A great place to enjoy a few days of the beautiful city of Seville super cheap and very nice employees I recommend I went 2 times to that same place.

Cheap apartments where pets allow. They've got the basics. But no microwave.

The apartment is average, a large room with basic services, no frills. In the bathroom could improve the cleanliness, the toilet did not swallow well. The furniture is outdated and the utensils very fair. The air conditioning, 20 years ago… The good, the proximity to public transport.

Very economical apartment, although the quality is not much, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the handle of the fridge and the cupboards are sticky and the smell of the room is not to clean precisely.
The kitchen equipment is very basic, there is no microwave, not even a saucepan to heat the milk.
If there are pans, plates and cutlery.
The hot water lasts very little, if you wash the dishes before showering you will finish the shower with cold water.
The cupboard is very large, although it only has a bar for the hangers, the rest of the clothes… To the ground, because there is not a bucket or drawers or Naaaaada.
Although I insist, the quality price is correct, if you are looking for something economic is a good place.

We wore a puppy! We were very comfortable! The apartment is large, two beds, a table with chairs, mini kitchen, sofa and bathroom! Comfy beds. It was clean. To go to the apartment you don't pass by reception, you don't see anyone! To go to the center you have the bus stop opposite, across the road, and to catch the train you have to walk more, but it is worth it because it is more direct. Something more expensive comes out.

Super super great, unfortunately I only spent one night.

Not bad, has your kitchen your fridge some cutlery and plates and pans with the option of ordering what you lack. The bed was comfortable. Clean. The only thing that the toilet when you pull the chain just turns and does not swallow well. And the handles of the cupboard and the fridge are pegagosos. Little clean. The rest is good. The attentive boy explained how to get to the center by bus and the key Wi-Fi. Even if I don't held. My partner does. Again on another occasion.

Fatal, a creepy place. There was a very unpleasant blonde lady I do not know if she will be the owner, who treated us fatally and with very bad manners. Access is horrible. Cleaning shines through out of his absence. Beds and mattresses very dirty and uncomfortable. In this case it is true that cheap is expensive. Just a place to forget like a bad nightmare.

It's an excellent aparthotel. Good deal. Excellent value for money.

For the price it has meets all expectations, that if the cookware… a small pan. And there is hahaha a pot or a lid or a rag or a estropaño nothing. Good 2 cutlery of every 2 plates of each and 2 glasses but we go that without cooking things did not serve me much even so I was very comfortable all right and the people who complain about the noise of the air and the fridge. If it makes noise but you can live with the Jjaja enfin I've been in the glory.

For those who want to live a suburb and in an economic way not bad.
The rooms are not the best although decently clean.
The economy Bellavista is a popular neighbourhood that "closes" around 10pm during the day I recommend moving to the center with the RENFE (station Bellavista) — a 15-minute ride — by bus you take 1 1/2 hours.

While it's not a 5 star place it has everything you need. I took an apartment for three, it was very spacious, had a very modest kitchen and something outdated but functional. The mattresses and bedding were very old, the air conditioner somewhat noisy and neither heated very well.
It was all very clean. Breakfast was left to be desired but for the price I paid for room €62 with breakfast included for three, you couldn't ask for more. Despite everything if I have to work in that area, I will repeat, mainly because they admit pets and do not charge as in other places. I also have to say that the receptionist's attention was very friendly.

There are few utensils to cook so you are forced to eat in most of the time outside, the high of the kitchen does not work, the water from the shower is hot at the beginning after it starts to cool, cons friendly and welcoming staff, in the room where I was (308) it is well lit and sunny, room and toilet clean, spacious room perfect for a couple, a good Wi-Fi connection, with some channels to watch on the TV not bad, breakfast at €4 rich and varied, next to it Find a mini-market (DIA) at 5 mn and a wider supermarket (Metcadona) at 10 mn on foot, transport available on 37 during the day and the A6 ensuring the night transport as well as the metro station Bellavista, in all the value for money in the expectations.

Enough. But cold and not cozy. Kind staff though.

He needs a touch-up. Outdated installation. Very old air apparatus and enough noise. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very difficult parking.

The place is for sleeping and little else, It is little clean: dirty sheets, unwashed frying pan when I arrive to make dinner on the day of arrival (i had to wash with my hand without a scouring pad with the bath soap), dirty dishes that I also had to wash, a mosquito crushed in the bathroom wall and noisy room, you hear everything from the Neighbor. The price is not expensive but in other cities outside of Sevilla at least you can find hotels at that price and less at Times.

Very comfortable and cozy. The staff is very attentive and friendly and the cleanliness Excellent. After staying the first time, we have repeated without looking for more.

The room was old, but very spacious and cozy. You can take your pet without problems, is not very far from the center and also the staff is very nice, the only thing that failed is that at first they did not get mop or anything to clean in case our puppy is going to pee, and there is no microwave in the room, you have to go down to warm up your food.

Nice facility, very friendly staff they will do everything to please the customer. Food excellent, fresh plenty, Delicious, they even pack for you and accommodate your eating habits/religious preferences. Rosa is very helpful (we know only her name) but everybody is helpful and go out of their way to make you happy during your stay. few recommendations and they could be rated best seven stars in Seville. if they could provide internet in the rooms and have lcd TV /smart TV more updated ones. Since internet is life now we had to go buy TV from Costco to watch soccer games but before Rosa was no nice to let us use her own TV from home to one day… she is wonderful. Her partner is great guy with big personality… staff again are wonderful forgot to mention that the place full clean, clean and clean and super clean. love this place and will recommend people to stay here i truly believe they will upgrade their equipment and technology thank you much.

Viejisimos and away from the center.

Very good value for money. The apartments are inexpensive and are very well. They are 5 minutes from the Centre, you can go by bus, there are stops at the door.

There were a few huge cockroaches in the room. When I went to reception to tell what the guy told me and the cockroaches can't? Friendly staff and the fridge making a horrible noise, I had to pull it out of a hole (praying not to find more cockroaches) to unplug. They also recommended me to keep the blinds closed so me not entered and robbed.
The elevator functioned badly and TV or that.
Except this everything was perfect.

Away from the Centre, with nearby bus that leaves you in the Centre of Seville after a half an hour. Located in a neighborhood of the most crappy, along the path of exit which will take you to Cádiz, however the site it is very worth and at the price that is paid, it is nice. Well decorated and with room spacious, dignified. Value for money is very good, taking into account that is away from the Centre, but it is quiet. The staff, very well: I made friendship with the receptionist.
