Smelly outdated room, food choice limited and disguisting-just go out, no bar service to watch sports, not a single elglish TV channel. Two stars for location, staff, decent Wi-Fi and functioning AC.

This hotel does not have a 4-star rating. I travel every week for working issues and it is from the worst hotels on when to facilities. Old, bathrooms that are not up to date and old windows. Poor breakfast, no cereals, biscuits and is very focused on foreign tourism. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately it leaves a lot to be desired: The hotel needs to be restructured and the buffets of both breakfast and dinner are scarce both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Hotel to forget the stars are inappropriate.

Not sure how this hotel is even open. Secondly it blows my mind that this hotel is considered a 4 star. To start, if I could I would give this hotel a 0 rating but it will not let me. The first problem is that this place was built in the Stone Age and nothing is up to date. The room I had smelled very bad and almost smelled muggy. There were multiple places on the carpet where there were stains from who knows what. Now here comes the gross part, to me it appeared like the hotel staff did not change the sheets on the bed and instead just re made it. I am not going to go into detail but there was some very disgusting stains and hair under the sheets that were obviously left over from the last guests. I have no idea how the place is still open and has a 3 star rating. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and personally believe that it should be shut down.

Central Hotel. He needs a good face wash. Possibly years ago it was a great hotel, but today it has been quite old. The rooms and the bathrooms, although very clean, are very old. Breakfast buffet, small but more than enough and varied, fruit, sausage, eggs, various types of bread and pastries.

Price €50 per night per person without breakfast a bit excessive having also the dated structure and the old and dusty rooms.

I feel uncomfortable and rudely treated here. Much is defective and dingy. Old and need renovation. Broken door lock defective lamp air conditioning does not work. I will never recommend it to anyone. What's four stars? What a pity.

They charge 20 Euros per day for the car and 2 Euros per day for the safety box. Other than that hotel is ok.

It's not a 4-star. It's old, with carpet. From the time of the 70.

Old. Clean. 4 stars? Carpeted rooms like the hallways. I didn't like.

If the Spanish standard is for four stars I don't want to stay in a three star hotel! Hot dinner was already cold when serving. Window darkening partially torn down. Feathers of the mattress ächtzen under her age.

Otherwise very poorly maintained, all very old and poorly cared for. The walls, at least of our room, are of paper, when the next door spoke or opened the tap, everything was heard.
By mistake we booked Triple room, we contacted the Hotel 2 months earlier to change it but "there were no double rooms". We accepted our mistake since "they were not double rooms where they put an extra bed more".
Upon arriving at the hotel our surprise was that, indeed, it was a double room where they had tucked 3 beds tight… We were not amused by the detail.
Room by the way to 1km from the elevator, overlooking an inner courtyard, bathroom of the years 60 the score is for the location and the free Wi-Fi. I'm still looking for the 4 stars. It doesn't even get to 3.

A pleasant, clean hotel. About 10 minutes from town centre.

I chose this hotel for being well located, having parking and not being expensive. The facilities are outdated, the room very spacious and all very clean. Has fulfilled the expectations.

Relatively central hotel, although a bit dated and fusty. Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Rooms are a reasonable size — although the hair dryer in our room did not work. Still this is only reflected in the incredibly low rate we got the room for. So, no complaints!

This hotel is absolutely not a 4 star. No bar open until 7:00. No kettle in the room to compensate if the desire to have tea. TV channels only in Spanish, not even an international channel! Very dilapidated rooms, closing of defective windows, unhooked and stained curtains as well as carpeting (photos attached). The sofa cushions at the front desk are always messy as shown in the attached photo. We had to change rooms because there was a short circuit, a terrible smell was emerging and there was a risk of fire. This hotel is very poorly maintained.

Poor breakfast, greasy and dirty dishes, I found a cigarette burn on the couch.

Clean and spacious rooms, if somewhat dated decor. Location is convenient, with short walks to the train station and the cathedral. Staff were helpful and courteous in the face of our rather late arrival.

We booked the room for a single night and, despite its ajado appearance, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and spacious. The receptionist were very friendly at all times and the price very affordable.
The location is excellent and we were able to move on foot to all our destinations, but we could have moved by car or bus because there are circular line stops just a few meters away.
It is a shame that the décor and the state of the common areas do not accompany. You notice that the hotel is old and have done renovations, but its appearance does not invite you to spend time inside the facilities enjoying the services they offer you (unless you want to live the experience of living what a hotel was like in 1986).
In short, a great hotel to go to Seville and sightsee around the city until you fall exhausted in bed.

Old Hotel. Close to sightseeing, minimum 15 minutes walk. To get a good room you have to impose yourself. In the first instance we were given a room a mile away. Of the elevator, old and with malfunctions in the bathroom. I went down somewhat angry and immediately got a better room. Personally, I wouldn't go back to that place.

Comfortable Hotel for parking close enough to the center of Seville a good 4 star definitely to recommend.

I just took the room. It was wide. With a bathtub. Instant hot water. Very kind. Very good Wifi. The Tv, flat, huge. Take it easy.

On arrival appeared not bad but reception staff attitude seemed not to be bothered. No parking available and told just have to park where available which was a 15 min walk away. The room was adequate but no facilities or information on restaurant times or how to contact reception etc. Breakfast in restaurant had lots of choice but cooked food was cold. Location area was tatty with burnt out cars in square opposite. Can't say I would recommend staying here.

Is a 4 stars hotel, to me should be more attractive in term of quality. No channels in inglish I found the room open and I didn't like the service.

Parking is easy through the staff operated next to the hotel and the staff are very friendly.

Fairly expensive with poor service. Wi-Fi rarely worked, bar was never attended. No key for room safe available. Desk attendants seemed to not want to be bothered. Not a very clean place.

Close to the tourist spots, quiet, the stars do not match the service offered.

Smallish but cosy room, fully featured bathroom, huge television and friendly staff. What's not to like? Great for the price.

A hotel that need you urgently a good reform, floors carpeted floor, energy-intensive, small and noisy room. In the end is a four star who does not deserve more than 2.

4 stars will have them at the front desk why rooms leave much to be desired need of reform are very old and not for sonar lines of adjoining rooms.

It is impossible to relax in this hotel. Be heard all night noise in the corridors and in the neighbouring rooms.
These hotels ever disrespect more agreements made by sites like booking or destinia. It is not the first time that happens to me that I ask for a room with a double bed and give me a room with two single beds stuck together.

I've stayed in many hotels throughout Europe and this one doesn't fit the quality standard I seek. It was older, outdated and, in my opinion, had air quality issues — in my room at least. Staff was very nice!

Something old and in need of comprehensive reform in the entire building. However, the price is pretty good, and there is no complaint in terms of care and cleaning of the rooms. In addition, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Location, Breakfast, Room… all is not good. It's not a 4 star hotel.

Hotel clean and comfortable. Well-located. Very close to the train station of Santa Justa. It is assumed that it is 4-star but did not comply with its level.

Clean rooms (we had 3), however below the standards 4-star French, but low cost.

I've repeated for a second time, very nice very familiar and very clean.

Too old and too basic for that charge. Internet is payment and parking also.
