plenty of taverns and restaurants to enjoy the gastronomy of the earth.

Superb stay during the course held in the same Hotel. Cleaning and care spotless. Great breakfast. Excellent attention at reception. We repeat for sure!

Service leaves to be desired.
With 3 waiters and 9 tables We waited 20 minutes to order. The order has been forgotten. Then another 10 minutes for the second attempt.
It's hard to believe: you didn't know either Oloroso or Amontillado.

Super Hotel Downtown and a stunning terrace. Highly recommended, I'll be back safe.

What a great view of Plaza Nueva and the spectacular Sevillian skyline. As the sun sets you can enjoy good music, great gin specials and a cooling breeze.

The location is perfect, but as you touch a room facing the street, forget about sleep, noise is impressive (at breakfast a few girls have told it also). With the hotel category, they could put double glazing, because basically have lost a customer with me and I will tell my friends to avoid it. You have to pay for Wi-Fi at a 4 star at this stage of life is also unacceptable in my opinion. The breakfast is OK, but juices are of the peorcito. If someone from the hotel reads it, I hope that they take it as constructive criticism.

Excelent hotel with profesionall and pleasant staff. The bar is really great and somewhat totally different than other bars in the area. If you like Gin, they have the brand for sure. The hotel itself is full of history and really well preserved And it is in the middle of everything, really central.

Nothing wrong with the hotel. It's a fine hotel in a great location. The staff however are the unfriendliest bunch of hotel staff I have ever seen.
