Friendly and friendly staff. Parking under the ground. Although the hotel is aging I recommend.

The very helpful staff even sent me an email at the end of the stay, notifying me that I had forgotten some items in the room. The rooms are clean and quite hrandi… It must be said, however, that the pool is very small, little exposed to the sun and not so clean. Another thing: the name "Bellavista" is a surprise with the view on a street and the hospital in Seville.

This hotel was very clean and the people were really nice. They got is in our rooms right away. There was no issues and the facilities were very nice.

I would give this hotel a 3 * + if I could the wait staff was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. However, the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Also, my companion noticed a strong air freshener scent in the hallways. The hotel was extremely clean and has a lovely pool. The hotel is far from the city center but the value outweighs this issue for me as I was traveling with a car. I do recommend this hotel.

Good value for money and excellent service from the hotel staff. The furniture is seen to have its years but they are in a pretty decent state.

The service was good, the food was decent, small swimingpool.

I booked this hotel for the guest reviews and I was not mistaken. The staff was very helpful. I thought I had a problem in the parking lot but the manager went to the hotel to fix it on the day of lights on the fair on purpose and gave me a solution to the problem.
The room was clean and the breakfast was good. One point on your behalf the double glazing of the windows, absolutely 0 noises.
When I return to Seville, I will repeat.

Hotel with the right comfort. The restaurant in the form of a buffet is plentiful and varied. The location is nothing glamorous. But we're in the center of Seville in 15 minutes. Good value for money.

I would like to highlight the professionalism and friendliness of the receptionist Cristina. It helped us to solve a difficult situation at the same time as it reassured us, with its charming manners.

Very friendly staff and at the time of my stay they had good English speaking skills. The hotel is nice and tidy and my room was well equipped with a mini fridge, tv, coffee machine and a handy phone which you could take out and explore Seville a didn’t use it but read up on it and it looked really useful. There also was a swimming pool outside with seating. Breakfast was good and typical of Spanish food.

To us we did quite well the location although it seems far from the center is in straight line of the main avenue where the Gold tower is located. It goes great if you go by car or urban transportation. We felt comfortable and very well received. The continental breakfast was very nice and full.

I put 2 stars, because although the deal was correct and now I explain, I saw no involvement "any" to at least not pass to any user more… so I'm going to lose some of my time and explain what happened in our booking by "booking"… we decided to BUSC AR hotels by this platform "booking" everything we point out… 2 Adults the date of entry… etc, they tell you that a double bed that targets your card number and make the reservation for the corresponding amount… When arriving at the hotel the thing changes, and you charge a supplement of 20 euros, because according to them, only reservations for 1 and not for 2 as I did in the booking application… and if you do not accept because you have a penalty of the total amount… True is, that in the email booking, if you read it well… tells you only reservations for one… but you have to look at something, which you already did at first correctly… summarize, I see a scam on the part of that platform… After teaching the screenshots of reservation to the reception staff, these very friendly and professional tell me that this problem has happened in several occasions, that several clients went through the same problem when booking from this booking platform, hence my valuation… If you work with a plstaforma, which gives rise to deception or doubtful reservations… I believe is your "obligation" to communicate to that company.

Nothing nice details!, advertise a discount of €5 on the web to book and then do not apply. In our case we paid in cash the breakfasts and no one told us that we had to accumulate and load in the room to apply the discount agreed. Very bad… are only €5 but the manners do not come back… we feel deceived.

To be accessible is not as bad as others, but there is still much to improve.

I have been five nights including breakfast and dinner, the deal has been great and the food was very rich.

Good for easy access to the city center, food is a bit shabby and would recommend stocking up in the day or going out for dinner at night. Breakfast mostly consists of pastries and cereals which are good.

Far too expensive for what you get. It is inconveniently located — roughly a 35 minute bus ride from Seville's main attractions in the city center. The bed was uncomfortable, room was not clean, hair dryer was broken, and shampoo and conditioner weren't provided.

A very well located hotel if you go to Sevilla, just in front for the 37 bus that goes to the center! Very hospitable and very good impression!

This is an OK place to stay. Breakfast is overpriced and hotel room is outdated.

Hotel receptionists and staff of hotel restaurant almost do not speak English. If someone wants to call you from abroad, she/he will have to speak Spanish. Otherwise, the receptionists hang up on her/him.

The hotel has minimum standards. Room is clean and small. Location is ugly. It seem oriented to business travelers more than tourists.

Dirty and heavy sprayed with perfume to cover up the stink. Mattress was hard like a piece of plywood with a sheet on it. Rude counter person. Far too expensive for what you get. This is barely a 2 star hotel.

The hotel restaurant served very mediocre food (really putting it gently). Room was tiny, mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. The fridge didn't work. Poor stay overall.

The treatment you have shown in us has been excellent both on-site in the hotel such as via email, resolving all doubts and supporting me in the management of the reserve. Rooms comfortable and quite acceptable breakfast.

Well located although in the periphery, but has its advantages. It has all the amenities (Wi-Fi, Garage etc) completely installed everything and clean rooms. And all at a great price at least to us we reserve two months in advance. Not you and given 5 stars because of a slight Sumba in the room which was a bit annoying but we slept well.

From the first pleasant moment solved us all our questions or concerns to perfection the staff great facilities, the very complete breakfast buffet and spectacular dinner very good to recommend and repeat.

I have been for many years for professional reasons hospedandome at this Hotel, as my family, is a clean Hotel and the staff is fabulous. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, great airconditioning (important in a hotel in Seville), a small refrigerator that makes a good service. Highly recommended both for leisure and for business reasons, accompanies that Seville is a beautiful city, I hope this comment so that they can decide by this Hotel will be a pleasant memory.

Pass three nights at the hotel, at a very economical price without Board, I have no complaint, but my stay was very enjoyable for its facilities and service. I recommend this place, I will have it in mind for future stays in the area.

On day 3 I was with my husband at this hotel and it has been enough to forge me an opinion, good professionals, exquisite customer service and incredible details that I have ever received at any other hotel in the world even with more stars. I recommend it without any doubt and congratulate the management and staff — reception of the same, as do their work in a time of so much competition.

Hotel quiet and well located for visiting seville. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. Cafeteria and very helpful reception staff. Taking into account that it is a 3-star hotel is acceptable, make you espresso which do not you in 4 star hotels. We carry car therefore not imported us the distance to the Centre and is very easy to get in a straight line. Definitely recommend. By the way I recommend a brewery that is on back street called CASA CASILDO with great tapas.
