Genuinely made a error booking, cancelled it within minutes and they’ve taken £320 and won’t refund it, have offered to accept a cancellation fee but won’t accept it, robbing customers.

We were there two years ago and we have repeated this weekend.
The pool and views are spectacular.
Totally recommended.

We had to cancel the holidays because my father in law was in the hospital and they did not return the money back.

Walking distance to main attractions, lovely roof top pool, pleasant staff.

When we checked in the front desk reception did not explain anything to us about the breakfast, he just gave us the key and that's.
Improvement of decent courtesy needs to be addressed on how to deal with their guest especially if you are from a another country.

Well placed for everything. 1.4km walk from Alcazar. Small bedrooms with little natural light. Great views from roof bar and pool on 6th floor. Big choice for breakfast.

Clean hotel and comfortable bed equity. Located in a quiet area, it took us about ten minutes to reach the alkaza and the cathedral. The most of the property is the magnificent view of the roof with pool!

The Don Paco hotel is a beautiful on-strategic area hotel to visit Seville no more than 10 minutes from almost everything. The property is not modern but is maintained very well and is efficient for services and staff. The international breakfast offers everything and more with a high quality and an above average assortment. The rooftop pool with urban views and the attached bar are ideal in the afternoon.

This was a good hotel, it's not in the city center if Seville, but a short cab ride and you're there. We actually preferred to walk each morning and it wasn't bad at all. It's nice to be away from the hustle and bustle and spend some time appreciating the architecture. I would definitely recommend staying here in the future!

Good location near main tourist attractions; very nice cool reception and bar area: excellent roof pool with part time bar, loos, sunbeds and views over the city; decent breakfast. Rooms small but pretty well equipped but ours had a bit of smell from the kitchen chimney outside, chimney was left turned on first night there so quite noisy too. Overall a decent 3 star hotel.

Breakfast was ok but stay away from buffet dinner very poor.

Bathroom is very small and cramped. Had to sit sideways on the toilet. I was on a Cosmos tour and had allocated tables to sit at and made to feel like 2nd class citizens. Worst coffee of your so far. Probably better coffee outside our ghetto. Location was good. Supermarket v close. Good walk to Alcazar and Cathedral.

Hotel very poorly soundproof, reception a bit cold and the room does not correspond to the photos (especially the bathroom which is very old! ). The room is still very clean.
During our stay the pool was being cleaned… Without warning! Damage…

I'm giving a 3 star rating because the location of the accommodation was unfortunately very noisy during our 2 night stop over. The room space in our room was a little tight and I had problems closing the outer curtain… The inner net curtain was dirty, although thankfully the room itself was kept clean by hotel services. There was a good variety of choice of food at breakfast and an included dinner.

The staff were good. They spoke both English and Spanish. The hotel is within walking distance of all of the main attractions in Sevilla and there are a number of convenience stores nearby. The only thing is that if you are coming by car, parking is a bit of a nightmare and you will probably be told to park across the street which will cost €20.50 a day.

Be careful when booking request a room in the upper floor and that does not give on the road. We had two rooms on the 1st floor just above the entrance to the hotel, UNBEARABLE noise. Woke up at 5:30 every morning. After noon impossible to sleep goes and just bus just under the window. OTHERWISE the hotel is well located for visits to the various tourist sites. Clean and good size room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall quite satisfied. Practically in the center. No complaints from the hotel in any aspect.

Very good value for money, although you could use a small renovation. To note that at breakfast there is natural orange juice and there is good Wi-Fi connection.

My mother and I live very happy, the only think the location is a bit remote, the main first time to Sevilla road is not very familiar.

Hotel Don Paco was very well situated just a few minutes walk from most of Seville's main attractions. It was a clean and smart hotel but I felt the room was slightly on the small side and basic in its features. There was a bar and a pool but we didn't use either and we didn't eat in the restaurant. As a base to sleep and visit the city it was spot on.

Never again! The "service" at the reception was the most unfriendly I've ever encountered. The first person misinformed us and said the parking is full — turns out there were still several spots. He was just not in the mood to check. Often, there were three people behind the counter but not one reacted to our "hello? ". After intensive waiting you get a raised eyebrow and a shouted "WHAT? " — without them even approaching the guest. I've never before been more uncomfortable to ask even for check out. The room was okay but everything is very old and it's super noisy at night. Only really nice aspect: the rooftop terrace. But that can only make up for so much. We fled to another hotel as soon as possible!

The hotel was in a really great location, only a short walk to Seville's most popular sights. The lobby was comfy, clean and plenty of staff on hand to help and offer advice. The bedroom was basic but clean and tidy and all we needed for a good night's sleep. The roof top pool looked nice but a bit to chilly for a dip when we visited!

I've worked at this hotel for about 20 days. It was a very nice day for me. It is an excellent place, besides the excellent and excellent service that I wish to enjoy. ⁦ ❤ ⁦ ⁦

Very small room… smelled of moth powder… but anyway safe as for moths. Plastic cups welded into plastic bag for brushing. Strange hair in the bathroom and shower broken. Although parking requested at reservation no one was free. A star is available for the location which was reasonably okay.

They are prepared for people with joy to gluten. However, nothing marks what contains lactose or not. When I asked, they only had lactose-free milk, bread, turkey and whole grains. Personally I would like it to be pointed out and that there would be a little more variety like butter and some chocolate flavored candy.

From the outside an inconspicuous hotel, but in a very chic and modern style. A beautiful view from the hotel roof with pool over the city. The hotel seems to have come in the days, but still highly recommended and inexpensive.

Shops, restaurants bus stop right in front. Excellent stay. It is not a palace but enough. Could improve benefits to the poolbar and it would be even better.

We were hoping that the double bed would not be two beds together, it's a little uncomfortable. They should also put some more stuff for personal hygiene in the bathroom, as there was only one soap dispenser in the tub and one in the sink. Bathtubs should also be replaced. And it's a shame to charge you €20 for a night of parking. Besides, the site is cosy, clean and well located in the centre of Seville. It is worth highlighting the views of the terrace, where the pool is.

Our stayed there a full week early 2018. Ns are my wife is delighted me. The room was clean and the bathroom was very good. Kettle + coffee and tea are made available every day. Placed almost in the center of the historic district with a bus stop at 150m. Ns highly recommend this hotel as good surprises.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is 10 minutes from La Giralda and 10 more from the Plaza de España. It is very clean both in the rooms and in the public areas. Breakfast is pretty full. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a garage, but on request. The Wi-Fi is fast and throughout the hotel. It has a rooftop pool and stunning views of Seville.

The staff are nice and helpful, inside the rooms are new and modern, there is no toothbrush as it was written. Great location and close to the centre which is within easy walking distance and in any case outside the hotel you can find the bus stop.

The location was very good and the staff were very clean. Price excessively expensive for what is a similar hotel anywhere in Spain. Sevilla is becoming excessively fashionable, and they abuse tourism.

The hotel is old, and the reception staff leaves a lot to be desired in the deal, we spent several days in the suite El Giraldillo, Jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful Giralda, just like the views from the terrace that are certainly the best of the hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and just like in the first time everything great. In the room you are left with a water heater with coffee and powdered milk envelopes that are replaceable when cleaning the room. The parking is necessary to reserve (or put it in remarks when booking in booking) and costs 20 euros per night, in the surroundings is difficult to park and there are many blue areas.

It is well placed to walk to several places of interest. Its people are very friendly and willing to orient the tourist. Being three stars, the price-quality ratio is fine.

In the vicinity there is good gastronomy. It is about 15-20 minutes walk to the cathedral. The rooms are quite comfortable, the breakfast average mass feeding. The hotel is home to large groups of tourists, and for individual travellers there are certainly better places to stay in Seville.

I will rate this Hotel with "ok"… definitely not great… the sales scheme to get guests on the hook by offering great discounts of 66% worked in my case. Paid 135€ for a room they claimed normally costs 400. But you get exactly that… a room worth 135… maximum. Definitely not more. If you are looking for a hotel in the center there are others that really are in the center. This one is in walking distance 15min to main attractions and bars.

As a positive note on this place I'll mention that the rooftop pool is just great! It could do with some new deck chairs and new parasols as supposed of those run down half broken ones, but the pool is definitely the highlight in this place. But in any case I wasn't happy to find that the walls are paper thin and you can hear anything going on in the adjacent rooms. Also the beds are a bit too hard for my taste…

Breakfast was wonderful. … service workers at the desk, the kitchen staff and the maintenance staff was wonderful even though we didn't understand each other we were able to work out what ever the issue was… smiling and trying got each of us together to cross our language barriers… it's something to be said about a simple smile… GOD loves all of his people no matter which end of the planet we live on.

Hotel in a convenient location for the center of Seville, spacious and clean room, bathroom as well. Breakfast buffet Sbbondante and for all tastes. Swimming pool and rooftop bar with city views, open until 9pm and 1, respectively. The staff was very helpful.

At first sight from the outside I had reservations as it looked a little dated.
However all this changed as soon as I walked into reception.
Very clean and rooms ample enough.
Very comfortable bed.
Breakfast selection enormous and friendly smart looking staff.
Would recommend to anyone and it did not cost us the earth.

Overall it was a very nice stay. Troughout the stay I was wondering why it is only 3 Stars. With a swimming pool a roof top, central location, Wi-Fi etc. I thought they had deserved more. Unfortunately just at my last moments at the hotel I understood it all. They behaved like a 3 Star Hotel, maybe even a Motel. Very disrespectfully. This to a customer who had just payed them almost 600 Euro. I am taking two-three flights today, domestically and also international flights. When asking the reception to give me one extra hour so I could after the swimming pool shower and change cloth, I was met with disrespectul behaviour. Clearly the room was still available. This behavior only intensified ironically at the very same time I was just about to exit the room. Funny when you consider that I had offered more money and even had late check out included in my reservation. However I do not say its a bad Hotel, but I would have to think harder now If I would recommend such a disrespectul behaviour on holidays to anyone I know. Unfortunately very disappointing and NEGATIVE last impressions!

Hotel right in the Centre of Seville. Nothing to highlight especially.

By putting a bit more we give on the patio, the door window (because we had a balcony) was closed and so no noise. The pool and the rooftop bar is top, even in May. It is 5 minutes walk from metropol parasol, 10 minutes from the alcazar and the Cathedral. Ideal for visiting Sevilla! Good underground parking is a bit expensive.

Quite simple. Normal service, pulling down and cleaning more or less rooms. In the photos it promises much more. The upstairs terrace with pool is what saves him. I just went in the winter, but it has flipantes views and a wonderful swimming pool. Anyway, as I say, the rooms not worth 3 stars.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The DIN is indescribable. The window did not close properly: there was a day about 1 cm between the moving parts and the frame. Should especially by accepting a room that overlooks the main entrance of the hotel, because coaches are parked right under your window and leave running the AC during their parking and more you take advantage of all the conversations of people who expect next to the bus. For what is the comfort of the beds and toilets, there is nothing special to say, it's okay. What a pity that a smell of disinfectant and dust continue you throughout the property. In short this is unfortunately a hotel remembered to make sure not to go back.
